Expérience fantastique: If I could , i would give 10 out of 5 stars!!! Very friendly people , nice teachers such as Dmitry , Fred and Mike ! Very clean dojo with an excellent service ! Perfect atmosphere , they are giving also kids courses which is awesome in my opinion . Its been 4 month im coming regularly and ive never seen any type of menace or disrespect . If you are a white belt , couches will be patient to you and will encourage you to practice your moves and improving your skills . In general i would say that its the best jiujitsu gym in quebec with incredible atmosphere and awesome teachers who will never leave you alone !

The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is amazing, making it a welcoming environment right from the start. Professor Demetri was very welcoming and patient with me as I joined. After a traumatic event, I decided to take the self-defense Jiu-Jitsu class on Sunday, and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. This class has played a crucial role in helping me regain my sense of self and control over my life. Each session has been empowering, teaching me valuable skills and boosting my confidence. Jiu-Jitsu teaches you techniques, control and discipline. Overall, the Jiu-Jitsu class has been transformative, and I highly recommend it for all.

Professor Dimitri has a gift teaching those kids, especially to young children... they love him! Truly the best sports experience since I live in Montreal.

If you're looking for an opportunity to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a school that cares about your individual progress, this is your gym. Professor Demetre cares about the development of each of his students and has a strong group of coaches that put in so much work and dedication to the curriculum as well. Our training partners are always respectful and patient which really eliminates that intimidation factor as a newby within this martial art. The youth courses are also solid, and as a parent, I can see why the popularity of the GB VSL school is strong. Hands down the best!
