Expérience fantastique: Bobby (babak)is amazing!! His workouts are specific and really make a difference in an athlete’s performance. He’s fun to workout with but doesn’t make it feel like it’s a workout. Don’t get me wrong they are hard but the workouts are efficient and not bartering to the body. And he also has a good understanding of weaknesses in the body and is able to tailor exercises to strengthen those areas.

As someone who has a physical job I was worried that my injuries/ weaknesses would persist and get worse, but they created a fool proof plan to recovery and to avoid future injuries! After just a few sessions training with Bobby, I already felt fully part of the Owen Performance family. I’ve trained at many different flashy gyms with many different influencer-type trainers, and I never felt more motivated to come to the gym and work my hardest than here. Bobby gave me every opportunity to push myself and achieve my goals. Expérience fantastique: After a few years of knee pain and having 2 physios unable to do much, I had to abandon Powerlifting. I met Leila as a last attempt to get me to squat pain free. We made impressive progress in fairly short time. Since then, my go to to allow me to continue practicing any sport. Would (and do) recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I was referred to Leila by a colleague. I had experienced extreme tension in my neck and shoulder area that I couldn't get rid of and it was preventing me from having a restful sleep. Leila's approach was spot on and her expertise and exercise tips definitely improved the quality of my life. She not only helped identify the source of my pain but came up with techniques to prevent any further flare ups. She showed me how I should sit at my desk at work, how I needed to keep my neck elevated and surely enough my pain dissipated. Leila is great at what she does and I can't thank her enough for helping me in the way that she did. It also says a lot about her professionalism and how she cares for her clients when she sends emails just to check in and see how they are doing.

I had very bad lower back and neck pain and she was able to help me with releasing some of the pain through little massages as well as create a custom workout exercise plan for me to do at home which really helped. 100% would recommend !! Combined with Bobby’s knowledge as well, this duo is a power team !!

If there is a strength and conditioning coach and trainer to go see in Montreal, go see Bobby for all of your needs whether it be for general health or athletics. The video content on his YouTube page is educational and provides plenty of insight not just into athletic performance training but general life and shows how to recover and rehab from injuries as well!
