Expérience fantastique: I joined this F45 club in October and have really enjoyed the variety of classes offered. The trainers are supportive and I’m making progress on my path to optimized health. Members are friendly and warm. Equipment is super clean and exceptionally maintained. I attend 4-5 classes per week and look forward to attending many more.

The coaches are so welcoming including Tyler/Rachel and really appreciate how supportive the whole community is. The classes are very organized with great coaching from the coaches throughout!

I am a huge supporter of the workout style but most importantly the environment and drive for your own PERSONAL successes. Whether it’s hitting your fitness goals, diet goals, making new friends and having a community of like-minded people, this place makes me happy. Rachel and Jordan have become two people that know their place when it comes to love and tough love and you better believe they hold you accountable when you give them your goals. They are two people I call friends but most importantly, my fitness coach (Rach) and accountability coach (Jord). They hire staff that have been integrated into the community and understand what the members want. They are accommodating and honestly just the best!! I love everyone and ALWAYS recommend their gym to friends and family. LOVE YOU GUYS!!! ♥️

Jordann and Rach make sure the facility is always spotless, well taken care of and managed. My entire experience has been nothing but positive and I will truly miss this place!

I have been to many gyms in Toronto, Oakville, and Burlington and this is definitely the best one I’ve been to!! The coaches have always been so positive and supportive throughout my time at the gym. They push you in your workouts and provide support for modifications if you ever need one. I have never been a morning person and over the last year this is the only thing I will wake up at 5am for!! Not only has F45 been a place of physical and mental growth it has provided me with friendships I know I’ll have for a lifetime . I’ve never seen a gym coordinate such fun socials and celebrate your successes like F45 Glen Abbey!!!! So grateful to be a part of this growing community!!!

Expérience fantastique: As a mom of 2 and someone who HATED working out I can truly say F45 Glen Abbey has completely changed my perspective! The thought of going to a public gym and struggling with equipment and weights in front of a ton of people gave me the worst social anxiety! All I have to do now is show up, give 45/60 mins of my time to the coaches (who are so knowledgeable and kind btw) and I’m done, just like that. I’m almost 200 classes in which shocks me still, and I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon! I couldn’t recommend it more. You should join ;).

Expérience fantastique: Best gym I have ever been apart of. I have tried over seven F45 studios in the GTA, and even though they all run the same program, nothing compares to F45 Glen Abbey. The Coaches and Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The community that exists at Glen Abbey is unmatched. They tailor the workouts to you based on your needs, if you are injured, or if you feel like moving a little slower -- or if you want to amp it up! F45 Glen Abbey hosts community events and socials, making this more than a gym - it is a family! Most importantly, the contract and commitment is explained to you upfront. The terms and conditions are clear. Since this is a business you are signing up on their terms, which are fair, reasonable, and comparable to other similar businesses. Notwithstanding this, they are flexible if and when you need pauses for vacations, medical reasons, etc. I highly recommend F45 Glen Abbey - you will come for the workouts but you will stay for the COMMUNITY!!!!!

Steve, Mike and Rachel are so supportive and are constantly checking in with members. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you want an intense workout and a staff that helps you reach your goals!

Expérience positive: I was a member of this gym for a year and unfortunately had to leave for several reasons and I’d like to offer a different perspective with my experience. The cancellation policy is strict and did not fit within a reasonable standard and the customer service that I received was far from reasonable. It is important that sickness or attending to health emergencies are recognized as reasonable cancellations without financial penalty in light of the recent pandemic. For example, being up overnight to look after a child that is vomiting, or having to attend the emergency department should be met with a discussion of reasonable customer service. I don’t expect a lot, but simply returning or responding to my emails and/ or phone calls is a customer courtesy and would make me feel respected as a member. The fact that this never happened, and my messages were not returned when I attempted to set up a phone call was one more reason that I couldn’t keep my membership. Furthermore, I felt the environment in the morning classes not always warm/ positive and not all members were welcomed in the same manner, feeling somewhat clique-y. All of this made me feel uncomfortable and I have spoken with other members who have felt the same. In summary, with great sadness I had no choice but to cancel my membership. The gym provides good workout classes, but their customer support does not measure up. I hope to find a better fit elsewhere.

The time flies by and you might finish a little more sweaty (or a lot) than when you started! Whether you're a health-nut, someone just getting started, or have lost that workout vibe, I highly recommend you try this! Kudo's to Steve, Rachel and Mike for building something that keeps me coming back. Even my 15 year old asks me what tomorrow's workout is! Their ability to capture a variety of movements and weave in and out of different energy systems in such a little amount of time is remarkable. The genuine and knowledgeable staff at Glen Abbey make it easy to show up for myself and leave feeling great, ready to thrive in my daily activities!

Expérience fantastique: This place is a gem. The coaches are by far the best team anywhere; they’ll fine tune your form to keep you injury free, while pushing you to your limits. Would highly recommend this gym for the coaches alone. The workout programming is very intelligent. It’s a mix of safe, diverse functional movements. I’m a chiropractor and I recommend F45 to all my patients after their pain free because I know it could be a life changing experience for them. I’ve also been to several other F45 studios and can assure that this location has been very well thought out and they offer by far the most time slots for workouts. And even a number of evening classes, which seems rare at other F45 gyms, but works perfect for my varied work schedule. Anyways, highly highly recommend giving it a shot. You might just become obsessed with this place!

Everyone makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you enter the building. As for the workouts, they are outstanding! They are challenging and everything can be modified to make them easier or harder. The coaches push us to our ability and ensure our form is correct. This is such an amazing community to be apart of. The gym is clean and sanitized after every use. The online zoom workouts are amazing. All we have to do is show up and the coaches do the rest! They are a great way to keep us accountable!! Expérience fantastique: Seriously the best workouts ever and an awesome gym atmosphere. The workouts are only 45 minutes so they are quick but SO effective. Without fail I leave every class with shaky muscles and drenched clothes. It’s a very organized and structured workout, there are videos that play at all times that demonstrate what you’re supposed to be doing so you never feel lost- just follow the screen. The trainers push you to reach personal bests as opposed to pushing you too far beyond your limits or too little. They give modifications for exercises if you need to go easier or harder too. The trainers are all awesome people and create a super supportive, motivating and fun environment. I personally have never been in as good shape or felt more confident in my skin as when I’m doing F45. My other gym experiences just don’t compare so it is very worth it to me!

Not only are the owners and coaches incredibly knowledgable, they are incredibly friendly and motivating. It feels like one big family! The studio is kept meticulously clean and sanitized, the music is top notch and the workouts are curated to be fun and effective! You don't even realize that 45 minutes have passed and you have burned 500 something calories! I have tried and tested various fitness facilities- from big box to boutique gyms- but nothing like F45 classes with these bunch. Keep it up guys!!!!!

The coaches I train with are Rachel, Sarah and Mike and they all understand their clients and are always looking to help you improve. It is clearly their passion. This Glen Abbey location is fairly new and I made the move from another location in Oakville and am thrilled I made the right choice.
