Expérience fantastique: Sensei Rob is a gem of a person. If you have met him once in your life, you know what I am talking about. Been training under him and I cannot wait for my next class. He makes you train hard and helps you grow both as an athlete and as a person. The dojo is well equipped, clean and well-lit. I pray and hope someday the toddlers in our family can come and train here too!

The experiences that my kids have gone through here are nothing but astounding by telling me how much fun they had while also being active. Especially during COVID when we saw sensei's dedication through online classes where my kids could stay active during quarantine. We hope to stay here for more years to come making great memories along the way

Expérience fantastique: This place is fantastic. Sensei Rob is amazing with the kids. My son was very nervous the first day and Rob welcomed him and showed him there was nothing to be afraid of. After his first class he was so excited to return. The class times are so flexible and easily work will any schedule as he is open 7 days a week, with multiple classes a day. I highly recommend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I've watched her flourish as an athlete and a person, thanks to Sensei Rob, who sees the potential in Genesis and aids in her journey to greatness. I highly recommend Kaizen Martial Arts to anyone interested in martial arts training. Sensei Rob is a fantastic instructor, really good at working with all age, he has a good sense of humor, good energy, and has a very supportive and caring dojo. I encourage anyone, regardless of age, to give it a try, and I can't think of any other dojo to try this art with, than Kaizen Martial Arts. Expérience fantastique: Before even to express my opinion, I am proud to say that Kaizen martial art is not just a normal Dojo we all are Kaizen family. My Sensei Rob has ingrained in us that martial arts is not just about fighting it is further more which is about politeness, respecting everyone, sincerity, time management, punctuality, self confidence and self protection. In my dojo we get trained in various aspects of the above, further I know a lot of my friends have quit their marital arts due to lack of proper training hours but in our dojo we are open all the 7 days and my Sensei is very understanding and helps us in balancing our school and martial arts. Oh our Sensei has perfect timing to crack jokes too :) - more over our Sensei Rob not just trains for tournaments but also leads us from front in leagues and nationals which is a big motivation for us and further trains us on how we deal others in tournaments and also in our real life situation. Proud to be a Kaizen student and highly recommend to join my dojo.

Expérience fantastique: Since we singed the kids at dojo and having Sensei Rob train them we have seen a progress and improvement in our kids. Sensei is well known in the craft of Martial arts and really good dealing with all the kids of age and knows how to make it fun for them.

My son has a lot of energy and requires patience to make him understand things. Our experience here is incredible and we are so happy to have found Kaizen Martial Arts. I like the fact that they are not only great at teaching you how to do the movements properly by both breaking it down and using the perfect analogies but are also good explaining the why behind everything. If you're looking to grow as a person and martial artist then this the place to be.

Expérience fantastique: I have been training Karate for almost 15 years now and about 9 years were spent training with Kaizen Martial Arts. Sensei Rui Castro and Sensei Robert Castro taught me invaluable lessons that have helped me throughout every aspect of my life. They taught me to push past my limits, to persevere in difficult situations, to think before I act and also to always be humble. They have also helped me in many of my schooling endeavors as well. One time Sensei Robert took time out of his day to come and perform with me at my Highschool's Talent show and we were the most popular performance there. Other than that they offered volunteer opportunities, in which I gained experience in teaching, while also accomplishing the volunteering hours requirement in a unique way. I regret that I am unable to train with them all the time but, when I came out to University in Manitoba I had extremely high expectations for the type of training I wanted to receive and because of this, I was able to find a Karate school with similar ideologies and because of the training I received from Sensei Rui and Sensei Robert I was able to get my 1st Degree black belt in Shito-Ryu Karate. I always make it my number one mission to go back and train with Sensei Rui and Sensei Rob whenever I come back to Ontario. So for anyone looking to find a great place to get fit, learn to be disciplined, make new friends or even learn some self-defense, I definitely recommend attending and trying out a class with Kaizen Martial Arts.

Very welcoming to outside styles, myself coming from a wrestling background, Rob has made it very welcoming for me to train and helped me to adapt as well as apply his technique in very efficient ways!
