Expérience fantastique: Just joined in late October. Amazing facility. Everything is clean and well looked after. They have a huge selection of equipment. Parking is great. I live 15 mins away and have two Commerical gyms right by where I live and let’s say I would drive 35 mins to goto team hq. It’s that good. I’m no bodybuilder nor lift heavy I feel very comfortable here. Don’t get judged for not maxing out the sets.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is more so a community than anything. Everyone’s friendly, kind, and respectful! Gyms can be intimidating, but there’s space for every person at any level here! It is a vibe and super motivating! The equipment is great. They also have a cabinet of gym supplies for members to use. There is a shake bar, you can even put in an order for delicious protein ice cream. You will love it!!

Spin bikes treadmills, stairmasters and even a ski machine. Place is a bit snug, but they are expanding at the end of the month! The owner Vaughn makes a great cookies n cream shake. Expérience fantastique: Teamyouhq is an amazing gym, from the new equipment, to the great people I have met it has easily been the best gym experience for me ever! Working 1-on-1 with Vaughn has taught me a lot including: different ways to work different muscles and how to properly use machines that I hadn't used correctly in the past. It has been painful and difficult has gotten me results, even with only 2 times a week for the last 2.5 months I feel like it would have taken me much longer to get where I am now. I would recommend teamyouhq and Vaughn to anyone looking for a gym, whether you're a beginner or veteran he knows what he is doing, and made me realize how valuable a personal trainer can be! Thank you for everything I will be continuing to go despite moving farther away from the gym, everything about the gym makes me want to stay!!

What I love about this place is, it is a boutique gym. Very personal experience, not over crowded, and you feel extremely welcomed. The equipment is all clean and looks new. There are a couple unique machines I have never seen before so definitely check it out. Overall great gym that is clean, has everything you need and feels warm and welcoming !

Expérience négative: Be VERY careful before you pay thousands for a package. This facility does not care about you or your health goals. The only thing they care about is taking your money. Regardless of their unprofessionalism, delayed responses (days), impossible scheduling, and insufficient staff they will not refund you a single penny. Despite the money I had paid in, my experience was so terrible I didn’t even want to return. I was that uncomfortable….so just be careful.

Vaughn is an excellent coach who is very knowledgeable about how to properly train you in order to reach your full potential. I received a meal plan to follow and that has also been adjusted as the months have gone by, making it easy to stay on track. Vaughn has also switched up my workouts to keep them challenging and fun throughout the process. He will hold you accountable while keeping in pursuit of your goals in a positive way. I have gained strength and dropped over 35lbs total, the best part is I’ve kept it off! There is no better investment than in yourself and he can help you achieve those goals in a strategic way all while being part of a fun gym atmosphere.

The equipment is brand new and the studio has everything you need and more. The owner Vaughn is very welcoming with new members and was able to work around my schedule in order to make sure I was able to get my sessions in. I love the vibe and atmosphere of a private gym like this, training by myself is perfect and allows me to really focus on my workouts. The ambient lighting and music also helps to keep me motivated. Expérience fantastique: For someone who hadn't been to a gym since March my sessions with Vaughn were EXACTLY what I needed. The atmosphere is super fun with the funky lights and all blue equipment. Everything was also very clean and I didn't feel nervous about covid at all. Vaughn went above and beyond to make sure I was working to my full potential and he paid close attention to all the exercises and my form... I have had experience in the past with trainers who only half engage in the exercises but this was not the case with Vaughn... he was extremely professional and motivating. Even after many years at goodlife I can honestly say my FIRST session at teamyou HQ was the ultimate fitness experience and I would recommend it to anyone, at any fitness level. I promise you will feel AMAZING... and sore ... but mainly amazing when you leave! I will definitely be back for more workouts at this gym. The Hercs our front is convenient for all your supplements needs; especially on one of those hectic days you forgot your pre/intra/protein etc. Gym has a great layout with brand new equipments and sanitizing stations at the front and back. PS. You have to check out the lighting in person! 1 on 1 training was exactly what I was looking for! From nutrition coaching to to goal oriented workout programs! Highly recommend!
