Expérience fantastique: I'm typically not a group class training kind of person as I prefer working out alone. And when I decided to try F45, I was very sceptical about it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I like the F45 training. I also think this is mainly because of Mike and his team of highly qualified trainers, as well as the community of friendly and supportive members. I am still not a group class person, but ever since I first joined F45 Sherway (in April 2024), I've been very consistent going there weekly, and I love it! It's perfect HIIT sessions to add to my weekly gym workouts. Definitely recommend this place!

Have noticed in 6 months that my heart rate during the cardio days has greatly improved. If you’re a woman looking to start strength training the Tues/Thurs classes are great - instruction is visually displayed and the movements are easy to follow.

I admit, I was skeptical at first and wasn't sure what all the hype was about, but quickly became a fan of F45 Sherway! Ironically, my favorite days are Fridays and Saturdays, which are the toughest classes, but each time I keep up and I do little dance inside. I know I’ll feel great afterwards no matter how I felt coming into the workouts. Coaches AND members will motivate and support you not only during but outside of workouts as well. Everyone is welcoming and I love the fitness community I’ve found myself in. It has been fun dancing, cheering during workouts but also spending time with others at socials. Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this studio. The workouts are great! There is a ton of variety and the 45 minute class is plenty of time to get a solid workout. You will never do the same workout twice, as they're constantly introducing new exercises and varying the number of exercises, set counts etc. There are also a handful of class times throughout the day. The studio is larger compared to other F45 studios and very well kept. The trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional.
