Expérience fantastique: One of my favorite group fitness places in town! I highly recommend trying a drop in class or picking up a punch card, you won't regret it. The staff are friendly and very helpful when you come in. The classes are really well lead, and the coaches are great at helping you modify as needed so that everyone can get what they need out of the class. Workouts are fun and challenging!

Expérience fantastique: When we are not working with clients, we work out at Kinetic YQL. They have great equipment and fitness programs. We highly recommend the Kinetic gym.

Expérience fantastique: My wife introduced me to Kinetic almost 2 years ago. I come from a martial arts background and was not convinced this would replace the energy outflow I was used to, I’m a cardio junkie however, so I gave it a shot. Kinetic is a welcoming, accepting, and warm place, that I can happily say I call my second home. The culture at Kinetic is free from judgement, and bullying. The classes are energetic, as well are the instructors, they take the time to teach and gently make corrections to form when necessary. I encourage anyone who is on the fence about a gym, or just wants a place to go workout free from the usual gym rats and social awkwardness to go to Kinetic. You won’t regret it.

Expérience fantastique: Kinetic has wide variety of classes but my favorites are all the rowing classes! Kim and Sandra’a HIIT, Kettle Row, and Circuit Row classes mix rowing with off the rower weights, cardio and strength training. I ALWAYS go home exhausted, sweaty, and feeling GREAT! I know that the 50 minutes I spend in a class means I’ve done a full body workout! I’m moving to Calgary and I can genuinely say that I’m heartbroken to have to leave Kinetic and thus far I haven’t found anything comparable. I HIGHLY recommend Kinetic!! They’ve got something for everyone!!

Offering a variety of classes including HIIT, Rowing and spin. Highly recommend to become part of this fitness family.

Expérience fantastique: This is my forever gym!!! After my previous gym closed I was devastated and didn’t know where to go and what to do. Kinetic welcomed me with open arms! I absolutely loved becoming a part of the Baby Mama group and have made many friends through the 2+ years I’ve been a member. My favourite classes are Yoga for Cyclists & Runners and Raise the Barre, but you can’t go wrong with any class as Kinetic has amazing instructors! Come try it out!!

Expérience fantastique: I love Kinetic. Spin with Sandra is fun, challenging and truly motivating. Chantelle's Barre classes are my jam. This place has a wonderful team of instructors; they are all truly amazing. Many class options to choose from. So excited for rowing classes to begin.

Expérience positive: Really love this gym and instructors! All of the yoga instructors are so nice and knowledgeable. I love that you can go into the yoga classes here and not feel judged or intimidated, and that they do not take themselves too seriously. I have been to other studios in the city, and the atmosphere can be so cold and uninviting. Brynn and Rennie are such amazing yoga teachers, and really know what they’re talking about! Kasha is so nice and has such an amazing energy to her classes. Really enjoy working out here! Only gripe – the studio is kept way too cold. I’d love if you could turn up the temperature at least a couple degrees. Other than that, I’m loving this gym!

Expérience fantastique: I think its the variety between the classes and the instructors. Spin one day, lift weights another day, TRX, Yoga, plyo, etc. The instructors keep it interesting too. They recognize when the class is doing well and when there are those that need some additional support and coaching. They each have their own style, music and likes when it comes to motivating me to keep going.

Expérience fantastique: Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness is not your average gym! The facility is top of the line with towel service after classes and high quality equipment used. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their respective areas and consistently work to motivate you! I joined this gym as a way to do cardio in a fun way but got so much more than I expected! The Kinetic community is made up of friendly, loving people who all want you to success in researching your goals -fitness or otherwise. If you decide to walk through the doors and give this gym a try, be careful, you may also catch the Kinetic fever!!

I tried out many gyms when I first moved to Lethbridge 5 years ago - I never felt like I fit in anywhere, and often didn't feel welcome. Which led to me not wanting to go, and no improvements. At Kinetic, the staff are friendly and welcoming - the instructors make a point of greeting anyone new to a class. There is a large variety of classes, and the instructors are great at keeping everyone motivated and focused. They make a point of learning your name, your story, and how they can help you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is new, and is always kept spotlessly clean. Highly recommend!

I love going to Kinetic mainly for spin but they offer a lot of other fitness classes which are fun too. It is a great environment all around from when you enter the doors they greet you with a smile and take care of you! I love getting a locked locker and everything I need to do a spin class and the place is always spotlessly clean! Great business and awesome workouts. All the clients or people that come to workout there are fun and friendly . It's competitive to compete against your self to get the most KM rode or try to get your highest heartbeat per class or get your best energy levels . I walk out of kinetic everyday I go there satisfied and feel like I did my best . It's a very positive place and people are very inspiring . To me it's the best place in Lethbridge to train indoors .
