Expérience positive: It is a beautiful space itself. There are lovely locker rooms and showers with nice products to use. The staff is friendly. However, to me this isn't even spin class. There is more focus on upper body and staying with the music and minimal focus on legs. I went four times and my back was in so much pain. The movements are very quick and there was minimal focus on proper form or technique. Great for someone who wants something trendy, not if you're interested in a cycling workout

Expérience fantastique: Love it here. A great part of my weekly routine. Front desk staff and instructors take time to learn my name, and encourage a sense of community among riders. Some classes are rowdier than others and I wish the strata would let up on the 6am class time, though know the owners are doing the best they can.

Expérience négative: I tried Spinco August 1 2018. I called ahead. They told me to setup an online account, pay online and register for the class online. After I did the first two steps, it wouldn't let me register for the class. So I called again. They held a spot for me and told me that I can pay in store. I arrived and asked if my $21 credit that I had just paid online could be used to pay for the class. They said yes, gave me my shoes and I had the class. The class was good. On August 3 I noticed on my credit card statement that Spinco had charged me twice, two charges of $21. I called the Victoria Spinco store. They told me they would look into it and get back to me. I asked when I should expect to hear back from them and they said within the same day. That was four days ago. I haven't gotten my refund for their double charge.

Expérience positive: So hot and humid. Lighting and sound system could be improved. Friendly instructors and nice space, but could take a page out of other spin studios for improvement.

Expérience fantastique: Went to Adam's class this morning on opening day and he kicked my butt! The music was top notch, the bikes are brand new and just waiting for you to try them out! If you're looking for a big city workout in Victoria you should definitely try spinco, they're giving the well known soul cycle a run for their money!! Holiday indulgences won't matter with a few spinco classes.
