Expérience négative: I regret to inform you that I had an unfortunate experience at the water park today. The staff's behavior towards my children was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I am unsure about the appropriate channel to address this issue, so I am expressing my dissatisfaction through this message. I kindly request that you refrain from advertising on your Facebook page, as it contradicts the lack of concern shown towards your customers. I cannot recommend your water park to any families with children based on my experience. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

Expérience fantastique: Beaucoup de plaisir, avec mon coco de 3 ans. Belle place et personnel chaleureux et compétant.

Expérience positive: Very expensive approx 60$ for 3 hours with kids. Yet it's a great place to play with your kids when it's raining or no snow to ride. It will be worth the money in 2020 when the upgrades are done. Currently the pool is closed for renovations until fall 2019.

Expérience fantastique: Good times with kids! Not too crowded when I went. Friendly staff and super amenities for families.

Expérience positive: Great après-ski place with kids. Kids enjoyed pool structures, and parents were relaxed at the outdoor hot tub. Voucher for family is included in the stay at the hotel in the village.

Expérience positive: Centre aquatique de petite taille. Un seul bain tourbillon extérieur de taille moyenne. Salle d'entrainement sur place. Accès inclus avec location d'une chambre ou d'une suite avec certains hôtels dans le village piétonnier de Tremblant.

Expérience fantastique: La grosse coche ..pas cher ..sécuritaires ..super

Expérience négative: Incredibly racist staff at this facility. Was harassed by their staff repeatedly for wearing a rashguard and swim tights in the water (despite the fact that both items were cotton free and designed for swimming), while other white patrons wore cotton tshirts and were not bothered at all. When the management was approached about their obvious discriminatory behavior they replied that "racial profiling" was just a part of how they ran their business. A terrible experience for me and my family, and definitely an establishment I would not visit again ever.

Expérience positive: Everything in good repair and clean. Lots of lifeguards. Nice area to eat a picnic lunch. Could have more for kids to do, but my 5 and 9 year olds enjoyed it for three hours. Pricey, though.

Expérience négative: The place is lucky that you have to give a star. Lifeguards are rude, too much chlorine, high prices for a terrible pool, and I was drinking my own water and a lifeguard knocked it out of my hand and said "NO NO NO". Also let’s just start with the changerooms I dont want to get undressed in front of people I’ve never met, stalls are needed and I bet all those locker have never bean totally filled up. Anyways if your children or you really want to swim any other place would be better!!!

Expérience négative: Place was pretty clean but the lifeguards were extremely rude and inconsiderate, the pool scabbed my feet and bring earplugs because all they do it blow their whistles. Whatever you do do not buy the 3hour pass it is a total ripoff we were scammed into buying them. Probably worth skipping this activity

Expérience fantastique: This was my first time there and it will not be the last. When there for the afternoon with family and had such a great time. It was very clean and the staff were very polite.

Expérience négative: terrible. if your not 16, you are 7, apparently. the hot tub was filled with piss, its cold, and the lifeguards are idiots. so exensive, too. such a ripoff. do not go.

Expérience positive: Endroit bien sympathique pour se baigner en hiver. Bain à remous extérieur avec de la neige tout autour, géniale pour les parents!! Et la corde de Tarzan est une chouette idée que les enfants ont adorée.

Expérience positive: Bel endroit pour y fatiguer les enfants. Par contre l'eau est froide. Contrairement s ce qui est dit sur Google, la piscine ferme à 18:00.

Expérience fantastique: Great service, kids had a blast.

Expérience positive: Kids swimming area actually isn't as big as it seems from some pictures and it's not exactly a water park either because there's only 1 or 2 activities. You can see the jumping rock and the hanging "Tarzan style" rope in the pictures I captured. The jumping rock is actually in the very deep end i.e. 10m so not all kids would feel comfortable jumping off it. Other than that, kids have very little to do in the water. Similarly kiddie pool has a small slide and that's pretty much it. Non-swimmers pay around $6 (including taxes) to get in.

Expérience positive: This is a great place to take the kids to relax and have fun. Some kid had an accident in the pool while we were there and the staff was very efficient with getting everyone out and cleaning up properly before allowing people back in.

Expérience positive: Great pace for a swim. Quite overpriced.

Expérience positive: This place is a whole bunch of fun. It's one of the better places in the village to get inside if the sun is beating down on you. The prices are a little high, but it's what you might expect given the location. We paid a little over $50 for two adults and two <5 year old kids. The tickets were good for 3 hours. There's a little slide that is easily handled by young kids. They love it. Tarzan rope, "cliff jumping", and plenty of seating by the pool side. There's a pool and hot tub outside too. Some of which is restricted to adults.
