Expérience fantastique: I can only say it's great. I love every moment of the class. I'm really glad I got to know the F45 sports group.The space, the trainers, the workout screens, and the workouts themselves are all great.

Expérience négative: The classes and trainers are exceptional! Beware of management (April). I asked not to be filmed or have my face in any social media content (and this was submitted in writing) only to now realize I’m in one of there promotional videos which is being blasted on IG! Considering my privacy was completely overlooked for the sake of their own marketing is … just not acceptable. In addition April agreed to start me at a certain price (once again our agreement in writing) and when I checked my bank statement she did not honour the request she had previously said she would. I ended up cancelling due to these 2 issues but the actual facility and trainers are truly exceptional!

From the moment I walked into the studio staff were so welcoming and helpful ensuring I was all set up to begin the work out. The trainers support you throughout every workout to help you learn proper technique. As I have gone back week after week it is the highlight of my day - such a fun studio!

The classes are fast-paced and cover the essentials of cardio, strength, and flexibility. I look forward to starting my day with Jesus' trademark challenge: "This is going to be FANtastic! Expérience fantastique: I joined with a great promo they had for 10 clases for $30 which is an absolute steal so I had to try it. It was an amazing experience that helped kickstart my training journey! There are great benefits to these classes: 1. Having to book the classes encouraged me to have dedicated training time in my agenda and actually show up as there is that commitment/accountability element with your instructors who are expecting you which is always a great element for me. 3. The circuit training is really well organized and guided by instructors so it’s very intuitive. It has variations and different levels of intensity to accommodate everyone. I also liked this training model because it maximizes the workout time and ensures you are engaging different groups of muscles for a full body workout each class. 3. The instructors are very knowledgeable, positive and supportive showing you how to do the exercises correctly and motivating throughout your workout. They learn your name quickly and remember your specific needs which I appreciated a lot. 4. Because the circuits are arranged in groups depending on the size class, the studio encourages community, as you meet people who are your neighbours and perhaps you’ve seen before. Overall I loved the experience and highly recommend if it’s in your budget. I absolutely see the value for what you pay but unfortunately it is out of my budget for me at this time. I’ll definitely like to join again in the future though!

I've seen amazing results since joining, not just in my fitness level but also in my overall energy and confidence. We chose Sunnylea over Bloor West due to parking availability but have most definitely stayed because of the team they have… What was intended to be a trial, turned into the best 6+ months because of the community and the trainers. Everyone is phenomenal, but a special shout out to Jesus who is “amazing” and Thalia, whose energy is contagious! They’ve even managed to (almost) turn us into a consistent 7am crew. And can’t forget a Sunday session with Ric! They push us to our limits, while also providing us with modifications when required. So happy to be apart of F45 Sunnylea!

The classes are fun, physically demanding and if you have any injuries or are a beginner, the trainer will tailor the exercise to your needs. I was able to work out with a rotator cuff injury and see results. Jose and his team are absolutely amazing. I tried other locations however did not experience the same focus or expertise from trainers as I do at Sunnylea.

Her attentiveness and genuine care for the members set the tone for the whole establishment. What truly sets F45 apart are the trainers – and I have to give a special shoutout to Jesus and Phil. These guys are not just trainers; they're like your personal cheerleaders, except with a lot more muscle and expertise! Jesus has an amazing ability to push you to your limits while still making you feel like you're just hanging out with a friend. The workouts are tough, no doubt, but his sense of humor and motivational pep talks make all the sweat and effort worth it. Phil, on the other hand, is the master of technique. He ensures that every move you make is precise, making the most out of every workout. His fun-loving attitude and playful banter make the time fly by, even when you're doing your hundredth burpee! Together, Jesus and Phil create an environment that's fun, challenging, and incredibly effective. They make the difficult workout so much fun. I was with them last summer. They helped me come out from an unhealthy routine I had during COVID-19 lockdown. They make everyone so comfortable and I can recommend anyone to join these guys anyday.

The trainers are very knowledgeable and their enthusiasm and energy really help make the class fun. Rick and April are wonderful owners and their care for the gym and it’s members really shows. I was a bit nervous at first that it would be too hard or intense/not for beginners but it was totally manageable…I mean it’s hard…but the trainers are really helpful in showing you modifications if you need it and proper form. I’m glad I made the leap to do so, as Rick and April are two of the nicest people I have ever met. They made me feel at home immediately, and really made it an easy transition for myself. The attention and support they give to each client is a breath of fresh air in a time when as a customer tends to feel disposable. They help modify exercises and movements to accommodate any injuries and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I honestly can’t recommend this location enough. It’s a great group of people, and always a fun time.

The team really takes the time to make you feel welcome and educate you about the process (workouts, fitness goals, nutrition tips, Challenge options, etc). The coaches go above and beyond to guide you and provide you with a safe, supportive, and fun workout atmosphere. If you have no idea where to start but really want to be more active or refresh your regimen, I'd say come try this out! It was one of the best decisions I made coming out of the post-lockdown slump. Very grateful to finally get the heart pumping alongside some nice people!

I didn’t know if I would ever walk again, let ever work out again. The trainers at F45 The Kingsway helped me get back into shape every step of the way, creating adjustments to my workouts when needed, to ensure that my body would gain the benefits of the workout while avoiding further injury. I'm happy to say that after only 2 months, I'm feeling a lot more like myself again, and have even regained muscle back into my legs! I’ve lived, and worked out in many places around the world, but this place takes the cake! Rick & April are more than just the owners of the gym; they’ve become my friends, and even more like family! They’ve created an environment where the members support one another, and hold each other accountable, all whilst having fun! If you’re looking for a place to come workout, that’s fun, safe, and judgement free, I highly recommend F45 The Kingsway!

I don't think I've ever sweat so much during a workout in my life! The coaches are what really make the experience though, from the encouragement and fun conversations to the music (shout out coach Andrew for having my favourite playlists) they make you excited to come to the gym. It is also great to have them circulating to help you modify workouts, fix your form, etc. I also really appreciate all of the precautions they have taken during covid to make you feel safe during your workout.

I’ve been to other F45 locations before and find everyone to be even more down to earth here but always working with you to meet your goals with encouragement along the way. Don’t hesitate to try a workout here. After a few years of F45 I still am challenged with my strength and cardio all the time (which is what you want so you don’t plateau! :-)

I actually switched to this location from another studio as I fell in love with the community vibe and the owners have been awesome and genuinely care about their members. The Trainers are also great. Fun, super knowledgeable and always welcoming. Some of my favs! The members talk to each other and support one another and there don't seem to be the "cliques" like at other studios. I've made some good friends at this one as well. Parking is never an issue!! The studio is bright with two walls of windows. All safety measures are in place and well managed from a Covid standpoint. I always feel safe, welcomed and part of the team when coming to this F45.
