The gym is always immaculate, with an abundance of machines and free weights, even during peak times. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, whether it’s offering advice on equipment or answering any questions. The group classes are well-organized and enjoyable, catering to all fitness levels from beginners to seasoned athletes. I particularly enjoy the cardio classes, which have been a huge help in reaching my [specific goal, e.g., weight loss, strength building]. Another great feature is the wide range of equipment. Whether you’re focused on cardio, strength training, or functional fitness, everything you need is available. The locker rooms are also spacious, clean, and well-kept, making the post-workout experience just as pleasant. If you’re serious about your fitness goals or just looking for an excellent place to work out, F45 is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

The facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of equipment that’s well-maintained and up to date. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The personal trainers are particularly impressive, offering tailored advice and support to help you reach your fitness goals. The range of fitness classes is fantastic. The instructors are passionate and make each class engaging and challenging.

Expérience fantastique: There's this positive nervous excitement every time it's F45 day. The smile on my face grows. When I enter the gym, it's like a place where everybody knows my name or at least it's getting there. It's a perfect break from my work from home life. I've only started going - 3 weeks in. I see the value in this so I actually purchased a year membership after my trial period ended. I love that there are all levels in the gym! So impressive to see that you can accommodate and be inclusive to all levels! I see parents with their children and adults with their adult parents! I think that's the scariest part about gyms is not knowing where and how to start. The trainers do not push you in a way that could result in injury. The music is bumping and keeps that energy going, but the trainers take it to the next level. I also love it when they say "high five your partner". I love that they measure you and track your progress which is creating accountability for me. I hope things go well! My only improvement is to more often help people address form and breathing. The trainers do this already but I want more of it! :) not a big deal and as I said, I purchased the year membership. See you on the other side!

I’ve never been to any other location but the coaches at this one are truly special! They really inspire you and push you and help you in the most positive ways! And honestly I don’t know where they get their energy but they sure got it! I am so happy I found something that truly works for me! Usually I’ll go somewhere and quit after a week, but this place keeps me coming back! Such an awesome team and community! And their recipes are So delicious and nutritious! The coaches always have a the best energy and keep you motivated to get the workouts done. Waking up at 5am has become a joy and not a chore. This is most definitely a judgement free zone, safe for everyone and anyone to achieve all your fitness goals. I would 10/10 recommend F45 to everyone, but there is something so special about the Guildwood location that takes up a big space in my heart.

Amanda is full of electric energy. The support from this gym is outstanding if you need the extra motivation to get started. They really work with you and adjust to your limitations. Coaches Alyssa & Andrea for strength training and always making sure we are lifting heavy And of course coach Adam when you really need to know how to get that ridiculous lunge just right . Expérience fantastique: Joining f45 had been on my mind for a few months but I kept putting off joining because there wasn’t one close enough to me (I don’t drive), or I was tired, or I didnt have the time, or ill do it next week…every typical excuse in the book. Shortly after seeing an ad for the re-opening near me and deciding to follow them on Instagram, Amanda reached out to me about joining. I was hesitant because again every excuse ran through my head of why I can’t go even though deep down I knew this was a change in my life that I had been craving. I did the 7 day trial and LOVED IT. If you’re like me and the thought of a traditional gym makes your heart fall to the pit of your stomach, this is the gym for you! I’m extremely new to the world of working out and extremely clumsy, awkward and uncoordinated but the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive and the coaches are so cool! So thank you to Amanda for helping me step out of my comfort zone! I’m excited for this ride!

The coaching support is excellent and I really enjoy the challenge and the fun of working out with a group of like-minded people who are there to have fun but also get results. People of all ages and all levels of fitness can feel comfortable because it’s a such an upbeat and supportive environment. The format is amazing because it’s highly structured. All you have to do is show up and sweat it out! The rest will take care of itself.

I go to F45 Guildwood Gym 6 times a week and perform my workout with amazing coaches and a team of people who are trying to achieve various levels of fitness goals. All the classes are full of fun and feel very energetic because of the friendly and very professional environment. There is the best management who maintain and look after this Gym very well. It's very clean and the extra motivation that we receive from the management is very much appreciated. I would love to recommend this Gym to anyone. It doesn't matter even if you have never been to a Gym, once you join they will help you to achieve your goals. Believe that it is a very good investment on you.

But coming across this F45, and its concept of team training I enjoyed it. The coaches walked me through my work-out, during class and they even go out of their way to provide conversation after to work on what you need further help with. There is LOTS of parking, and if you've been to an F45 in Toronto before, that's very rare! Excited to see the growth here, as it has all the potential to be an excellent part of the community.
