Hello Kristen, We are sorry that you were not able to utilize the 7-day trial pass at the Anytime Fitness Prince Rupert location, we would like to briefly explain the reasoning behind SITE2GYM-operated locations not participating in such passes. Anytime Fitness clubs are owned and operated individually as there are over 4800 clubs worldwide. Here at SITE2GYM, we take pride in having safe, members-only facilities that allow us to operate 24/7. SITE2GYM does not participate in the 7-day trial or drop-in period for we wish to maintain the high standards that we have promised to our members. Our policies and procedures allow us to preserve some of the cleanest and most secure fitness facilities across the country, supported additionally by our 24/7 security systems. We are very open and honest about all of our policies and have them all outlined clearly in the membership agreement. Hey Stanley, I can see in our records that you filled out the cancellation form on March 23, 2022. Your membership was open ended meaning you could have filled out the cancellation form to end the membership anytime. As stated in your membership agreement, a 30-day notice is needed to cancel. Hey Sama, Unfortunately, there was a leak in the ceiling of the building the gym is located and the water damage is what was causing the smell previously. Hi Henzle, Our club is cleaned daily, multiple times throughout the day. If you feel that there are any shortcomings in terms of cleanliness, please send us an email to [email protected]. There may have been an isolated instance where the wipes were finished in a specific dispenser, however, we have multiple dispensers located throughout the club for our members to use. Lastly, the corner of the gym you are referring to was due to a small leak in the bank above our club. Our new Club Coordinator enlisted professional help and has had the matter resolved.
