Expérience positive: Equipment is top notch and the facility is clean - the owners clearly take pride and have a passion for fitness. Staff is friendly and members are respectful. 4 stars because of the overcrowding. A bigger location in the future will be beneficial to accommodate Collingwood's growing population.

Expérience positive: Variedad de máquinas multifuncionales, y algunas muy específicas, faltan algunas máquinas Pero en general se puede trabajar bien, buen cuarto de entrenamiento funcional, tienes entrenadores aunque yo no necesité ninguno, buen equipo de cardio aunque se ocupan todos en horas pico, personal siempre amable y busca soluciones,acceso 24/7 con llave fob. Lugar muy limpio y siempre con toallitas desinfectantes. Lo único que me desagradó fue que tienes que agendar tu cita para solicitar tu llave y puede llevar días. Todo por correo.

Expérience fantastique: I am a member of the club. Very convenient, open 24/7. You can find anything you want to do workout. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: Has a great selection of equipment and a relaxed vibe. It’s not a huge space so sometimes it’s pretty busy and you’ll want to find a time that works for your comfort level. The manager cares about the place and the patrons and will work with you to sort out any issue.

I've been a member since the summer and can't get enough, every month I push to go more and more times to not only improve myself but to see how high I can go on the "hammer list" (go more then 16x a month to be on it) Since the summer, I've been working one on one with Mikayla once a week and absolutely loving it. She pushes me hard but not hard enough to discourage me. She handles my past injuries with the utmost understanding and is always looking for ways to accomplish a certain exercise without too much tension on the problem body parts. She helps with days where depression might hit a little harder and will instead insist we take an easier day. Due to past horrible experiences with boxing/kick boxing at a former business in town, I was reluctant to try it again until Mikayla asked if I'd be down to do it again, im glad I did with her as she has made it the absolute best time ever. Lately, she's been helping and encouraging so much to help me prep for a 5k Spartan race coming up in Oct 2024. Typically, right now, the gym is a bit packed 24/7, but oh well, that just means people want to be fit, worse case scenario, I change up my planned workout and adjust accordingly. Sometimes, you wait a few minutes for a change room/shower, but of course, that will happen if it's busy at the gym, its the price you pay for a private change room/shower instead of a community change room/shower. Only ever slight annoyance is having to move weights back to where they should be (weight racks, dumbbell racks etc.) I know its not my job, just my OCD and I really don't mind 99.9% of the time, people just need to read the stickers on the racks for what weight goes there lol. Lastly, I've spoken to Ed once, I believe, and instantly connected and felt like he truly understands everyone, we spoke at length about everything ranging from workouts to mental health, and I'm glad I did. He is definitely a stand-up guy.

Expérience négative: Very over crowded. Should have taken a second space in the building as they were one of the first ones in this building. Unless you’re going at 3-4 am or after midnight it’s elbow to elbow. If you choice the 6 month plan you are over 100 dollars a month Lack of amenities (pool, sauna, more space and equipment, more showers ect ect. I could go on….) does not represent the high member ship cost. There is a yearly amount also charged to “upgrade equipment” that’s over and above the fees. I tried varying times through out my day and evanings for reference Becuse I really wanted to like this gym, and I was locked in for 6 months. Several times I’d go on my lunch break or between jobs but would have to wait for a minimum of 30 mins for a shower to free up Becuse of the over crowding often couldn’t shower before leaving Over all, it’s blah. Many other options to choice from if you are a local.

Expérience fantastique: I have only been in really one gym my whole life..the ymca, I use to call it my second home ..I was even a well known spin instructor there for over a decade ..then Covid hit ..I cancelled my membership because of it ..my son and my father are also a member of AF and talked very highly of it ..due to injury I took a break ..I decided to give this gym a try ..I have to say I am glad Idid ..the whole vibe is different and it’s well equipped for all my needs . anyone looking to better them self with top of line weight and cardio equipment for young and old .its a very clean place and the staff are very easy to deal with and very friendly..Ed and his team run a great gym.. my favorite part is its 18 + and open anytime lol works very well with my job ..has great apps for achieving your goal that will connect you to one of the trainers when in need so 5 stars as I found a new place to call home ..sorry so long lol

Expérience négative: Did not care for the reception I received from a particular staff member when I stepped inside to have a look earlier this year. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. No thank you.

Expérience négative: Had a member harassing me because I moved weights off a box that were left in front of a "Please re-rack your weights sign". He tried to intimidate me and tell me I have poor gym etiquette while he was on two other machines in addition to the dumbbells. He got up in my face and says "F--- you" and storms off. Never have I ever experienced this and I've been to plenty of gyms including world gym, good life, etc. Told Ed (Owner) and he left me a VM asking me to "Let it slide". Would you let it slide if it was a female or younger person? Asking me to let it slide tells me these actions are okay at Anytime Fitness. Ed still hasn't returned my texts but I'm sure he will try to save face after seeing this post. Haven't returned since, take your money elsewhere they don't care about you here. Don't feel safe or welcomed. (In response to Ed's comment): Ed you banned me because I asked you to switch my membership to a different location because I don't want to support a "community" that allows harassment. You talk about community a lot but as soon as I asked to change locations and hence my payments, you couldn't have cared less and banned me out of spite. All you care about is money and no amount of gaslighting is going to put you in the right here. Best of luck in life.

Expérience fantastique: Such an amazing gym with awesome staff! The gym is kept clean and well looked after. The monthly challenges keep me motivated and my personal trainer Mikayla has been so kind and helpful in my fitness journey. I appreciate all the hard work the staff does to make us members happy.

Expérience fantastique: Facility is always clean, the people are friendly and the staff is super supportive. I booked one on one sessions with Steven as a trainer and I’m so glad I did. He helps me feel confident, pushes me without breaking me in a bad way, teaches me how to use machines properly so that I can do it on my own when I want to come in on “off days”, and is always checking up and asking me how he can help motivate me outside of the gym. Highly recommend!

As a newer gym goer, entering a new gym is super intimidating and can feel impossible. But after discussing my options of membership with Kelly I made the decision to join this gym. Right away I felt comfortable in the gym and am excited to go almost everyday! Make sure you have your consult with Steven to discuss your goals and/or have a great conversation with a great guy! Expérience négative: Inside of my 30 days. Worked out at over a dozen locations across the country in that time. And all of the locations have been more then accommodating to us. This location took the time to scan our tags and then refuse entry stating we were inside our 30 days. Cannot comment on the overall condition of this location due to refusal of workout. Cannot recommend to any new member from another location.

Expérience négative: The two owners of this location are extremely rude and like to try and scam members out of their money. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I had to call head office for my money back and head office wasn't pleased with these owners. Edit after owner's response: No lies here. I knew you'd lie to try and save face though. Here are the facts, you tried to scam me and there were many things you could've done. When I called, your wife insults me over the phone like I've never heard before instead of trying to help me. (She is not behind the scenes) When I called head office they were shocked with what you were trying to do and forced you to give me my money back... Lots of help instantly from head office and is why I'd consider going to a different location. They were fantastic, kind and wanted to help. Then when you were caught you couldn't even apologize when you called, you doubled down even though you were wrong and head office told you so. Nothing to do with early cancelation...Nice try though. Imagine thinking criticism of poorly run business is outrageous...I have good reviews too. Also insulting people on google reviews for bad reviews is insane... Your response proves my point for everyone here to see. Disgusting people you are. You deserve every bit of this 1 star review

Expérience fantastique: My local Anytime Fitness is back open for limited numbers at any one time. The Owner / Manager was there to greet me back following the Covid Shut down. On other visits I have had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the of the staff insuring I was doing each of my exercises correctly. It was a great place before the shut down, it’s only better now. Could not ask for a better place to train.

Expérience fantastique: I've tried this vs the gym Downtown, I prefer this one. More open space to do your own thing, obstacle course training, more cardio machines. I'm missing the sauna but love that parking is free and not a hassle. Bonus if you travel anytime fitness memberships work everywhere.
