His caring attitude and knowledge has helped hundreds of people over the years finally achieve their health and fitness goals. However, as you mentioned Alexis, it's not always about weight and muscle. AF and coaching is also about improving one's mental health which is so critical in this day and age. What really makes AF special is that even if you do not join our club, we will still follow up with you a month later to ensure you are on track with your fitness goals. Hi Matt We are sorry we never got a chance to speak with you as you came during the non-staffed hours. We are glad you are South Phoenix proud. We would have loved to get your personal feedback. We are wondering if you reviewed the wrong the location though. That sometimes happens. We get the exact opposite response from our guest members. Our club is spotless and impeccably maintained. Our members love our huge free weight weight area with brand-new top of the line dumbbells, multiple racks and benches. Our members love our large turf area for functional fitness that is well equipped. We have all the machines to hit the major muscle groups and well maintained cardio. You will rarely see an out of order sign on our equipment. I am sorry you did not get to meet our extra-ordinarily friendly staff who know our members names and greet them when they come into our club. In fact, our location was the recipient of the prestigious Club Purple award which means the franchises recognizes our club to be in the top 10% of over 3000 clubs in North America! Obviously this club not only meets but exceeds the standard! Hey everyone - if you are looking for an extra-ordinarily clean club, that does not feel like the over-crowded factory clubs you need to come check us out. We focus on your goals because we know how important they are to you. Come exceed your goals with like minded, amazing, respectful members who want more than basic gym. You will love us!

Dita, Travis, Brett and Krista and wonderful and are always willing to help. In regards to the comment about being dated. We have a small renovation planned for the club (it will only a couple of days). We had so many plans but the covid shut downs really threw a wrench into that but we have alot of great plans and new equipment in the works. Our goal is to ensure our members are achieving their goals in a top notch, non crowded facility with respectful people. thank you again.

Hi Lisa I can remember one of the first members we ever signed up. They joined our club because for the third time at her current club her locker got broke into and her goods stolen. Sad. Take a guess a guess how many times in over 8 yrs our members have had something stolen? Not once. Our security system is second to none (not that we really need it). We just attract beautiful, top notch members who care about their club and each other. I suppose that was one of the reasons we were voted one of the top 3 clubs in Guelph. Hey everyone- you should go to a club to work out in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with other great people. That’s us. Look forward to meeting you.

Hi Brook Members can cancel their membership if they move a certain distance from the club. Of course if you move far away not near another club you should be able to cancel. That’s clearly indicated on the agreement. There is a small cancellation fee. Most clubs make you pay a prorated amount.

Hi Jason. Thank you for the great review. We are glad you are enjoying the club. With regards to pricing - yes we are couple dollars a more a month than your average big box gym. We do not sell our memberships on high volume. To offer very low membership prices means you have to cram as many members in as possible. We prefer to have fewer members so that our members can have a more quality experience. That is why even at peak times you are still easily able to get a good parking spot and never have to trade off equipment. We value your time. You can't meet your fitness goals if one is always waiting for equipment or trying to find something else yo use. We believe this is easily worth a couple of dollars. Thanks again Jason.
