Expérience négative: Well I was going to sign up, but the contract is disturbing: "I hereby agree TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against Fit4Less by GoodLife and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”), and TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND DISCHARGE THE RELEASEES from any and all claims of action or causes of action (known or unknown), or liability for any loss, damage, property damage or theft, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer, resulting from either my use of or my presence in the Facilities, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS’ LIABILITY ACT, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, AND ALSO INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND ANY USE OF THE FACILITIES." Key Points in this Clause: Waiver of Claims: You are agreeing to waive any and all claims you might have in the future related to injuries or damages. Negligence: This specifically includes waiving claims that arise due to negligence, even if it was the gym’s own failure to safeguard or protect you. Indemnity: You are agreeing to release and indemnify the gym and its affiliates from any legal responsibility for injuries, property damage, or loss, including those that may result from the gym’s negligence. This clause essentially means that, by signing this waiver, you are giving up the right to sue Fit4Less (or its affiliates) for any injuries or damages you may sustain during your use of the gym, even if the injury occurs due to the gym’s negligence or failure to meet safety standards. Ouch!

I guess smith machines must have been on sale when this gym was opened because the only duplicate weight machine in this place is the one no one ever uses. I wish people would do pull ups or other random exercises on any of the 10 other places to do them instead of the single squat rack

Expérience fantastique: Great gym, the staff are always friendly and accommodating and they work hard to keep the spaces clean and organized. The weights are always where they should be, plenty of equipment, and frequent upgrades, keeping in mind what equipment is most used and most requested. Even at the 5 o’clock rush, most days I have no problem finding the equipment I need. The members are great too, everyone is kind and helps each other out — I’ve made several friends in the gym. And of course, a great price. I’m very happy with my experience here and won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Expérience fantastique: I go there in the night time. Gym is wonderful. Its very good in the night time. All the machines are free. Lot of time to workout. There are lockers for the stuff and changing room. I just dont like that massage chairs are not available in the night time but overall experience is fantastic

Expérience positive: I'm usually extremely happy with this gym. Today the sole staff member put up the "Back in 4 minutes" sign and left. When I went to get a massage chair, several people were waiting at the door to join the gym. No staff. I waited by the counter, along with other members, for over 15 minutes when I gave up and went to the dressing room to change. As I left I noticed the men who had been waiting outside had left. Still no staff. That's a poor way to run a business.

Expérience négative: the quality of the equipment and the atmosphere make it a great place to get in a good workout. But If you can handle the stench, this gym is definitely worth checking out. While the body odor can be overwhelming sometimes I try to ignore it cuz it’s a gym but today at 7:30pm I came in and was out within a minute, the smell was horrendous ,hope you guys figure something out soon, thank you.

Expérience négative: I would give it a less rating if I could. The music is way way way too loud. It is like trying to work out in a rave. My phone warns me my headphones are too loud for my ears, but the gym music is still louder then my head phones. They are JBL's, they are good. But th gym just cranks their music to the point where even with the headphones the gym music is louder. I have attempted to contact Fit4less but they don't let you contact them. A company that demands you use the internet to register doesn't allow you to send an email? It is like the are in the early 90's. TURN the music down, people do not sign up to your gym because of how loudly you r play your playlist.

Expérience négative: I was out of the country for 2 months so before going I went to 3 places to freeze my membership and The one said it’s done but I was still getting charged for that and I can not contact them so after coming back I went to gym for 2 days and then there comes another lockdown this company is still charging us OMG and than they talk like that seriously what should I do I so so frustrated with their customer service

Completely non professional and horrible customer service. I am tempted to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau and lodge a formal complaint.

Expérience négative: I signed up in March 2017 and haven't had a single issue since then. The place is clean, staff and management are very friendly and the equipment is well maintained. Never had any billing issues. Showers are available during staffed hours. All that for a rather low fee. I really don't know what else I could ask for. Thanks fit4less :) Update Jan 21, 2024: sadly, this place is no longer in a usable state, at least not for me. It's filthy beyond belief. The gym floor is covered in stains as I write this, and there are pieces of gravel even in the change rooms, which are far away from the entrance area. Even during staffed hours, I frequently see crew members sitting in the office playing with their phones while the gym is covered in dirt. The gym is still the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. I'm done here. There are better options in town.

Expérience positive: It has been 15 years since I have had a gym membership so I was a bit nervous. I was happy to find so many friendly faces willing to help. No one showing off or staring at me. Very clean environment. Looking forward to meeting my fitness goals at Fit 4 Less!

Gym is always both clean and organized with weights put away and accessories where they should be. My third gym in Cornwall and the first to be free of staff/ownership issues. Definitely recommend

Expérience fantastique: Been going here for almost a year now and I must say I really enjoy the gym. This is the first gym I've ever been in so other people's enjoyment may vary. I love it here, its nice and quiet during the nighttime hours when I go. It has everything I need. Recommend it.

Expérience négative: Got a year membership i rarely used. Otherwise i would have run far away a long time ago. The numerous billing issues was my biggest complaint. The old manager was rude and unhelpful. The new manager is great but still made mistakes with billing. Glad to be out of that contract. Get everything in writing so they cant steal from you. The gym itself is too small for my taste. There iw no privacy when using the hydro beds and massage chairs. Its location is ok but not great because its a busy plaza and parking can be scarce. The black pass allows you to share with a friend but you cant go at the same time. Staff is hardly ever even there and they have the weird security turnstiles so if you mis-swipe your card outside of staff hours you cant enter for like 45 minutes. Go to planet fitness instead and get a way better deal.

Expérience fantastique: There are two individual shower stalls. Showers are only open during staff hours. Lots of equipment and really not crowded.

Expérience positive: Very clean with lots of machines. Unfortunately it's not very well set up for free weights. The bar being permanently attached to the power rack is incredibly annoying to use. I wouldn't use them as my regular gym but for the price and proximity to my house it works well as a secondary gym when I can't get to my main one.

Expérience positive: All new equipment, very clean, open and bright. This is a no frills, affordable operation. There is a good mix of dumbbells, free weights and machines for strength building and lots of treadmills. stationary bikes , or elliptical type machines for cardio. Tanning is also available.They even have massage chairs and hydro massage beds . Definitely worth the money (from $4.99 every 2 weeks.

Expérience positive: Love the huge selection of equipment the space and how clean it is kept up. Hope they decide to put blinds in the south facing windows, very hard on the eyes on those sunny days and imagine it will be worse once the snow falls. Young staff should learn to greet us when we come in and smile..other than that loving it!

Expérience fantastique: A very affordable gym, which is easy to get in/out of (both for parking and access to the building) and open 24 hours a day. Found it to be clean and all members (for what I've seen) cleaning and putting equipment away. They have enough equipment to achieve all but the most hard-core gym rats what. So far it is never overcrowded and there are plenty of machines and equipment to go around. There is also a nice little padded area at the back for stretching and the like. There are two individual change rooms and showers along with male and female toilets. If tanning and massage chairs float your boat, there are a few of them around too. All in all, a good gym with a nice atmosphere to workout in.
