Expérience négative: I went to Damian Warner and took a tour around the gym. The guy at the front desk took me for the tour like he was not paid for it. I would have joined this gym if I had better customer service. Other gyms in London have very proactive team members.

Expérience fantastique: First of all Very Clean and well maintained.No waiting for machines..quite busy at the peak hours but still no rush.Mornings are more peaceful.weekends are all yours and very less crowded during the weekends.

Expérience fantastique: It’s a good gym as far as commercial gyms go. Lots of equipment selection, never super busy, a women’s only area. Workout classes and a pool. Therapy services. A CrossFit style area. It really has everything you could ask for at a very reasonable price.

Expérience positive: Equipment are good enough, really nice to have someone always cleaning the gym. Shower room is clean and tidy. However, the sauna room in the pool’s washroom is not always on. Most of the front desks staffs are really welcome and helpful, but there is one who is not really polite and kind of mean. Every time I go there in the morning makes me little bit stressful.

Expérience négative: Do not go here! Gym has been taking money out of my account without permission for months! I found out I was pregnant in November 2023, I called and spoke to staff who told me I had to go in and speak in person to a manager. I explained that I could not do this as I worked 7-5pm and the manager was not in at that time, and I was about to be put on bedrest for my pregnancy. I called and spoke to the manager himself and explained my situation to him. Told him I was working, pregnant, did not need my membership anymore so I wanted to cancel and also wasn't allowing them to take out anymore payments. The Manager (Brody) told me he understood. They have continued to take out money without my permission. Now in July 2024, I have been charged 3 payments this month, July 2nd, 15th and 30th. They sent me an email stating I owe $200 in back pay for my membership. I am sitting at home with a newborn baby and this company is stealing my money. Worst experience I have ever had with a gym. I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: I've been attending the facility for as long as it has been a gym -- going back to 1997! Now that the space is Damien Warner Fitness Center, I am loving it more than ever. There is so much equipment, so much space on multiple floors, great energy staff, popular classes, and an all-around good vibe. Thank you to Southside, DW, Vito, and all who have made this place so great in the post-Covid era. DWFC will be my big-box gym of choice in London for years to come.

Expérience fantastique: Joined one month ago and I have been very impressed! Well cared for facilities, friendly staff, and a good variety of equipment. Pool access and all classes are included in the base biweekly membership fee, so it is excellent value for money when compared to other similar gyms in the area.

Expérience positive: What you typically see first is an upper and lower area of a typical gym format. But what's surprising is an awesome new giant modern functional fitness room at the back of the club that brings a cross-fit vibe with dedicated weights, cardio, and artificial grass turf for functional mobility workouts. Add as well another smaller version of a functional room nearby that also has a turf for additional unique workout experiences, a large indoor pool, a giant new fitness class room, various smaller rooms for classes, and a private woman's only area. This place is gigantic. Televisions, audio hardware, paint, and other items in certain areas await improvements since the Damian Warner Group took over the gym. The previous club Movati didn't seem to invest much into upgrading this location in the last 10+ years. Staff members are welcoming, friendly, and the presence of maintenance and cleaning professionals is far more evident here than at other gyms. Well worth the membership fee if you plan to utilize the features.

Expérience fantastique: I've never joined a gym before so shopped around before committing, especially being a first timer who knows nothing about exercising lol. Such a welcoming, diverse, comfortable place to be. Classes are immeasurable (my favourite part), pool is perfect, rooms/machines/options are endless, staff is outstanding - especially front desk. Have made so many friends already and got to meet Damian himself today. Absolutely love going and look forward to continuing my health journey at Damian Warner.

Expérience négative: Place is soooooo old and run down. Machines are old with ripped seats and handles that are missing grips, dumbells have painted on numbers and are never organized, weights are all over the place, the only good thing is they have a pool, good life is waaayyyyy better.

Expérience négative: My mom visited (well tried to visit) this location for the first time with a 3-day pass without an expiry date. It was an absolute waste of her time and gas. The staff claimed the pass expired which is clearly not true (photos attached) and refused entry. Usually gyms at least give a free trial so people can try it out but they wouldn't even offer that. Yikes. What an unwise business decision. Obviously lost a potential member here.

Expérience positive: Staff are all very welcoming...the gym is so so...it's closer to home and had the equipment I need...but if it had a sauna,(they do have a steamer) would be nice.

I am not an imposter I love Damian Warner for reopening and renovating the Movati (I was an original Athletic Club member, originally was a car dealership building) fitness clubs in London, Ontario. Working out and swimming is my forte but there is also squash and free classes. I love the Aquafit classes. I am reading Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Bodybuilding Bible book and the Damian Warner Fitness Club equips me to do these exercises to get fit and healthy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Expérience négative: I called in to cancel my membership because I was going away for a few weeks and then would be unable to continue going to the gym upon my return. They said I needed to come in person. I said I couldn't because I was leaving out of town and she agreed to cancel it or sign off on my behalf so it could be cancelled... Fast forward to now and there have been 6 charges from Damien Warner from my bank. I called and asked them to refund the amount and they are refusing to do so. They have record the day I called, put my account on hold for 2 weeks that day and then resumed charging me. I've now talked to or emailed 3 different people in the organization and they keep telling me I should have called once I noticed the first charge and are refusing a refund.... Irrespective of how many incorrect charges there are. I shouldn't be paying for anything that I asked to stop paying for. I feel it very reasonable to be repaid the 6 charges they took from my account after I asked them to cancel it and they said they would. Completely ridiculous

Expérience positive: good gym, good price, just wish the ladies area wasn’t moved and condensed. main reason why i come to this gym is for the women’s only. they have basically made it 1/3 the size of the old ladies only and have removed a ton of cardio machines. doesn’t even have a treadmill.

Expérience fantastique: This is not really a review about the gym but more about the people. The gym was good, showers were great but the people are amazing. My five star goes to Sara and Eric. I am from out of town and do not have a membership for this gym. My son was in london Hospital and had a procedure done that was about 5 hrs. I went to a different gym and they wouldn't let me work out. I needed to burn off some steam and get my mind right for when I saw my son. Sara greeted me, understood my situation and was absolutely amazing. She got me set up and let me work out. Very kind, very compassionate person. Eric must have overheard my story and he treated me the same way. What a great couple of people. When you have the privilege of meeting those 2, let them know how wonderful they are. They both have 6 stars in my book. If I lived in London, this is the only place I would go.

Expérience négative: It’s too bad it didn’t reopen without that one creepy personal trainer. It’s a decent gym otherwise, but some of the behaviours can quickly change your mind about that.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym I’ve ever been, it has every machine or equipment you can ever think of, the staff it’s really nice and friendly and they also offer protein food, snacks and shakes. The gym also has a pool, massage room, multiple weightlifting room, big washrooms and change rooms, even an only girls gym and some other things but for the price is probably one of the best gyms ever.

Bc - even when super busy they have enough machines for everyone !!!! - they have everything you need and more from - steam sauna - dry sauna that actually stay working 365 days a year - pool - hot tub - cross function class - personal training 1v1 - personal training class - member perk program discounts at other local business for being a gym member !!! - women only area no men looking at you ! - cold showers !!!!! Freezing cold !!! - lockers !!!! Lockers for everyone legit everyone and than some !! - protein shake bar for 6 bucks each - coffee and pre workout bar All of this and more for only 24 ish buck bi weekly !

Expérience fantastique: My fiance and I went to 2 of the open house days for free workouts and we loved the gym! The space is HUGE and offers way more equipment than I would've thought from just driving by. Never was a member at Movati so it's a brand new experience for me this location, not sure why people are comparing the 2 anyways it's a brand new gym! The locker rooms are spacious and clean, sauna is right in the locker room. The pool is a great size and clean. The women's only section is actually a great size and I love that dumbbells in there go up to 50lb and aren't limited to tiny dumbbells. The multiple turf areas are great for functional movements. There is a great variety of new and old equipment, welcoming and friendly staff and so far the times I've gone the gym hasn't been very busy at all. We both ended up signing up at the end of our 2nd visit. Overall we really enjoyed the gym and can't wait to come here everyday! Only thing I wish was different was that it was 24 hours :)

Expérience fantastique: Very happy with this location. The staff are kind and helpful, the facility is clean and well spaced out, and the hours are great for flexibility and availability. A great location to just slip in, work out, and continue on, which is what's really needed for people with a busy lifestyle. There is only one negative that I can see thus far, which is that the change rooms are one level down from the main floor, which can be a bit of a challenge, as you do need to go up and down a pretty hefty flight of stairs if all you're doing is cardio and some weight machines.

Expérience négative: I want to love this place like I used to love Movati, but unfortunately the gym no longer offers value for what I'm looking for in an exercise facility. The women's only area has been moved into a closet sized space that no longer provides an adequate choice of equipment, particularly for the upper body and cardio. In addition, the exercise classes have been significantly reduced in variety and time options. The one class I was attending, recently disappeared from the schedule with no explanation. Lastly, not everything is included in the advertised price. I'm paying more money now for less than was offered when it was Movati. The good things about this gym: the staff are friendly, it's clean and the location is convenient.

Expérience positive: Great facility, staff are usually kind and welcoming. Only downside is a lot of people record themselves (including in change rooms) and don't care about your privacy when you're half naked trying to get dressed. Having to dodge people who literally bring tripods to record their workout is rather annoying. Please consider implementing rules/restrictions in that regard.

Expérience négative: It's not a biweekly membership unless you cancelled 10 day before the end of it!!! This is a scam and it doesn't make any sense! I was forced to extend my membership for another period to be cancelled. because on the first day I told the staff member I'm not giving my bank information because I want to try it out but he didn't inform me that I have to ask for cancellation 10 days before the end of the period. A new place has to make exceptions and be nice to their customers and solve their problems, but I guess they just want to make money out of us. It's clear on their website the "membership rate is $23.95 biweekly before tax" and another member beside came in while talking and he confirmed that, then the lady informed both of us again that you have to request the cancellation 10 days before the end of it. Which is hidden somewhere in the term and conditions you sign on! Funny.
