Expérience fantastique: Great complex with various activities, gym is good with very less crowd. Swimming pools are mostly filled with families especially on weekends, idk if there are some professional classes as well or not.

Expérience fantastique: Very good staff and welcome. Had a lot of fun with my kids.

Expérience fantastique: What an incredible facility. The place is immaculate, no crowds, just a wonderful spot in the middle of God's country. We will be visiting here a lot more often. The gym upstairs is unreal, too. It's a big city facility with small town crowds. A hidden gem.

Expérience négative: While there swimming today, my daughter had a little accident in the lazy river. She is ok and was very brave today. She was in a floaty thing and it flipped over on her and she was stuck under the water. A lifeguard was 5 feet away and did nothing. The other 2 in the office stood there watching. One laughed after the situation. Not a single one came over and checked on her or asked if she was ok. This bothers me, a lot!! That is their job. Had we not seen it and my husband was not able to get to her as quick as he did it could have been far worse. Yes accidents happen, but something more should have been done by the staff.

Expérience positive: I go quite often and most of the staff is polite. The facility is usually fairly clean. There have been a few times though that a certain lifeguard there seems impatient to finish their shift. If you’re in public swim near closing time we have witnessed them cross armed, tapping their foot and alternating between staring at the clock and then back at us with a scowl. We have never stayed past closing, and as soon as time is up we start heading to change.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful facility. It is always so clean and the staff are very friendly! Workout centre has a nice range of equipment and has lots of space.

Expérience positive: We love the multiplex but when there are three field houses and not one is available for the kids on a Sunday afternoon I think that’s a bit ridiculous. The next available time is 5 pm which most people are having Sunday dinner or heading out to a family dinner. Why do we buy a family membership when we can’t use it to the fullest when we are there. Also the change in age for the kids to use the gym is now 14 because of a incident with a child who didn’t know how to use the weights properly. That’s not our fault. We had our kids have a tour and a proper introduction to the weights. That shouldn’t affect the rest of us because there’s no proper training staff in the gym watching what goes on. We are not impressed

Expérience positive: The pool is worse than I expected it to be Concidering the amount of money they've spent. The life guards are rude. Every time we show up for an adult swim we pay $8.50 a person just to sit in the hot tub as the lane pool is always in use for practice. Nothing is more fun than just sitting there..

Expérience positive: This is an incredible facility for the surrounding population. It could be a bit more organized and staffed more but that's the struggle of a small town. Music in the gym is dreadful - just bring your ear buds or be transported back to the 80's. Everything is clean and new. It will be interesting to see how it is kept up over the years. Great place all around and easy to access the different parts of the multiplex.

Expérience positive: Nice facility. Terrible acoustics for live performance. Sounded like someone trying to sing with sock in his mouth. Also someone barfed on the rim of the toilet.

Expérience fantastique: Gym is awesome, great facility. Seems understaffed especially at front desk and food locations, but it is a small town so it doesn't really matter. Food is expensive, but that's to be expected. Would recommend bringing your own if you plan on a long stay or workout.

Expérience fantastique: Swimming pool is 25m length. Water temperature is just right. Zero entry pool for children and people with disability is a few degrees higher. It even has gymnastics. Only thing I miss is rock climbing.
