Expérience négative: I have the black card membership... annual cost says is 49.99 ... somehow I get charged 70 $ in December and then 2 weeks later in January I get another 84$ charge?? Watch what these crooks are charging you

Expérience fantastique: Limited space and equipment. But it's not overcrowded, which I like the most. Located Inside the real canadian store.

Expérience négative: This gym will meet your basic equipment needs (definitely lacking a couple key things) but the biggest issue is the operating hours. Opening hours that match with the Superstore hours would make this more accessible for many people! The staff are great and the members are welcoming.

Expérience négative: It used to open at 7 now it's 8 even after covid.Us early risers are not happy.Why can't we get in at 7 when workers show up after 8.Im turning the lights and fans on.Workers are lazy can't ever find them.One time I wanted to tan no one in sight.Was at front desk called them from my cell to get a worker to come up!

Expérience fantastique: First class equipment, lots of big screen TV’s and great parking. Strategically located: close to shopping and restaurants.

Expérience positive: The gym is alright! Generally a good crowd, definitely avoid the place in the early evening. My biggest suggestion would be to extend the hours. Being open earlier every day and later on the weekends would be so much more convenient.

Expérience positive: It’s a decent gym but it gets way too crowded at peak hours (early evening). Like, way too crowded. Bathroom cleanliness is so so. But there are three squat cages with two platforms.

Expérience fantastique: I like the express circuit. Clean gym and friendly staff, conveniently located above a grocery store.

Expérience fantastique: Looks great. Was undecided in joining a new gym but other than the low cost, I think the flexibility of going to any of their multiple locations is a bonus.

Expérience négative: The gym is to small … doesn’t have the appropriate machines for a good workout ! Just with 20 people in the gym makes so full …… the appliances are old to …. Fit4less should open a new gym for Byron - Hyde park area with the appropriate machines and space ….. this area is so big but without any good gym around ……

Expérience fantastique: A place to workout in peace

Expérience négative: Very limited equipment and the management was very sloppy. Wet floor (should have been done before they open up) and vacuum cleaner left in middle of the work out area. I almost tripped and it was there for more than 30 mins.

Expérience fantastique: It's a super nice, quaint little gym! The set-up is nice and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. There's always space and availability for most things. Location and price are super good too. Good environment, friendly staff :) It would be AWESOME if they extended their hours on the weekend because 6pm is so early for a Sat/Sun!

Expérience positive: Quiet and cosy gym! Nice staff and very clean. Bathrooms/lockers/showers all included in the change room, no need to worry about having your showers or locker accessible to everyone. Pretty decent for a Fit4Less.

Expérience négative: The manager at this place is horrible. Her name is taneesha or something and she was extremely rude to me. Don’t know how she even has a job in the first place nonetheless speaking about the manager position. Action needs to be taken and she needs to be held responsible for her rude actions. She acting like she doesn't care about her job, extremely rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience here and will contact fit4less and make sure action is taken.

Expérience négative: Canceled the membership for two of us. The guy who works at the front desk, makes people feel miserable before walking-in. I would suggest to have someone who does what is needed, instead to try to go above the government restrictions.

Expérience négative: Showed up for a pre booked 8am workout and no staff were there. Waited 20 minutes in case they were running late. Spoke with the other location and they confirmed that the gym was supposed to be open. I guess this is to be expected when the gym is run by kids.

Expérience négative: the manager at this location is very rude!! all other staff members are lovely, but the manager handles things very unprofessionally and in a very rude way. the other day i left in tears, she ruined my whole day. there is no reason to treat people like this. especially people that have been members for years. very disappointed and the whole situation has made me feel very unwelcome in this gym, even though fit4less is suppose to be a comfortable and safe place for all people.

Expérience négative: Seemingly run by children. They have no issues enforcing rules with women and younger people, but seem too concerned with themselves to enforce said rules on the older gentlemen. Almost seems as though this location lacks any sort of management, with dirty machines and all three or four staff standing around talking.

Expérience positive: Small gym but not super busy even during peak hours. No squat racks though which is a major downfall. Just the freedom racks that are basically Smith machines. Wish at least one fit4less in London would get a squat rack.

Expérience négative: No hand sanitizer because apparently Good Life thought this was a cost that was unnecessary (I was told this by an employee). Equipment does not seem to be cleaned often. I guess you get what you pay for.

Expérience fantastique: It's small, sure, but it had everything you need. Never too busy either. Great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The one female employee who tends to work evenings is phenomenal. Very friendly, smiling, walking around doing things. She cares about her job.

Expérience négative: Gym is convenient and has everything we need, decent price, but I paid for 2 memberships for a year in advance, plus the $88 joining fee, now one year later I wish to continue and am told I have to re-sign and pay another $88 ??? because I paid it up front? if I had paid bi-weekly instead it would have just continued. Why wasn't I told this?? I am not a new client now, you had my money for a whole year...i just want to now continue my 2 memberships either bi-weekly or pay for a year in advance, but not another joining fee. The local manager could not help me. We will not be rejoining unless this fee is waved.

Expérience positive: Good basic gym. All inclusive tanning (lie flat or standing) and massage chair access is a bonus with the black card. Can become busy at times and popular equipment is in demand. Always is staffed during open hours.

Expérience fantastique: For the price that Fit4Less offers, there's a lot of value here at Oakridge. This location received new floor mats in addition to accessories like a Bosu Ball, elastic bands and foam rollers. Oh and there's also a water fountain! Perks that many of their other locations don't offer. The staff is very knowledgable when it comes to Fit4Less policies and will prioritize what membership works best for you. The location is small, but it is a mighty location and the current General Manager Eric Wright does an AMAZING job at running this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Expérience positive: Fit4Less is a great gym! Cheap, Friendly staff, and convenient locations with the black card. This location however is rather small and doesn't have an unassisted squat rack. Best part is this gym is never super busy and great for picking up groceries to fuel an awesome workout!
