Expérience fantastique: Been going to this location for several years before I moved to surrey and I find myself driving the extra mile for this location. As soon as I go in the staff are welcoming and friendly, the restrooms are clean, the machines are always in great condition, and people are always respectfull. I can't wait for the new location to open up as I hear it's bigger with additional new machines.

Expérience fantastique: I've been to a number of Anytime Fitness clubs around the lower mainland and this one stands out as one of the best. Staff is amazing and it feels like a real community here. Equipment is higher end and the adjustments they've made adding equipment over the years you can tell management cares about their members. 10/10. They're opening up a location 2 times the size just up the hill. Can't wait to see what they do with it!

Expérience positive: Use to be 5 stars, but..I have some critics…. A. The smith machine is dryer than your mom on a Sunday…can we please get some lube? B. The water filter has been begging to be changed for months…see the little red light? That means the filter is dirty…and lets be honest the water taste dirtier than Nate Jacobs dad. C. The overhead lighting is brighter than a rave on molly….you think im tryna make these muscles pop…what happened to the sexy mood lighting at night… Hope this helps your business ❤️

Expérience fantastique: It’s a nice gym and not too crowded. The staff is really nice and polite. I really like their layout which gives enough space for different types of workouts. They have nice and enough equipments. All of their cardio equipments syncs with your apple watch (which I find really useful). Its super clean and well maintained. Its been a little over 3 weeks since I joined here, and so far I have enjoyed working out at this location. I was also offered a complementary full body evaluation on my first day and to get me started they also shared some helpful tips on how I can alter my workout to reach my goals.

You do have to be willing to fork out some decent cash to attend as a member but if you have the budget room it is certainly worth it. Great staff and a good fitness experience. The 24/7 availability is a sure highlight.

Expérience négative: On July 29th 2022 my appointment was at 1:00pm. I went in to sign up after many years of talking about going to a gym. A young man met me at the door for my appointment. I told Him I was there to sign up and have a walkthrough he had me wait. While he walked around and passed me a few times, he did not acknowledge me again at any point. Then a young women arrived and asked to renew. He took he into the office immediately. I had already been there waiting over a half an hour. As I stood up and looked through the window to see no interest in helping me I walked out.

Expérience négative: Because of lackadaisical communication around cancelation, and multiple post-cancelation charges of inconsistent amounts, I must write this review. I was threatened with creditors instantly. So I promised reviews, that I hadn't planned on making, in response. I was a member for around (over/under) 4 years, paying just over 50 dollars a month, + two administrative fees/ year, +150 dollar sign up fee. I purchased multiple rounds of personal training sessions (5, 1hr long appointments for 300 dollars each round), and purchased a 100 dollar novelty massage item. - I've paid well over $4500 and now they threaten my credit over their mistake instead of trying to make amends and keep an ambassador in my future networking. - Inconsistent billing times each month. - Every referral I sent to Anytime, left feeling unwelcome: my friend Trevor, neighbor Wally, mother Lynn, and my Wifey. I can understand how they came to this conclusion as staff and management enthusiasm fluctuates noticeably. - Your allowed to bring a guest concurrently, but if you bring them consistently they will begin to catch the staff attitude shifting. You will likely notice it to, as I did. - The gym is half the size and twice the price of the meme gym down the street. Since you'll have to deal with onlookers, gawkers, and other messy patrons at the gym, you might as well do it in a gym with more space, more equipment, and no inquiries into your coming and going. -The recent addition to the business network in the area of Anytime (the healthy food place across the parking lot) is great for anyone who needs to build a routine and can afford to include them. They have a great staff too. But if you already have a routine around food, you might not enjoy how in-your-face the cross promotion is at Anytime. -The garbage bins behind the building can unfortunately waft to the main entrance and is smelt throughout the side and rear parking. (Not much they can do about that though.) - If you can afford to pay for your membership and your partners (gf, bf, wife, etc.), then this place might be nice.  But if you both like saving money and don't like being billed and bullied when canceling a membership you might want to find a gym that has fewer hang ups and more going for it. I really enjoyed the large majority of my time at Anytime Fitness. Unfortunately, due to increased demand on my finances, my family and friends' poor experiences, and other minor things, I felt the switch to another gym; coupled with calisthenics, biking, and swimming; would allow me to save money, pay for my Wifey to have a membership, and would bring more growth and peace. When I canceled with Anytime I was told, "All good. No cancellation fee. An if you'd like can still use the gym for another month". I thought this was pretty cool and left on a good note. When I was charged after cancelation, I called and inquiried. They were not reasonably clear when I canceled, or when I inquired about the charge, post-cancelation. I paid my bank to put a stop on Anytime making further charges, in case it happened again. I later received an email threatening to have a larger amount sent to collections and that they would not actually cancel my membership and is going to keep billing me. Email thread available upon request. (YouTubers, earnest gym goers, etc.) I hope you find what you're looking for in a gym. Health and fitness are vital to life. I just can't in good conscience endorse this gym anymore. It's a shame really.

Expérience négative: I started visiting this location as a guest with my husband. He had been a member for a few years and had even continued paying them during a time that he was not going due to severe health concerns, (not COVID). He had also been paying for multiple rounds of personal training sessions, gotten a few massages, and purchased one of the massage guns they started selling. I wanted to join him in improving our health, so I was considering getting a membership. After a few visits I began to feel uncomfortable as the staff would sit in the open office while they chatted (or gossiped) and looked out onto the gym floor at patrons. This didn't seem very professional considering lots of people who attend fitness centres or gyms can have various types of insecurities, which can easily be worsened by seemingly judgemental staff members chatting idly in the open office, instead of working. I ended up going to another gym and found that their staff was much more pleasant to interact with, their pricing was much more reasonable, and their membership provided MANY benefits that Anytime Fitness doesn't even have at all. I told my husband about this other gym, and he decided to switch. When he went to cancel his Anytime membership, he was told that it was fine and he was asked to sign a form confirming that there would be no cancellation fee as he was not under a contract anymore. After a few days, his account was charged by Anytime so he called to ask why. He was told that he was still being charged for his membership and there were more fees that he would be charged for after. He explained that he was not informed of these upcoming charges and was only told he could cancel and there would be no cancellation fee. They basically told him that he should have known about the upcoming charges and that they would still be charging him before officially cancelling his membership. My husband called his bank and put a stop to their payments, after which he received an email from Anytime stating that because they were not able to charge his bank account, that his membership would not be cancelled and would continue to be billed for membership dues as well as for the fees incurred by their continued attempts to charge his bank account. They also said that if he did not pay them for charges he was not informed of, that they would use a collection agency and affect his credit immediately, over a few dollars when he had paid over 4500$ during the life of his membership. After some email correspondence with the trainer he had been seeing, the trainer made it seem as though the matter was resolved and that his membership would be cancelled without issue. He has since received a text from the creditor company they had threatened him with, regarding Anytime, meaning they mislead us in the matter being closed, which is extremely unprofessional. He emailed a screenshot of the text to the trainer in order to clarify things and got a very rude response instead of the trainer clarifying if the membership was cancelled or not. All of this after he had been an advocate for the gym, referred people to them, paid for extra services, promoted their services, and left very positive reviews for their location. So essentially this gym is; overpriced, improperly managed, has an atmosphere of judgement from almost everyone working or going there, and doesn't appreciate their clientele beyond their membership and administration fees. I don't recommend anyone join this gym.

Expérience fantastique: I was excited to try this location when I was in the neighborhood. Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay too long. Great gym. I read it's always quiet and it sure was at 3pm on a Wednesday. As others mentioned, everything is brand new and each gym has machines that others don't have so I was excited to try them. I love the dim lighting. The only drawback is the lockers don't have keys. Please remember to bring your own lock. But I saw people just leave their wallets and cell phones in the cubbies so I wasn't too worried.

Expérience négative: God awful experience at this gym.... I was being stalked by a person, completely unknown to me he has a fleur-de-lis tattoo on a shoulder... He got very upset when I when out to my car and stormed out the door... A later date I was half way into an hour long work out and he showed again, pop! Lights out! After he assaulted me a very large man about 6'2" got in my way as if he was giving me a impression of hostility... Very inebriated and stressed I left... Came back after a day or so to report to management of the issue... Came back again 3 or so days later just to face a manager watching her lie to me claiming there was now evidence on CCTV... Fortunately for me I only agreed to a 6 month contract. I tried may times to revoke the membership fees to no avail... That Anytime Fitness promotes and hostile and unfriendly environment. Not recommended....

Expérience négative: I always have trouble with this Location. I’m for sure this is the right location and I’m the membership here. This location the worse ever. I just signed up for membership just more than a month and they withdrew more than $500, when I went to the gym to ask about that, they told it’s showing on system not that much, I just show the staff my statement, they told me the manager will contact me soon but no one contact me. they didn't solve the problem for me until now waiting a month already but they still continue withdraw my money. So annoying… If anyone in this situation before please contact me to help me how to out of that gyms.

Expérience fantastique: Switched to this gym about a month ago and am so happy I did. Very clean, and professional atmosphere. Would rather pay a bit more money then be in a crammed gym like other facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone always cleans up after themselves and wipes down the machines and dumbells.

Friendly and polite staff, extremely clean and it's got a great vibe overall which is reinforced by the members and employees. Smaller gym sure, but there's more than enough equipment, and the space is optimized even for post COVID. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend checking it out.

Expérience fantastique: After stopping by on a whim to see if i would enjoy this gym, their staff and management, i ended up staying for an hour just chatting about our mutual love for the gym! It is a smaller space but with a bit of planning they have utilized the space exceptionally well. AF does an excellent job of providing a fantastic workout space, with a variety of high end equipment. Everything seems very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. If youve got a fitness goal in mind, CHECK THEM OUT!

Expérience fantastique: With everything going on with COVID-19 there's no doubt everyone was excited to get to the gym after time off. Anytime Fitness Langley did an amazing job with cleaning practices and being open to all AF Members! I was skeptical on going to a new location but, of course, I'd been waiting to return to the gym after months off! The staff are welcoming, greeting everyone as they walking. Cleanliness can be seen EVERYWHERE. Seriously, check out the bathrooms! Now don't even get me started on the equipment. I've been to my fair share of AF gyms and this is by far my favorite. Hands down. 100%. There's so much equipment, many machines you don't normally see in one AF gym! The use of gym space is phenomenal. Even though it's a little out of the way for me compared to my home gym. There's absolutely no doubt I'll be visiting this location, even after the other locations open up! :)

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend - I love this gym! Between the clean, bright, well organized layout, and the kind manager/trainer AK, this location has it all. Even when busy, the gym does not feel full, and there is always available equipment. Love the cardio machine option of cable TV, Netflix, YouTube and more. Great for getting through cardio on the days you just don’t feel like going! I also appreciate the clean modern shower options available as well as the filtered water bottle fill station. AK encourages and maintains a strong, positive gym culture within this location. It doesn’t feel as though this is ‘just a job’ to him, and he frequently checks in with members and can be seen encouraging and cheering them on as they achieve goals and improvements. If you are considering trying this location, don’t hesitate. I was able to take a full tour before joining. It really solidified the choice for me and I’ve been nothing but happy since.

Probably the best Anytime Fitness in the franchise, and the most friendly.
