Expérience fantastique: I studied my “Personal training” program here, , Infofit is an extraordinary institution that help you study about Fitness fundamentals, they offer a great variety of different programs that I really like this, You want to study within weekdays, they have class for it, You want to do it during weekends? No problem, there are classes for you during weekends. You need to get certified soon and you have plenty of time during day to study? They have fast track courses that you can study materials and get certified within 6weekends (it actually will take more, because you will have some exams). You doubt if you found enough information on the website? You can email them or call them and they will help you with that (Emails are usually answered within two or three working hours) You need any single help about this way? You can call them and ask for help As the first experience of studying in Canada, with the different language that I was used to study in. They provided me with a wonderful experience! I recommend this institution if you are interested in fitness. (Just a friendly advice, if you can, choose ACE) (BCRPA, is too hard, practical exam of it is unnecessarily complicated and hard).

After researching different courses for a fitness qualification it is clear Infofit is the best place to go, there are a few other options in Vancouver or online but they were either more expensive or didn’t give great customer service. Staff were great and really helpful, love the gym and classroom they have.

Expérience fantastique: I have been working with the Infofit trainers for the last few years to improve range of motion and pain relief. Regular training with Infofit along with their microcurrent sessions, have removed all pain, made me more capable of adding biking and swimming to my weekly workouts which has give me back may confidence to stay physically active. I'd recommend microcurrent to eliminate joint point.

Expérience négative: At the gyms, you are looking at making $20/hr while they charge the client $80/hr in general. Three dogs loiter around in the class. A nonchalant woman kept walking back and forth, eyeing people as if about to complain. Most of the Certification exams don't require any schooling anyways. You are welcome.

Expérience fantastique: Could not recommend this program more! I completed the Fast Track program with one-on-one instruction from Shaira who is truly amazing. The program is thorough, accessible and well planned out. Based on exercise science applied via case studies and hands on gym time, I am very surprised at how much I learned from Info Fit. I chose this program because of the thorough nature of the in-person instruction described in the course outlines. Because of how unregulated this industry can be, I wanted hands -on learning and feedback from someone well-trained in the field with a degree in Kinesiology. The outcome of this resulted in very efficient instruction of theory and practice. I would 100% recommend this school. A note on inclusiveness, during my intake call, I told Portia I am trans and have attempted to complete my certification at two other institutions and dropped out because of discriminatory information being taught. She was very understanding and didn’t bat an eye. The entire staff is welcoming and genuine - a real breath of fresh air especially in the fitness industry.

If you take the fast-track course, your brain might feel like scrambled eggs by the end of it. They really pack a lot of information into a month and a half! Thankfully, it’s all useful, practical knowledge for your career. They also offer an inexpensive apprenticeship program if you need more practice.

Whilst I found the program challenging, it was also a fun environment. Shaira ensures that the material is drilled into your head through activities that suit different learning styles, and Leah is very hands on and upbeat. I am looking forward to continuing my time at Infofit through their Apprenticeship program.

I instantly knew I was going to study here.I was looking for flexibility in my course so I chose the fast track personalised personal trainer course. They were very quick and accommodating in finding times that suited my schedule. I was lucky to work with a few of the tutors during my course, they were all inspiring, knowledgable and nurturing. The facilities are good and clean and the course is well structured to continually build your command of the content. Since I qualified with ACE, I can happily say Infofit have continued to offer support in my development. To sum up, I felt like I was given the right tools and the encouragement to take responsibility for my learning and career. I highly recommend.

Very well designed curriculum, excellent pedagogy, supportive admin staff, and our instructor is just fantastic! (I will add names later if they are OK with it. :) But that is not what prompted me to write this review. It was what they did today for us, while we were “snowed in” and couldn’t get to class. Attendance is mandatory, but today, two of us couldn’t come to class (because we live “WAY out in the Valley” :) To help us follow today’s class, the office staff quickly hooked up a Webinar session for us - last minute! They didn’t have to do that, but the fact that they DID, and it was for only TWO of us, really shows how “human” they are and how much they care about our training and success! If you are looking to train in the fitness field, and are unsure which school to attend (as we can all be very cautious, even to the point of being cynical), I would encourage you to come and visit the school, and I am sure you will want start training at Infofit! I love it!

The course combined theoretical knowledge and practical moments in a well-balanced manner to provide a deeper level of understanding for the subject at hand. The leaders were highly skilled, both regarding professional aspects of personal training and in teaching. They were able to address each individual student’s needs and provide personal feedback and support accordingly, making sure everybody kept up with the study plan to the best of their abilities. Coming to Vancouver from Sweden to attend this program I was not sure what to expect, since the course is a significant investment in both time and, to be honest, a respectable amount of money. But looking at it afterwards, I could not have been happier with my choice, you guys exceeded my expectations on all levels! Despite having 28 years of weight training experience, including competitive powerlifting, this program provided a whole new level of knowledge and insight in what it means to be an elite personal trainer. Also a well-earned shout-out to the admin staff, who went way beyond their call of duty helping me with all kinds of enquiries both before and during the program. Would absolutely recommend Infofit to anyone considering a career in fitness industry. Such joy working with true professionals!

Ace standards are terrific and Sylvain has gone above and beyond to I sure everyone who leaves this class is ready to become an excellent trainer. It has been a long time between my fitness theory and finally taking the PT comprehensive. Sylivan immediately made me feel comfortable and his support and guidance through this class has been most wonderful.

Expérience fantastique: In 2017 I bought the ACE Certified Personal Trainer course online directly from ACE. Being dyslexic I really struggled and gave up 3 days later realising a class approach would suit me better. After extensive internet searches I found Infofit who offered a Fast Track class room base program. Due to work commitments the only option was the Personal Training Certification in 6 Weekends. After the first weekend I felt really overwhelmed. We were all reassured that it would be fine if we worked through the workbooks during the week doing a little everyday. There teaching methods and guidance gave me the knowledge and tools to succeed. I took the ACE Certified Personal Trainer exam after 9 weeks from starting passing with a score of 656. Would highly recommend Infofit to anyone who’s serious about passing the ACE certification.

I went through their process to be come certified and passed my exam with confidence the first attempt. A year and a half later I am still taking CECs through them and continuing to training with their experienced staff. I had the opportunity to personally have Sylvain train me for my fitness competitions - where I learnt so much about my body and the science behind all the training I did. I highly recommend their services if you are new or experienced in the industry.

I attended the full time personal trainer programme, and enjoyed every singe day of it. Sure, it was challenging at times, but I felt super supported throughout, and my teachers Jon & Lisa are both very knowledgable and made the learning incredibly fun and rewarding. Still, 9 months after I graduated and got my PT certificate, Infofit keep being supportive of me and my career, and I truly feel like I have someone to turn for advice should I need to. I've recommended Infofit to other of friends of mine who have signed up for courses, and I'll keep recommending them over and over again. I really believe that the level of professionalism and knowledge I gained through this course, would be hard to match elsewhere.

Not to mention the admin is great with correspondence! You will never wait long for an answer. The long weekend hours didn't even seem that long. I enjoyed the weekends and made connections in the field - great program! I would recommend InfoFit to anyone looking to get certified!
