Expérience fantastique: Amazing experience and gym, the Staff were very helpful especially Mo and assisted me with everything I needed. Amazing environment and energy around this gym.

Expérience positive: I like this gym a lot, but recently I've been getting many, many emails telling me to "lock in my rate"..... for a fee, of course. I'm telling you now, if my rate goes up one cent, I'll be cancelling my membership and heading across the street to Planet Fitness.... which is already cheaper, btw. Also, enough w/ the soaps on the TV's already. It's a gym...... show sports.

Expérience fantastique: I was referred to this location of Fit4Less and oh my goodness.. this is honestly the best gym in THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!! It is the cheapest, cleanest and sickkkkest I swear! I was pleasured to be assisted by Mo, Sarah, Jonty and they are the most helpful, smartest, beautiful people you will ever meet in your life ‍

Expérience positive: Honestly, I'm not disappointed. Came here from Brickhouse after 7 years. Was scared.. Has 95% of what you need. The staff are fantastic. It's also very clean! It's very reasonably priced. Only 2 complaints are how busy it is. A good chunk of people in there are not working out they're just sitting on phones or screwing around with friends. Second complaint is the overnight people. I've seen a few in there 12 am- 1am blasting speakers or training people and I know for a fact they're not trainers. I was told for me to come from brickhouse to there to train i couldn't so I'm not sure why these people are getting away with it. I have a picture of one. FYI..

Expérience positive: Has 90% of what you need for a full body workout. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Gym is always immaculately clean. Only downside is the tiny lockers and showers. But overall great gym!

Expérience fantastique: Today I joined this gym and as a person with many years of training experience in different gyms, I can tell you that this one is extremely well equipped and very spacious, which I think is very important for exercisers, great atmosphere, great staff, great vibe! I hope that the gym will add a punching bag in the future, that's the only thing missing, but it certainly has all the necessary things besides that. All recommendations for this gym!

Expérience négative: Worst gym I’ve ever been to. I had a membership for over a year and the equipment in the gym was regularly broken, and didn’t get fixed for months. They make it very hard to cancel your membership as well, you have to go in person and they still charge you for a month. I wanted to try it again after cancelling and paid for a day pass at the kiosk, and it took my money and didn’t give me my card. There was no staff to help me so I had to leave after paying. Terrible experience, better off going to Planet Fitness that’s 1 minute away, or 2 Snap Fitnesses that are within a 3 minute drive. They’ll probably respond to this half hearted apology, but they don’t care, they just want your money.

I wish I didn't have to give a month notice to cancel membership as I just want to pause it at times, but there is no pause option (although I thought that option existed). oh well, fair price, good equipments and nice to see familiar faces when working out.

Expérience négative: Their doors are not working properly it's the 2nd day I have had to wait for 30 minutes entry thing their systems suck. I will cancel the membeship for sure after this month because time is money and I don't like to waste my time on gym entry. I paid you 34$ to use the gym not for 30 minutes waiting for entry.

Expérience positive: This gym started out 5 star. Great equipment, very clean and not very busy during the morning. A year later and the gym is no longer as clean, equipment regularily out of service, benches are cracking and peeling. It has also become very busy during the day. With Planet Fitness opening across the street, I'd say it's time to up your game F4L.

Expérience négative: Hi i went this afternoon around 3:21 to switch over my membership from Altea active but the guy working there was super rude and unprofessional. We asked him politely to speak to the manager as he was reluctant to let us use the facility even after getting black membership but he asked us to leave the gym. I found this is a disgrace to the management for keeping such impolite staff. Now i am rethinking my choice.

Expérience négative: Worst customer service experience ever. I wanted to upgrade my membership to Black Membership, so called the desk before going to the gym. I had a regular membership and wanted to upgrade so I can use this location close to my home. This guy was extremely rude, didn't know how to upgrade, he sent a request by email which might take 5 business days and I have to wait till then. I asked him to get a Manager or Supervisor to talk to about this, he said no one is available till Tuesday as it's a long weekend. He won't give any name or contact details for the manager neither his name. I said it was not a good customer service and he asked me to leave the gym. This was rude and extremely unprofessional service ever. Will never recommend and ask my dozens of friends and family members to move to another location as soon as possible.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym, great atmosphere, workers always make sure the sanitation wipes are restocked. Definitely a quality choice of gym for a good price.

Check their cancellation policy, they will just keep charging you for 2 months even though you’ve cancelled their subscription. At a point I got an email from a manager, but it was useless. PF needs to be opened soon. Hope your corporate staff will check our interactions.

Expérience négative: Absolutely poor customer service! Went to cancel my membership The associate at the front desk on Dec 30th afternoon barely made an eye contact acting with an obvious passive aggressive behaviour! This person needs to get trained on communication skills!

Expérience fantastique: I love it. It has the dumbbells, Circuit Training, Treadmill, Stairclimber, and more. But these I use. And with Black Card Membership THE HYDROMASSAGE. I had a bad knot in my neck & after using the HYDROMASSAGE, I can workout better, sleep better. I even use the Massage Reclining Chairs they have. They even have Tanning Beds included for Black Card holders. But I'm already naturally tanned. Lol. The only thing they don't have is Personal Trainers. But isn't that what YT is for? And there's free WiFi. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone, beginners & the advanced. The Price is Great!

Expérience négative: There are things I def like about this gym. The equipment, black card member section with more equipment options, lockers to store my belongings during my workout and the big windows that bring in a lot of natural light. However. I’m taking stars away from my original review. I had previously made many complaints to staff about almost never having the Winnipeg Jets or Winnipeg Blue Bomber games on any TVs in the gym on game days. Always the remotes are locked away and staff can’t change the channels. At one time after my 1 star review about this they had the Jets on a few times but then that stopped after I gave them more stars on my review. Even if I ask a staff member to put the game on the remotes are locked away so they can’t change the channels. Now, for the first time in a very long time we have two Canadian hockey teams playing each other in the second round of playoffs, and out of 10 TVs in the gym … ONE had the hockey game on. FIVE were showing AMERICAN LACROSSE! Why are Canadian teams on TV less in this gym than American teams? Make this make sense Fit4Less. Since I joined this gym in Sept 2023, I have watched more American teams in just about every sport, then I’ve even watched in my whole life and I’m not happy about it. The other channels they regularly show are W and the Oprah Winfrey Network. Give me an effing break! Literally the worst kind of programming for the gym! Management needs to change this. You’re located in CANADA! You should ensure that CANADIAN sports are featured before American sports/teams. Literally so sick of it. At the least leave remotes accessible for staff when members request a channel change! WE ARE PAYING FOR THE GYM and therefore our requests should count for something. Challenge extended management, can you fix this problem and keep it that way?

Expérience négative: Called to drop in but they are a cashless business... not cool since cash has been currency longer then electric non existent money.

Expérience positive: Equipment is repaired fairly quickly, 1 - 2 weeks. There's a good range of weights, plates, and machines available. The black card buys you access to better stations like leg press, incline bench, and calve raises. The black card area has a view of the parking lot but it comes at a cost of no direct access to water. There is a 30 minute timeout for this particular gym if you don't make it through the gate on signing in. Same problems regards to gym cultural as any other gym. There is a small subset of regulars that like to crowd stations and the area around them spending time just talking instead of lifting. Surprisingly for this subset of regulars many of them don't rack their weights or wipe. The general public maintains decent gym etiquette for most part. Overall a decent gym for the price point. I would like to see a water station in the black card area

Expérience positive: I enjoy working out there. It’s just if you scan your card and it doesn’t work the 1st time you have to wait 30 mins before you can scan again which makes no sense. If I’m paying for a membership why should I have to wait, no other gym does that.

Expérience négative: In the year of our lord 2023, fit4less hasn’t figured out that they need wifi in the cell signal dead zone that is their gym. Expect to miss calls, and not be able to listen to music in about 70% of this location. But hey, it’s a discount gym. Why should they have something that was standard 10 years ago (which both Shaw and mts offer for free)

Expérience fantastique: After moving from Edmonton a few months back I had vowed to never go to another Fit4less again. My location in Edmonton, was outright filthy and honestly comparable to a dump. I would’ve never considered stepping foot inside a Fit4less again had my friend not convinced me to go for the free day, I came here and was blown away by this gyms cleanliness. I was a member at planet fitness until last month but hated that they had no free weight, and would always sound the lunk alarm when I would pick up a dumbbell heavier than 10lb. This location in the mall is game changing, closer to my house than planet, and the gym is always on point with the cleaning. All I ever see the employees doing is clean plus all the ones I’ve spoken to are super friendly. For sure the best gym I have tried out since arriving in Winnipeg, given the cost it’s basically free, I get to lift free weight and it’s a super clean environment. Would love if I could access the massage chairs after midnight, but for less than a dollar a day I really can’t complain.

Expérience négative: Not recommended at all. Is there any way we can give negative star? No equipment for members who has lower membership no proper equipment only 2 bench yuck, not even good rope cable. On the other hand, for black card membership they provide different area to workout which means they are creating above and beneath difference in lower membership group's mind and psychologically convince you to upgrade to BLACK CARD which doesn't even make sense for person who wanna do hardcore bodybuilding or just cardio. They promoted big banner everywhere in gym UPGRADE TO BLACKCARD not left even Washroom really yaar. Let me share my worst experience I join the gym and after 2 days when I ask the guy to have a WIFI password he said we don't do here what you mean by that first of all I have never ever seen gym in my life who ask members to use their own data in gym because gym doesn't have a WIFI. If you are not providing the wifi that's okay but at least show some curtesy to customer and give them answer like this we are trying to set up everything right now and it might take some time so we please ask you to use your own data and we apologies for inconvenience. For instance, Banks offer average 10 to 12 different type of credit card to their clients but they never create this kind of psychological game with client to switch to higher annual fee card because they know that usage might be vary from client to client and they provide exactly same service to all client because end to the day all client play important role to run the entire organization. However, they ask you to remove the shoes all time just to maintain the premises alright sounds good but what about client like me who work in mall and doesn't even have dirty shoes still they ask you carry second pair of shoes and change it while having workout I never seen anywhere like this not even the gym where they provide elite service to you. I also workout before somewhere else where they provide different membership but when it comes to workout everyone have to do under one roof no discriminations that is called fair treated. To all new members before getting membership kindly visit to competitor and understand the facility they provide then compare with here then make a decision. I am not recommending to go somewhere else but be wise stay happy.

Expérience fantastique: I got a membership here (in conjuction with goodlife membership) because it's open 24/7 and located right across the street from my office. I don't normally go during peak hours, but my experience has been great so far - and I havent even tried the hydro beds yet! It has everything I need to get a good work out completed (plus the newer stair masters are awesome!). Always so clean and well kept. The staff here are so friendly & knowledgeable. Such an amazing price for the cleanliness, quality, convenience and community here.

Expérience fantastique: Second month in and still a 5 star place to do exercise. The thing with this gym is that is so well kept that it still looks like new. I think I've seen just two machines out of service during these two months. The people who tends the gym is super nice and helpful, and even the other users of the gym seem to be more respectful than in other places (and I include the "taking care of their own hygiene" as part of that respect). I hope this continues!

Expérience négative: Look the gym is nice, but I am a woman, I cannot lift the 45 plate of the benchpress!!! I see highschoolers go there and lift it and LEAVE IT ON AND NOT EVEN WIPE AFTER THEMSELVES. I am cancelling my membership.

Expérience fantastique: Good gym. Great location. Nice staff. No one cares if you accidentally drop some heavy weights by accident on your last heavy set which is a big bonus for us who lift heavy. I feel at home at this gym. If I have to pick a couple of things I don't like... I'm not happy about it that the dumbells only go up to 100lbs and a lot of the later-day/nighttime regulars smell like they don't take care hygienically. It's called a shower and deodorant guys.

So, you will have to wait for the other person to finish their workout. The main downside of this gym is the members. There are many members that just come to the gym to shout, laugh and make noise in the gym that too very loudly. Even if one is wearing headphones then they will be disturbed because of them

Expérience négative: I don't even want to give a star. I am a new member to this gym and I signed up a few days ago. I have not yet gone to get my membership card from the kiosk it instructs me to go to in the intro email. I drive 30-40 mins to come to this location because it is across the street from my work which makes it easy for me. The problem is that there was no notice sent out saying that the kiosk is under maintenance and there is no other way to get my membership card because I can't even enter the gym to talk to someone. Sent an email stating my predicament and I got an auto reply about changing my membership status. I then try to contact Goodlife membership office only to get an automated response saying that they are closed on weekends and don't have anyone to help over the phone and to do everything online. I don't leave reviews but this whole situation has me very upset because now I have already paid my yearly fee and 1 biweekly fee only to find out that I have no idea when I can even get my membership card to use the facility. Extremely poor customer service

Expérience fantastique: I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Fit4Less today. They have a huge variety of machines & doubles of most machines to ensure you have a chance to use it. The gym is quite big which came to my surprise & well laid out. The hydro massage bed, tanning & massage chair usage with the black card is totally worth the small upgrade. They have really reasonable staffed hours (which most 24/7 gyms don’t). I’m excited to continue coming to this Fit4Less!
