Expérience négative: Charged me a yearly fee and no refund after cancelling. I'm not using the gym so why penalize me. Evil. Didn't ask to be automatically renewed.

Expérience négative: Just like any other gym, these guys are out to get you in every way possible. I made the mistake of joining a year back. When I joined, they said there was a one-time registration fee of $50 and an bi-weekly charge. Hardly used the gym. Couple of days ago, I see a fee of $50 charged to my card. I call them to ask about this and I am told that this is an annual fee. I then ask for clarification on how to cancel my membership and the rep goes ahead and actually processes my cancellation without my confirmation. When I question her about this, she refuses to discuss any further and hangs up on me. When I call back and ask for her manager, she says she is the only manager and that I should stop calling the gym and should go to some other gym! Not only have they kept my money, they are now refusing to answer any questions!!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service!!!! Save your money if you can.

Expérience positive: Not bad. U can get good workout here. Avoid black workout membership. Black workout area has older equipment, poor ventilation and dingy feels with poor lighting. You pay more for nothing.

Expérience négative: I came to learn about the conditions of the club card, in response I received rudeness and rudeness from the management side, I came on an electric scooter and I was not going to drag it inside, I just wanted to discuss the conditions of the club card, then I wanted to contact the real management of the club, but two girls began to lie that they are the management to isolate the conflict. Horrible place, I don't recommend it .

Expérience négative: Horrible experience with two of the front desk clerks, one being a medium length hair, fairly tall white lady, another being bigger build white person with glasses. The lady is awfully rude and unreasonable with their ’policy’, forcing people have scooter to park only outdoor -aka not even outside the gym inside the building but outside of the building- it’s cool if there are bike parking infrastructure that has a roof over, but there are none around the building and I have explained that electric scooter can’t be exposed under extreme sun or possible rain. She ignored all that and was all up and personal in my face, blocking me from accessing the gym because I have folded and park my scooter on the side of the stairs. Saying it is ‘blocking people’s way’. Also- why does any of the equipments take forever to be fixed? The smith machine in the black card area has been out of service for 2 months at least. And that’s the only machine there is at this location. Oh and also- 30 minutes if u accidentally stuck in the middle of entering the door on weekends because nobody will come open the door for you and your card is disabled for 30 minutes. Horrible customer service + maintenance. Avoid if you can.

Expérience négative: When going to get a membership, two employees inside told me I can use the kiosk outside the cage to get a membership, I asked if I can just come in and get help at the front desk, the lady said NO. You have to get a membership on the kiosk outside the employees are just there to talk to each other.

Expérience fantastique: Initially I was a bit hesitant about this gym at first due to some negative reviews. However, since it's close to home and the price seemed right, I decided to take a look. Four months later, I'm really happy I did! The gym is fantastic, and I don't think I could ask for more considering the price we pay. The staff is very attentive, which makes a big difference, especially at such an affordable rate. I believe it's definitely the best gym in the area for the value. If you're hesitant because of some negative reviews, I recommend you drop by and see for yourself. Everyone here, from the staff to the members, is friendly and respectful. Expérience positive: I really enjoy this gym. They have so much space and everything you need for a full body workout. The only problem I have found is that at times the shower water runs out or only extremely hot water will come from the shower. I thought it was a one time thing but this has happened many times. Hopefully, the issue is fixed. Overall this place is very clean and a good environment.

Expérience positive: I’ve been a member at this gym for about 2 years now, but at the start of the new year I’ve been noticing a severe lack in cleanliness and hygiene of the facility. Blood has been on the men’s washroom counter for about 3 weeks now. Today, I just found a fake nail on the floor of the gym. After 3pm, almost all paper towel dispensers are empty and never refilled, meaning members cannot clean wipe down equipment. I’m not sure as to why this is a problem now because it wasn’t an issue in the past. There seems to be 2-3 individuals working at a time but they usually spend their shift chatting behind the front desk opposed to maintaining the facility.

Expérience fantastique: Very friendly and hard working staff, clean facility, and all machines necessary for a great workout. Every time I see the staff they are on the move around the gym cleaning, always there to answer my questions. This is the best Fit 4 Less location I've been to and my home location. Good vibe here at this gym - gym goers are working out for the most part and keep to themselves, but are friendly to one another. I used to be a member at Good Life but Good Life is 3x the price and the equipment is exactly the same. This place rocks!

Expérience positive: I Toured the Oakville Location, last week, the Gym is very impressive and seems far better than once this Location was a 'GoodLife'. What I found 'odd' is that after Signing the Waiver? I was told to go look around? The reason I thought that odd, was that any degree of receptive Sales interest might wish to accompany a prospective Client? Unless this more 'economy' brand of GoodLife divorces itself from such engaged approach? I couldn't get into the 'Black Card' area? So I came back to the Front Desk. I was given, then a wrist band to scan to enter, yet was not offered this initially? Once again, this appeared lacking? I plan to Join Middle of next Month, April. I understand Staff is not paid a great deal per hour, but, the treatment of potential New members ought to create a greater degree of support and interest among Staff. I appreciate the excellent undertaking that this Facility has invested and rebuilt from earlier the GoodLife presence, here. An Excellent Facility that ought to have equally good Service reception. She said she was unable to find my account. But then said “oh it’s searching for your account still, give me a second”. Then hung up in my ear.

Expérience positive: This is by far the best fit4 less location in the area, but I do agree with the comments about certain staff members. There's one lovely lady who works hard at the front desk and cleans thoroughly, but another employee described in other post does absolutely nothing. I can come in for an hour and she was will be sitting or laying down on her phone the entire time while there is definitely plenty of cleaning to be done.

Expérience négative: This gym has canceled memberships for so many members including mine. they don’t clean so the gym is always dirty, some employees sit at the front and eat at the front desk. This gym needs to re evaluate who they’re hiring. There’s a couple employees in particular who actually do nothing but cause problems and spread lies and make members uncomfortable.

Expérience négative: There’s one employee that’s short and wears a headscarf, always taking to this one short brown guy with a beard. I believe his name is Osam or Omid. Everyone has been complaining about him and the girl who works at the front. The short brown guy is always at the front and not doing anything but bugging the members and talking to the girl. He’s always behind the back desk and front. They both talk about very inappropriate things. The headscarf girl is not working and just chatting all day while the other employees are working hard. The guy waits for her inside and outside which is very bizarre and weird. Some members at gym talk about it and complained but nothing has been done. I am not sure if they are going into rooms and doing something in the back, which is very concerning now. The short guy is always looking for trouble with employees and members. I have overheard some very unprofessional things between the headscarf girl with her employees, very sad to see to be honest. This has to stop ASAP. Get rid of the short brown guy that’s causing all this mess and the girl. Very toxic place from a member point of view.

Expérience négative: Switched my banking info and they still charged my old bank which gave me a $50 insufficient funds fee from my old bank and Fit4Less charged me a $25 insufficient funds fee which they said they'd waive, but charged me anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would. They let you change your banking info from the kiosk, but I was told by the desk it only works at the desk. So why give the option at the kiosk? To trick people and scam them out of money. Now I'm out $75 cuz of their corporate greed. It's obviously set up like this on purpose. For someone who works nights it was an inconvenience to go try to settle this at the desk and have them still get it wrong. I just want my $75 back;

Expérience négative: There is an employee who goes by the name of Zaz who is extremely unprofessional. Saboor cancelled my membership (without my consent). He’s also done it to other people as well! This is unacceptable, and his behaviour should not be tolerated. Unfortunately, this employee is still employed at that current fit4less. Fit4less should be ashamed for hiring an employee like Zaz and should take some sort of disciplinary action.

Expérience négative: I hope this review passes by all new customers and current customers. There is an employee there who goes by the name of Saboor Zazi who is extremely unprofessional. Saboor has made many racist and homophobic remarks towards members and will favour other members because of the relationship he has with them. Also, Saboor has cancelled peoples membership (without the members consent) because he wasn't to fond of them as a person. Unfortunately, this employee is still employed at that current fit4less. No gym in the world should have an employee like Saboor Zazi that acts the way he does. Fit4less should be ashamed for hiring an employee like Saboor and should take some sort of disciplinary action.

Expérience positive: Overall the gym is okay, it’s relatively clean and the staff is nice however I feel the gym is missing a few pieces of equipment that are relatively cheap and should be available. There’s no steps and no ankle cuffs for the cable machine meaning you either have to try and find an alternative by stacking weights or buy your own equipment which defeats the purpose of paying for a gym membership. Honestly, until this location adds some more equipment I may look into finding another gym.

Expérience fantastique: BEST FIT4LESS EVER. This is by far the best gym. Extremely nice host/front desk. Reasonably big space, Cleaner than the most Gym, I ever been including LA fitness and Planet fitness. I am happily travel 50+ kilometres to visit this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Best fit4less I've been to. Place is large and very clean. You can also actually hear the music they play which is nice when you accidently forget your headphones! The only complaint would be that sometimes the plates on the bench are disorganized; but not a big deal.

Also likes to encourage us to leave without a care in the world. I ended up cancelling my membership after 2 years just because of her and my experience with her.

Misses a star because the gym advertises it's massage machines but upon confirming membership I got to know although gym is 24/7 but massage machines only operate during staffed hours so that's the only downside

The gym is always clean and the spray bottles are always full, as well as the paper towel, so you never have to walk far and leave your phone/water/keys unattended for long. My only complaint is that there is no wifi available to the members, and as the gym is mostly underground, service doesn’t reach all the spots.
