Expérience négative: Very small gym considering the fit4less i go to at Cambridge. Misses a lot of equipments as well.

Expérience négative: Paid $22.60 with tax for a day pass. NOT WORTH IT. Cannot use everything at that price with a day pass. Tried to use the kiosk to get the day pass and it didn't work. I wouldn't recommend a membership. This is called fit for less for a reason Ie. Cleaning disinfection bottles filled only with plain water to wash down machies Dont waste your time

Expérience négative: The only leg press machine has been broken for over a month, with no end in sight. Their foam rollers are so old, they are quite literally falling apart into pieces when in use. Very disappointed in the upkeep of equipment. Yes it is cheap, but you are not guaranteed to be able to actually complete your workout

Expérience fantastique: For a smaller gym, the management takes very good care of it and helps when she can!

Expérience négative: Very small Gym which gets congested all the times now until you go before 5am and due to congested space they have just one machine of each exercise for instance, just one bench for bench press and same for rest of the machines. I really hope that fit4less consider these reviews and open up bigger location. Hope there were another gyms in the city besidea overly priced good life!!

Expérience positive: Clean area, nice staff, good variety and quantity of most machines and weight, although starting to get a little too busy for the cramped space.

Expérience négative: They really need to do a better job at this location. They charge the same as my previous Fit4Less and have a 1/3 the space, no showers and no black card area. Also, they don't do anything to enforce hygiene standards here, SO many people that don't wear deodorant and it's too small of a space to tolerate. It doesn't seem like its worth the already deflated gym price when others of the same brand are VASTLY superior. What makes this worse is this was previously a Goodlife that had showers AND twice the space but they chose to not incorporate that, tore down the shower and locked the door to the other section not in use.

Expérience négative: As an elderly man the door lock to quick for me to get in. This facility is vary ageist. Extremely disappointing.

Expérience positive: Like the gym well enough, just no showers in the woodstock location

Expérience négative: The lack of shower facilities are brutal. Tight space filled to the brim with what equipment they can fit. If it’s not busy it’s a good affordable gym, but when it gets crowded it gets crowded fast.

Expérience positive: Went to check out the gym. It was a little smaller and less equipped than I had expected. A few members there need to wear deodorant as the weight room stunk like body odour. Free weights were ok, but some of the machines were old and need to be replaced. Not a bad gym for the money but I will keep going to Goodlife.

Expérience négative: Receptionist was very very rude to my mother this morning. She forgot her membership card at home and asked if she could possibly still enter since clearly they would have her in the system, so they would know she isn’t lying, and the rude receptionist laughed at her and told her she was going to call the police on her. This utter lack of compassion for customers is definitely not going to attract customers anytime soon.

Expérience négative: As a black card member of Fit4Less in Woodstock, I’ve noticed the gym’s struggle to keep up with the growing demand, especially noticeable during early morning hours. Unlike other Fit4Less locations, our gym lacks the Black Card section, which offers additional amenities and space, exacerbating the overcrowding issue. Expanding the gym to include a Black Card section along with more equipment, similar to what’s available in other locations, could significantly enhance the workout experience for members like myself. This addition would not only alleviate the current crowding but also provide more value and options for members, ensuring Fit4Less in Woodstock remains a top fitness destination in our expanding community. Despite these challenges, the staff and manager, Ina, remain exceptionally nice and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Expérience négative: Hands down, worst location I’ve ever been to. Good luck getting a good workout when they only have one of anything. This location is only okay if you go at 6 am. Brutal. (Friendly staff though)

Expérience négative: If you plan on starting a fitness journey and you want to workout anywhere from 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday I wish you luck. This gym is constantly packed with people just talking on random machines. I think the city of Woodstock really needs to be called to look into the occupancy level of this building. There are only a hand full of cardio machines so it makes it very awkward when you're on a treadmill and you have a group of people looking at you waiting to get their turn. It's also awkward when you're in the weight area and your tasting someone else's breath because you're forced to workout so close to someone due to the lack of space. I know these past two weeks there's been more members, than equipment to use, which is something every gym would want to avoid. This space might have been great when they first opened, but once you hit a certain member number maybe it's time to expand your space.

Expérience négative: I've been going here for awhile and was good for awhile and now I've gone 3 days in a row and it was so overpacked and underutilized i couldnt even get in the door let alone get a workout. Only 1 squat rack 1 bench press 1 incline bench 1 smith machine and 1 cable machine plus some isolation machines and cardio garbage. If you're looking to waste yours and everyone else's time this is the place

Expérience positive: Great atmosphere and staff, I wish there was more machines at times. Seems to get pretty busy after 3-4 pm when everyone starts getting off work. Can make it hard to have a structured workout.

Expérience négative: This gym is beyond terrible, the amount of equipment is terrible compared to gyms like planet fitness or another fit4less for that matter. It's better to drive to London and go to planet fitness for the same price and get way more equipment to choose from rather then what's available at this location in woodstock. Until fit4less changes locations or adds more equipment I won't be back

Expérience négative: To be professional about this review I want to strongly recommend re training staff on their execution with public relations skills , and knowledge of potential new members willing to join. I went to workout with my son today and met an employee by the name of Vicky. She let us through the revolving gate and made me sign a waiver for usage of the gym. She also mentioned about a tour which I agreed to. So I started a workout with my son and midway she comes to us and says we can’t workout for free and that we had to exit and use the kiosk to decide what we want to do. So what was the purpose of the waiver that I signed on the tablet ? What tour did I receive when she left me and my son to the facility alone with no proper walk around of the facility and no introduction other than mentioning at the front desk to bring your own locks, no showers available and remove up all personal items before exiting. She then tells me while I’m on the outside that “I don’t care if you sign up, I don’t care if you don’t want to pay. If you don’t want to pay I don’t care. You don’t play people” Is this the training that is provided to get new members to sign up? I’ve never been accused or treated like this before and I am currently a member at LA FITNESS. I wanted to join another gym to experience a new facility that is closer to my residence. I hope Fit 4 Leas management sees this review and I hope that this employees receives additional training and education on the facility in hopes to gain more customers to this location.

Expérience positive: In the past this gym was pretty solid for the price, but they need to expand at this point. Tried to workout around 9:30 at night hoping itd be almost empty and the parking lot was out of space, and the gym barely had any machines available. Its still a nice gym, but there needs to be more space and machines

Expérience fantastique: I am a regular here, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The crew at Fit4Less is always welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The gym's cleanliness is impressive, the machines are well-maintained and sanitized regularly, giving me confidence in my workout space. If you're looking for a gym that offers excellent service, clean facilities, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Fit4Less!

Expérience positive: I've seen the staff clean! Which is awesome! The parking lot is sketchy (watch out for potholes), but the gym itself is nice.

Expérience négative: The gym itself is fine, however the policy of not allowing someone to scan their card more than once in 30 minutes is a little ridiculous. I forgot my shoes in my vehicle and had to go and grab them. Upon trying to re-enter, I got the “access denied” message. This was during staffed hours and would have been fine if there were someone around to assist. However, there were not. I pressed the button that was supposed to get someone to come help you, but it went unanswered. If you are going to claim to be staffed during certain hours, I would recommend having someone available. Unsure if I will be back, as my time was wasted today.

Expérience négative: My recent visit to Fit 4Less left me feeling frustrated and disappointed due to the unfortunate bathroom experience I encountered. Despite my genuine need to use the restroom, I was informed by the staff that I was not allowed to access it. This unexpected denial of a basic necessity was quite disheartening. I understand that policies may vary, but it would have been helpful if the staff had provided alternative solutions or options to address the situation. This experience left me with a negative impression of Fit 4Less and made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they consider reevaluating their bathroom access policy to better accommodate the needs of all visitors in the future.

Expérience positive: Needs a bigger location, more equipment, and a black card area. For as dedicated as i have been to this place, waiting for equipment to use is brutal. All in all, its clean and great staff.

Expérience positive: Good for simple stuff, very crowded at busy times, but I'm here to warn you to lock your stuff up. Even if there's a jacket hanger in the change room, fold it up in the locker. You can always get wrinkles out. My husband had his jacket stolen on a quiet Friday night. I don't know how people in this day and age still think it's alright to steal. And you know the staff members are going to do absolutely nothing about it.

Expérience négative: I feel that rhe owner does NOT take care of the equipment very well. Machines will be put OOS and it takes wks before they're serviced /fixed. We have a sauna at our location (and I've heard there are other locations as well with saunas, that are not being used.) The tanning beds are newer but the lights rarely get changed and when they are changed ,they r replaced with used bulbs from other places so your not getting the maximum benefit from them. It's one thing to offer a cheaper place to work out , but your equipment should be properly maintained and the facilities should be offering what's available No its not goodlife but the same person owns both so maybe treat them equally

Expérience positive: The gym is ok for beginners but is missing alot of machines and is crowded all the time. There is no black card workout area so that defeats the purpose of paying more. ALSO, how does a gym of this magnitude around ontario not support the biggest sporting event in the world. That's right, NO world cup on the 45 tvs in this place!!

Expérience positive: Dropped in as my schedule didn't allow me enough time to go to my regular gym. Fit4Less was clean. I did find their drop in rate a little expensive. The registration process is done at a computer kiosk which made the process a little quicker than at some gyms.

Expérience négative: This gym isn't updated at all which causes some problems. The building is way too small for how many people go here so it gets overcrowded easily, many of the times theres more people than equipment and you just have to sit around waiting. The place also isn't even big enough to have a black card section. I suggest building a new Fit4less in Woodstock, because this place gets worse and worse everyday.

Expérience négative: Went to freeze my account again as I’m immunocompromised and still don’t feel 100% got told I couldn’t and if I wasn’t ok with that I could cancel, so I did, they owed me weeks anyways so I got hold of the fb team and was supposed to have the fees waived for 2 weeks after I explained they still owed me time and I was going to be a little short this month, fb team promised that I’d only have to make one of the two payments but despite me having it in writing that I’d not be charged the second time, guess who’s short on a bill that actually means something. Horrible customer service as they just say in the gym that they can’t do anything but refuse to give you a number to call to get anything resolved

Expérience négative: No idea why they crank the heat during the winter time. It is literally hotter in there now than it is in the summer time. Disgusting to work out in that.
