Expérience positive: Not a bad place for a Recreation Centre, I used the gym , could use more equipment but overall it did the job, thank you Athabasca….

Expérience fantastique: This place is beautiful, clean and the staffing is very polite. I really, really enjoyed going there.

Expérience fantastique: This is a large multiplex with many activity centres and a decent concession. Great, knowledgeable staff.

Expérience négative: For adults who do shift work like oilfield and construction jobs the summer hours are a joke. Closes at 6pm on weekends and 8pm on week days. Unfortunate this is the only gym in Athabasca.

Expérience fantastique: Spend a lot of time here with hockey, swimming, and the gym facilities and the staff is by the far the most friendliest from any facility I've ever been to! It's clean and well maintained, offers so many programs for both adults and kids, and the food is amazing!

Expérience positive: Beautiful facility with super friendly staff. I used the fitness center while I was visiting the area. It's well stocked with good equipment. The temperature is quite warm for a gym. Otherwise, great experience!

Expérience négative: Rink is awesome so is the pool …as for the concession tried looking for it online couldn’t find it but yeah it sucks greasy food and fries were burnt , large looked like a small, coffees overpriced and gross . If I wanted overpriced greasy gross food I would’ve wasted my time at sals , guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere….wondering if the colour of my skin had some effect cause as soon as the cashier took my money , she went in the back and said 10 minutes …guess what it took 27 minutes and I was the only customer at the time

Expérience fantastique: Clean drop in showers. Full bathroom to yourself for only 2.50! Thank you... This traveler needed a good shower! Plus, there's wifi!

Expérience positive: I was only there for my grandsons birthday, so I only saw the gym. From what I saw, the gym looked large with the ability to play several different sports. There is a large parking lot with easy access the recreation entrance.

Expérience fantastique: Like a second home to me. Go for hockey every winter and swimming casually in summer. The rink is nice with adequate seating for fans. Dressing rooms are good but a bit small. Pool is amazing

Expérience positive: Great building, great events are held here. The pool being attached is wonderful, but there really need to be some more wheelchair accessible parking spots. Or at least a couple spots dedicated to wheelchair users only. When there is an event the handicapped spots are always ALL taken up.

Expérience négative: The facility is good with the exception of fitness centre, which is very limited and not maintained. Employees are good as well but management is just plain horrible. Only concern is the money making portion of the facility while other portions are ignored.

Expérience fantastique: Went for a birthday party in the field house. Private kids just played and played. Had a huge blow up play gym. Just all around a beautiful multiplex. Concession. Friendly staff. Lots of seating.
