Expérience négative: coaches are below average at lawrence park. mostly non- interested in the development of the kids gymnastic skills for age group between 3 to 5 . Coaches lack energy.. To be honest , it is like spending $$$ in a play area but time bound .

Expérience positive: We went to a birthday party here from 4:30-6pm and they are extremely strict on timing for the amount you’re paying for the space. At 5:55pm the staff start to stack the chairs aggressively. The party space was fine but the staff wasn’t the best.

Expérience fantastique: Good place for children (up 8) to go crazy and blow off steam. Great staff, a lot of activities, regular classes, camps and BD parties

Expérience négative: Fraudulent billing issues. After cancelling our child’s monthly classes multiple times they continue to bill our credit card. Nobody answers the phone when you call and their voicemail is always full. We had to drive to the location to speak with the person working who said they had to email management and could not issue a refund. Be very careful sharing credit card info with this company.

Expérience fantastique: We hired Kidnasium for a remote birthday party. The communication was great leading up to the event, making sure they tailored the activities to the age group and space (we were in a community centre). The instructors arrived early to set up, were very attentive and engaged with the kids the entire time, and most importantly, the kids had so much fun! Thanks Clara, Karla and Eric! We can’t wait for our next kidnasium experience.

Expérience fantastique: We recently had my son’s 3rd birthday at Kidnasium and it was fantastic!! Easy to book, great staff (Reem was amazing with helping to set up and the kids loved her), and it’s a great space! The kids had so much fun. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: We hosted a large fundraiser at Kidnasium last weekend and were thoroughly impressed by the staff who helped bring our vision to life. Clara and her team were responsive, accommodating and very easy to work with. They were attentive to detail and made sure that we were ready to go as soon as our guests arrived. We had nearly 50 kids in attendance, ranging from age 1-7. Everyone raved about the setup of the space and enjoyed using the large, open gym (we had a bouncy castle too!) where they could play freely and safely.

Expérience fantastique: This is such a great space for kids of all ages. My 18 month old son has so much energy and it's such a relief there's a space like this nearby where he can learn, exercise and thrive! We have loved our drop and play sessions here and have so enjoyed the toddler sessions run by the wonderful coaches. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Expérience négative: Unreliable, unprofessional and probably closed when you need them. If they can't be bothered to even update their working hours on google for their own financial sake, I'm not sure how they can be trusted to tend to any child's safety or care. Google maps said they're open till 6 PM on Friday. Called them a million times to confirm they're open, but no one ever answers the phone, so I just drove there, paid for 2 hours of parking only to find out that they close every day from 2 PM to 4 PM for cleaning, which is a sad joke because the entrance obviously never saw any cleaning with 2 spiders right next to Kidnasium door.

Expérience fantastique: My kids have been coming to Kidnasium for a few years and they love it. Such an amazing place for kids to be. Lots of fun and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend.

Expérience négative: Our daughter did a week of swimming summer camp through Kidnasium. While we believe in supporting local businesses, we were very. very disappointed with Kidnasium. After multiple poor interactions with an exceptionally unprofessional “manager”, we were finally able to connect with the owner to voice our concerns. While the owner was understanding and seemingly pleasant, it really was just lip-service because she never followed up. I believe they have a number of great employees so in general your experience should be fine however if you happen to deal with the unprofessional manager that we encountered…good luck! To the owner…by not following up on our convo really showed how a lack of professionalism is tolerated at Kidnasium. Truly disappointing.

Expérience négative: Updated October 13, 2023 after seeing Kidnasium response. Yes your team was concerned about safety but they certainly did not “kindly” ask the city employee anything. They accosted him with aggressive rude language. This request WAS NOT MADE PRIOR to the playtime but as the kids descended upon the playground. The group did NOT assess risks or scan for danger before playing. They ran down the hill and smothered the playground area as the city guy was finishing. The city employee was nearly done before the kids came and in fact him finishing cleaning the park would have been beneficial to all people. Letting him finish would have been the wise choice. Two child care workers WERE NOT PRESENT for the entirety of the kids’ visit. For over five minutes one supervision was left to manage over 20 kids. Not safe. I thought the employee was a teenager because i cannot imagine an adult speaking as she did to anyone!, let alone someone who was trying to clean the playground. As a parent myself I was shocked to see this behaviour from a child care worker. Own it. Warning to all parents. I was shocked and saddened by the behaviour of one of the young teachers at the park today. While at the nearby park a city employee was cleaning the playground with a leaf blower. He was nearly done when the leader allowed 20 plus kids to descend on the playground while dust and noise were bellowing out of the machine. The young teacher then rudely confronted the city guy by saying “you got eyes?, I got eyes, my kids here got eyes, you should have eyes too.” He responded politely saying he was cleaning it for the kids and she said “shut up you dont work for me.” The city guy minded his manners but this young “lady” continued to be rude and confrontational. It was a horrible example to kids. He was just doing his job, cleaning up the park, and was almost done when this happened. Not to mention while we were there observing this, for about five minutes there was one teenage girl sheepherding the 22 kids from this daycare. I was blown away by this childcare company. Brutal.

They have also been so accommodating to my families needs and are always so kind and helpful. I am so grateful to the amazing team at Kidnasium for making my son so happy while providing him the appropriate care that he needs.

Expérience fantastique: A great local kids gym. Coach Helena is amazing! The facility is clean and offer a variety of classes meeting several age groups. We also booked my son’s 2nd birthday party at kidnasium and the process was super easy, and stress free. My son and his friends love it- a safe space to run around and enjoy all the equipment to themselves!

Expérience négative: We had a party for my son's birthday in May 2023. While kids really enjoyed it - the Kidnasium team are a terrible team to work with. You have to double check everything with them and still we were overcharged and for getting a refund I had to call them three times explaining why their calculations were wrong. Additional service (we had a face painter) was great but again they charged some random amount, different from what is stated on their website without any explanation.

The staffs are extremely professional and friendly, making the party super fun and super organized. I really appreciated everything they did for kids and all the guests. The staff's attention to detail (specifically Owen and Dayna) was amazing - they made sure every kind was engaged, happy & safe in the gym and when it came time for dinner their service was perfect. Everyone had the greatest time and I would highly recommend this space for any kids celebrations.

The staff were amazing and did an incredible job keeping everyone entertained. They were also super helpful and attentive when it came to setting up, serving the food, and cleaning up. They really did go above and beyond. I’d strongly endorse this place as an awesome place to host a child’s birthday party!

Expérience négative: This goes back to October 2022, for my son's birthday. Kids did have a really good time but they are a terrible terrible team to work with. They were unorganized, unhelpful, and cheap. You have triple check everything with them and they would still miss the notes, they do not deliver all the services mentioned in their packages, don't ask for anything extra because they will give you a wrong quote and charge you double afterwards, and make sure you get an invoice before the event because they can change the pricing to their liking. Hopefully we get to see better such services around Toronto.

Expérience négative: We had my daughter's birthday party at Kidnasium and December and I was disappointed with the service we received. I was overcharged and had to follow up 3 times until they finally confirmed that I was indeed overcharged, but I never received a refund. They offered me a credit which I didn't want, and then they stopped responding to my emails.

Expérience positive: The place is amazing, I would recommend it 100%. The only inconvenient we had is that in the middle of a birthday party the hostess from Kidnasium turned off the light so the kids could hide. But it was pitch black and hundreds of things lying around. A lot of kids tripped, fall, some were scared and unfortunately my daughter was kicked in her eye. I dont think that was a good idea.

Expérience fantastique: Our kids love Kidnasium, especially my son. During summer camp, he often asked to be on the after care to spend more time there (this is not something he usually does). Helena is THE BEST - a caring and loving person that helped my son a lot during this summer.

Expérience négative: Attended a kid’s birthday party and we got totally disappointed with the place. The only good thing that can be mentioned is the spacious playing area which was not clean at all. The two staff were polite but very unprofessional and confused. The area they use for serving food and stuff was very small and inconvenient. The front desk area was a big mess and very dirty. We couldn’t see any management during the whole 3 hours that we were there. Generally the place was so rundown and unpleasant.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome birthday party, we couldn't have chosen a better location. The playground has plenty of room, it can accommodate 30 children and their parents without any problem. It has two large rooms with all kinds of gymnastic and climbing equipment, children are kept widely entertained for 2 hours of partying. The instructors are really professional and adorable with the kids; they are attentive at all times to the safety of children. The activities are fun (gymnastics, Nerf gun battles...) and the kids get involved. The place is clean and has all the necessary safety measures, the dining space is simple yet spacious and gracefully designed. Kidnasium is the perfect place for children ages 6 to 12 to have a spectacular day.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing experience here. Friendly staff and a great place to let your kid(s) play. Two rooms available the Gym and Activity rooms allow for a good variety of playtime. All kids need to be supervised by their parents/guardians during drop-in play times, but they also have paid activity times as well.

The facility is a bit sparse ( not many toys or balls), but we didn't visit the playroom. My child really liked the trampolines. We are used to Gymboree Bayview and that level of equipment. Overall, a good time for my child who didn't want to leave. Thanks guys :)

Expérience négative: Quality of instructors has gone way down over the last year. Now often kids just run around and often into each other. Trainers are uninterested and kids get hit and bruised now way too often.

Expérience fantastique: My 5 and 4 year olds have always enjoyed this place. We are happy that recently they changed the admission pricing. It used to be that a pass got you one hour. Now for the price of a pass they can play as long as they like.

We were assigned an energetic party lead who was great with the kids and helped up set up as well as clean up with the party. Room is a great size (though it does look a little dated) and parking can be tricky (Green P across the street) but our kids had a blast and the location has a warm, wonderful friendly family orientated vibe!
