Expérience négative: Awful customer service. I ordered one and it took months to receive my clothes. Second time, I emailed just asking for a refund before they shipped my clothing after 5 weeks. They did not reply, shipped it out the NEXT DAY, and now are charging me shipping to refund it. They haven't responded since and there's nobody to speak to. You'll be talking to yourself in the emails. Save your money.

Due to our economy and wanting to support a Canadian business, I ordered from here for Christmas presents. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If you don’t have products physically in stock, mark them as “sold out” instead of creating a massive back long for yourself.
Expérience fantastique: First health is my forever favourite gym ❤️ The people, the atmosphere and the energy in that gym is my absolute favourite. It is never too busy, and there is always a friendly face and conversation ready to be had. I always feel comfortable when I’m in this gym, which I haven’t always felt at other commercial gyms. The equipment is all new, and super *aesthetic*, if you’re into that type of thing for filming or photos or anything else. Their gym clothes are also one of my top favourite brands to wear, they are so so flattering and I feel confident and powerful when I wear clothes that fit right and make me feel good. This place is a 10/10. The friendships and workouts, and growth that I have gained from this environment is unmatched ❤️ Shoutout to first health, #1 fan always
Expérience négative: I would give this -5 stars if I was able to. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my life. Took WEEKS to ship my order, despite me asking for the order to be cancelled prior to shipping. I was ignored via email and Instagram. I think First Health forgot that I can see when messages are read and ignored on Instagram. TO TOP IT OFF, I was BLOCKED on Instagram for asking for my order to be cancelled multiple times. BLOCKED. The unprofessionalism is unmatched here. The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something. Half my order still hasn’t shipped. I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to put their hard earned money into this horrible company.
Expérience négative: If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased something March 7, 2024 and have not received it as of December 20, 2024. After close to 10 months of back and forth, they refused to issue a refund. I had to call and demand one, otherwise I’d have to file a police report and take them to court. Horrible company, horrible service and horrible business practices. I’m APPALLED to say the least.
Expérience fantastique: They are a small clothing company so I have had several instances with delayed shipping, items not being sent for several months, etc. However, everytime I have reached out to the FH team, the customer service has been amazing and the team work hard to get any issues rectified. Although sometimes wait times for specific products are long, the customer service forsure makes up for it. The clothes are also very cute and good quality.

It has been almost a month and this is a bit ridiculous. I have tried contacting the company via email and instagram a week ago and have not heard back. I feel completely scammed by the company. If you want to never get your gym products if you buy online. I recommend ordering from them.

Expérience négative: I love this brand of workout clothing! They have cute fits and they’re very comfortable and durable. However it takes SEVERAL months to receive your order, even when items are not listed as pre order. I had an order placed in April that I didn’t receive until July. My fiancé placed an order in October and still hasn’t received the items (it’s December in 2 days). There’s no communication from the company regarding these delays. I shouldn’t have to reach out to get the status of my order when it says it will be delivered in 3-10 business days. It’s horrible customer service and makes ordering from you guys useless if you never know if or when you’ll receive your order.
Expérience négative: I really do enjoy most of the FH apparel products. I have been ordering from the brand for years, and have never had an issue until a few months ago. I ordered items listed as “pre-order” back in July, with the product description indicating that they would be sent out by end of August. End of August, I had not received a shipping confirmation so I reached out to their customer support to see where the order is. They are very quick to reply in most cases which is fabulous, but they let me know that they hadn’t received the items from their manufacturer yet, and the shipping dates had been pushed to end of September. End of September rolls around, and I had to reach out again to find out that the shipping dates had been pushed again, to end of October. At this point, they offered to exchange my pre-order items for items they had in stock (I had requested a refund & they offered this instead). Great! Except it is now end of November & I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation for items that should have been in their inventory?? I understand manufacturer issues are out of their control. What I can’t understand is how there is ZERO communication from the company to let their customers know that they did not just send their money into the wind, and orders will eventually be sent out. I made the mistake of placing another order in October, for items that were not listed as pre-order, & haven’t received a shipping confirmation for that either. I’ve requested refunds for both of these orders a few times now in correspondence with their support team, but get vague responses saying that the items will be sent “in a few days.” Did I just throw $200-300 away? I’m fairly sure I did. At least reading the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has been duped by the brand. It’s unfortunate because they used to be great - orders received in 2 weeks, gifted items when you spent a certain amount, it was lovely service! Now it seems like they’re pushing their sales & new items on social media, duping people into placing orders because of reasonable pricing, and are not able to keep up with the demand or deliver product. I am not a business owner, but I feel as though a company should focus on pushing existing orders out, before pushing their audience to buy MORE pre-order items. Will not be purchasing anything online from them again.
Expérience négative: I was looking for a fitness clothing brand that was more local, as many fitness apparel that I have ordered, I have ended up paying way too much in duties. I came across first health apparel on many social media platforms. I also know some girls that model for the brand which caught my attention which made me want to order, as well as the cute looking apparel. Saying this, I made my order October 24th and was told 3-10 business days. I had no idea that these were “pre order” clothes until after reading the reviews. I have sent 4 emails now with no response. There’s no number to call or nothing. I’ve read that someone people wait months to just receive their orders. All I would like is a response at least for how long my order is going to be or the status.
Expérience négative: love love love their products, my favourite is their performance racerback top. love the sales that they have going on and that they're canadian, since most athleticwear shops charge customs & duties to canada. that being said, their pre-order system is the WORST. i don't understand how the preordered products can even go out of stock, and why the MAJORITY of the products on their apparel website are pre-orders. i tolerated it when there was a tab at the top of the website that indicated pre-order status, but now its gone, and i know my items were scheduled to ship out by the end of october. the help centre page on the website is broken too, and the products i ordered no longer have a "PRE ORDER" label on them, yet they haven't shipped out. i really do love their products but i dont think they understand how many sales they lose out on because of this flawed system.

The staff was friendly and super helpful.The selection was impressive, with lots of high-quality, comfortable, and stylish options. Price is very reasonable.I tried on a few pieces, and they all fit perfectly. The store was well-organized.Overall, a fantastic shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be back!!

I placed an order at the start of March and it is still no where to be seen, I have sent multiple emails requesting a date for the arrival of my order and I have gotten no response. This is a scam I urge you to NEVER order from them. Customer service sucked so bad they even deleted my review on their website and said it was a spam and reported me for saying the truth of how bad their company really is.

However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, the shipping process was a nightmare. Despite the website promising prompt delivery, my order was delayed without any communication from the company. When I reached out to customer support, I was given vague promises of a late May shipment, which never materialized. To make matters worse, when I tried to express my frustration on their Instagram page, I was met with hostility. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply blocked me, showing a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Overall, my experience with First Health Apparel has been a total letdown. I strongly advise against supporting this brand until they improve their customer service and take responsibility for their actions.

Expérience négative: Not happy at all with their customer service and guarantee of quality. First of all I purchased over 10 items of clothing in February and it still has not arrived. I am so curious on why they would take money from their customers when they do not have the items to ship out. Everyone that posts for them either is an affiliate or is getting something in return. Every time I message them asking for an update they are extremely vague and offered me store credit (30 dollars)- which I have not received. They also refuse to give me a refund even though they are failing to produce the goods I have paid for. Extremely disappointed in their customer service, no one should wait over three months for a few pieces of clothing. If you don’t have the items don’t tell your customers that you do. It’s as simple as that, this is false advertisement. I truly think the way they are selling their apparel is ruining how their customers see them. I’ve had affiliates from this brand tell me not to purchase from their store because of how poor their quality is and how terrible they organize themselves.

The lack of communication and prolonged delay in shipping has left me dissatisfied with this brand. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this brand again and will not recommend it to others. Reliable and efficient service is crucial in the competitive market of fitness clothing, and this brand has failed to meet those expectations.

Expérience négative: BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a matching set, a pair of pants, and a sports bra from FirstHealth during their Black Friday sale in November. The experience has been extremely negative from beginning to end, with the customer service being essentially non existent. First 2/4 items purchased were back ordered which is fine but FH I had to keep following up on where the other two items were as the other two were not back ordered. FH said they do not ship unless there are 3 or more items. This is also around Christmas time you would think they would ship out the items that were in stock instead of making you wait until their back ordered items came in. I advised them that the order was a Christmas gift so then upon that they shipped it out. The items that were back ordered they sent out a email that they would be further delayed. After following up several times on when these items would ship they continued to skate around saying the items were in and would be mailed out that day. Only to have my item shipped out weeks after that. Finally I received my pants and sports bra. I’ve worn the sports bra once and the pants once. Upon washing the pants on gentle the pants had several holes in them in which I reached out to FH to explain the situation and they said it has been past the 30 days there was nothing they could do they also suggested that they have a sale I could repurchase the pants. This is a caution that this companies customer service is disastrous, and disingenuous. The quality for the price is unfathomable. I’d say save your money and buy from a reputable company that has good customer service solutions rather than the “sorry your out of luck approach”

As explained before, if the tear was due to an error in the seams of the product, this would be reflective of a manufacturing defect, which we would be more than happy to replace for you! You received the flare leggings about a month ago in perfect condition. Our manufactures go through multiple washes to test out the fabric and ensure that it meets our standards before shipment. Regarding the delays with your order, we provided multiple updates about the delays to ensure that you were aware that your item is indeed arriving to you! The delays were completely out of our control and all that we could do was provide as much information as we had during those times! As a small and growing company, we learned from this experience and have made appropriate steps to ensure that such delays do not occur in the future! The tears seen in your images do not reflect that of a wash unless there was something washed with the product that could have caused the tear. It's unfortunate that you took it to a google review before we could try and come to a reasonable solution for this situation.

Expérience négative: Do not buy their apparel products. My girlfriend pre-ordered a set in early August which was supposed to be launched in early September. She received no delay notifications, no delivery notices, nothing. She contacted them on the 19th of September to inquire about this and they replied the collection launch had been delayed until the beginning of October. She wanted a full refund, to which they replied the sales were final. They offered a $50 gift card that can only be used at their store. The order finally arrived on the last week of October. She decided to give them a second chance and use the gift card they gave her to pre order something else on November 10. As per their website, the new collection launched in the “first weeks of December”. This time she got a notification of a delay in the launch, but a promise that the items would be shipped by the end of December. We still have no news of this shipping (it’s Jan 10). They only got back to her after she sent a new email a couple of days ago saying there is a further delay and that the new shipping date is now an “estimate”, because the products are not on their facility? What is frustrating is that they give the customer no solution other than credit to get more of their products. Sales appear to be final because every item is discounted from a -personal opinion- already overpriced apparel. After a repeated negative experience, we should have the option of a full refund because the trust is broken beyond repair. Waiting longer only aggravates the situation. The quality is good she says but definitely not good enough to forget the overall negative experience every time you look at their clothes.
Expérience négative: Terrible quality of clothing and even worse customer service. I have ordered multiple items from the apparel line. One pair of leggings split at the seam while in a workout class. I had the pair of leggings for just over a month and wore them less than a handful of times. When I contacted customer service I was told that because it was over 30 days I could not revive a refund or new pair. $90 leggings are apparently only supposed to last 30 days based on their logic I guess. Beyond disappointed in the quality of the apparel. Zero out of 5 stars - do not recommend!

Made an order in August on items pre order which was stated to ship by end of September. September comes and gone then was told end of October… still nothing. Then November and now in December. That’s wild stuff. I made orders for over 300$ and still nothing. Can’t get a refund because they only give store credit. They still keep selling things off their website for items they DO NOT have in stock. So they will take your money but not give your orders… this company is a scam. They will scam you from buying pre-order items they do not plan on shipping. So sad because as a fellow canadian would wanted to encourage canadian companies to gain more like gymshark and all those uk brands… turns out to be just scam. Expérience négative: ZERO stars if I could. My husband started a order with them on aug 25th for my birthday on sept 8th. We received an email on Aug 28th stating our order was ready for pick up. Upon arriving from brantford, we were told only 2 items from the order were ready and the other items would be ready the following week. I explained that we received an email stating the full order was ready, and we are coming from brantford. The girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care much, until the big buffed guy came to the front and said I can complementary ship it to you next week. So I said okay no problem. Pissed as I was, I still gave the company the benefit of the doubt that they will ship out the rest of the items. Next week comes and I have yet to hear anything from first health. I messaged them to ask if there was any updates and was told to email support which I did and still I didn’t hear anything back. After messaging one after the next, someone gets back to me and says.. the order will be ready for pick up the following week, I told her I was told it will be shipped with no charged. Mind you now we’re passed my birthday week. Waiting and waiting, still nothing. I then messaged back and said I want a refund due to this back and forth and lack of communication within this company. One person said it’s complementary shipping, while a next person charges me for shipping, while another person doesn’t even know what’s going on with my order. I’m sorry, but this a business no? Are you not suppose to communicate with workers concerning clients orders? Clearly not. Needless to say, I received my refund on Oct 3rd for the items which didn’t come to me. Today is now Nov 27th, I literally just worn the gym bra for the second time and the tags have came off, threading is lose. This company isn’t worth the headache, or the trouble. There are much better quality out there then this. I wanted to support local but this is not it. It’s business such as this one which makes people like us double think about supporting local. So instead of ruining it for other businesses - try learning manners and how to be respectful to your clients. Overall learn how to run a company cause honestly like I said, this isn’t it. No wonder this company bribes their members with free smoothies to write a google review come on guys, do better.

Expérience négative: I have been waiting for 2 months for my items and still not recieved. When I emailed them to find out about my items there is a delay in one of my items. Fine I can deal with that but send the other two otems. I already paid for shipping (3-10 buisness days) and now it’s two months… they replied with they will send the other two items if I pay additional shipping…. Or to wait till the end of November which they are hoping the package will be sent out by then… not a guarantee again though. Save your money as you are just giving them money and receiving no product for it. Truly disappointed as I love supporting small businesses but unfortunately this has not been a good experience at all. Someone had reached out to me on insta to check them out so maybe that’s my fault. But reading reviews they did seem legit. Until once again it’s been 2 months no packages, no follow up till I messaged them and then told to wait at least another month or pay additional shipping on top of the first payment I already made. Overall disappointed ☹️

Expérience négative: The reason this gym is a 4.9 stars is because they give out free protein shakes for everyone that does a google review. The machines are fit4less machines. The majority or the gym is a store front with their apparel and the gym is tiny. Mix and match plates, a 45 does not weigh 45 here. They wanna expand and make a second “lounge” while nobody uses the first one. Also, if you’re not a member you have to pay double what a member pays for a protein shake too…what? Don’t even think about becoming an affiliate, it’s just a way for them to make money off of you. You will not make any money off of your friends because first health constantly gives out huge discounts like 60% off or even more. So your 10% or 20% IF you’re a member will do absolutely nothing, especially on 98$ leggings. Alphalete leggings were 65$ CAD in 2021 just for a comparison.
Hi Arina, yes we do offer customers a free shake to leave us a review as we're a new business! Majority of our machines are Nautilus, with the exception of a few that are manufactured by First Health. Our store front is 2,000 sq ft, and our gym space is 4,500 sq ft. We offer a couple types of plates here for variety (bumper, rubber, and cast iron), and we assure you that they are all true weight. We have one lounge that our members can relax in prior or post workout, completely optional, and have never shared plans to expand a second lounge space. We offer our members 50% off protein shakes, pre-workout, and energy drinks as a perk to being a member at our club. We have sales on occasion like any other brand, but we also give our affiliates a 20% discount for their followers plus the chance to make commissions on top of that, in addition to many other perks that we've received lots of positive feedback on. It's unfortunate that you have this feedback on our brand and chose to address it here rather than with our team directly. Expérience fantastique: Love this company. Started as just an athletic clothing brand and has branch off into a gym. The gym is amazing, great equipment and the atmosphere is welcoming. Can buy clothes here before you enter the gym and even get your protein shake and other fitness needs at their smoothie bar.

Expérience positive: Had a really nice atmosphere. Instagram worthy . Store front had plenty of merchandise from mens clothing to protein shakes and candy. Owners are really nice and helpful. The gym setting is very aesthetic, and the garage doors are placed nice for extra airflow. One thing I wish the gym had was space to deadlift like platforms. And I find the gym caters more for leg exercises than chest. Basically, there are not enough chest machines. I do find the chest fly uneven. It's hard to describe. Overall, the gym experience was really great, especially if you're a young and aspiring influencer who's trying to get into the fitness influencing environment

Expérience positive: The equipment is very good. Although , It does get very hot in there when there is more than like 10 people working out as the space is smaller. This gym is meant for “Influencers” only . I felt uncomfortable being there as there was people recording all the time and I tried to not be in the background shot . Overall very nice . I order there leggings all the time and it’s good quality. If you do purchase on sale they will not honour an exchange or refund even tho it’s defective. Overall it is a very nice place and congratulations on your opening !

For our apparel we do offer 60 day return/exchanges, however if items were purchased at a discount value of 30% or more, it is considered final sale and a refund can be denied. Exceptions for store credit can be made for certain orders. Hope to see you see again in our space soon!

Expérience négative: Really disappointed with the company and the products. Went to the grand opening, no staff asked if we needed assistance, we were ignored when we walked in and left, no greeting or welcoming what so ever. They weren’t that busy. I tried on a few leggings and they were completely see through. The sizings are not what you expect, and there was no prices on anything. I was really looking forward to purchasing some item pieces as I followed them on instagram 2 years period to the opening. Overall very poor and bad experience. The girls that work there only group up and talk to each others. Just overall a very uncomfortable and awkward experience, glad I didn’t purchase anything on line or previously before coming to the shop. Wouldn’t recommend to any gym girly.
