Expérience négative: First time at this location. Slightly dirty but not too cray given its overnight and there are no staff. A man came into the gym and started using the bike with no shoes, absolutely disgusting. No respect for fellow gym goers.

Expérience négative: This location is nothing compared to Fairview mall location. The dumbbells are always scattered and NEVER put away properly. The black card area is not very spacious..I hate the fact that the showers turn off after staff hours. I asked an employee why the showers turn off she said “so we can deep clean” … Meanwhile there are half opened water bottles that have been in the same spot throughout the gym for days on end, what exactly are you cleaning? I mean … I get you have your rules but they are not convenient. UPDATE: I was here yesterday morning and this shake bottle was on the bench…. Fast forward a whole 24h and it is in the exact same spot. Again what exactly are y’all cleaning??!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member of fit4less for about 3-4 years and recently had a problem with my membership, the manager, Jessica, at the Pen Center location was extremely helpful and fixed the problem for me, never once suggesting that could I call their head office and take care of it myself, she did all the hard work! The staff there are also fantastic, incredibly helpful and very friendly. Great gym!!

Expérience positive: The situation in the black card area is frustrating. Some members use three machines at a time and leave their clothes on them, preventing others from using them. Additionally, some members bring non-paying individuals into the black card area and spend a lot of time using a single machine while working out as a group. The gym staff need to educate people about the rules and etiquette in the black card area.

Great pricing, great staff and never an issue getting the machine or weights I need! My favourite part about going to Fit4Less are the hydro massage beds! Definitely worth upgrading to a black card. Shout out to Will and all of the staff for always keeping the gym clean and running smoothly! UPDATE* All black card amenities are now 24/7 self serve. This is exactly what I was waiting for. This means any massage chairs or hydro beds can be used by just scanning your card directly at the bed/chair. Incredible!

(The basics) NEXT Machine are always broken because staff will let some junkies smash weights down. maintenance guy is in 5 days a week because of it LOL Staff is to cowardly to say anything or hurt someone's feelings But hey it's cheap right?...

Just need to keep up with the cleanliness since it's becoming a big spot now for everyone to train. Also the dumbbells needs to be organized. That's just me. It sounds stupid but it's a pet peeve looking at a random 45 lb beside a 15lb dumbbell. I'd give a 5 star but those little things tend to become a big issue. That's just me.

It can get busy, but if you have an irregular schedule you can avoid the mid-evening rush. Nonetheless, I've never felt it's been too difficult to get access to the things I need. Overall, I am happy with this location.

But today as I was waking into the Fit4less to enjoy a workout and my girlfriend wanted to use my moms card so she could try out the gym because she was thinking of becoming a member herself but when we walked in a orange haired girl called us over and we went up and she asked our names and age and yes I have to admit my girlfriend did try to lie so that she could come in, so she said she was Rebeca (my mom) and that she was 16 and the girl said that she hesitated on her age so she said “your most likely under 16” and since my girlfriend said that the worker decides to put my membership on HOLD which means I can’t workout at all and my moms as well, and yes I am of age and I had my ID but I decided not to show her because I rather write this review instead because I’m so disappointed with what happened today. Unfortunately I will most likely cancel my membership so I don’t have to deal with the unfair worker anymore. Everyone else was great and I really loved this gym. But this one worker decided to cause a problem. Now my own personal card which I’ve been using for years is not usable anymore and Fit4less has lost a loyal costumer.

False info provided on web (like how to quit) they make it impossible to quit.. 50$ joining fee..28-50 cancelation fee (and because i did not opt to pay a payment protection to stay at starting price, it was increased a doller biweekly on my second pay, super sneaky/shady) As stated most equipment is missing nobs ...and two at a time average are out of commission. Bike lock up area is not safe/secure place to leave items. Staff somewhat lazy upon leaving for unstaffed hrs or clientel just rude? Toilets plogged 25 min into unstaffed hrs, numerous times... but are you social? Do you go to gym to walk on machines and breath in feces? Than this is for you.. The value of 60-80 a month at others doesnt seem so bad now.. You get what u pay for.

Expérience fantastique: Clean environment, most of the staff are nice. I have been exercising here for couple months. Start to notice the changes on my body. It's nice to use the massage chair after exercise or work. Compare to the Niagara Falls location, this one is a little bit small, especially the changing room, but it closes to home.

Expérience négative: Great staff and clean club. Unfortunately there are just too many people signed up to this location and there isn't enough equipment (surprisingly as there are many) for the massive amount of members.

Expérience négative: Disgusting service from staff finally pushed me over the age with this overall beyond poorly run establishment. Constantly over crowded with un maintained equipment this gym is a massive scam. Black card has no real extra benefits and is an overall rip off. $27 to replace my plastic card I finally lost after 7 months of membership. $20 day pass required for me to bring my little brother. On top of that my friend from another fit4less location was rejected from working out at this gym when told all locations were accepted. Im very glad that I will finally be switching to a different franchise and suggest others to look at all options too.

Expérience négative: It’s a commercial gym. There is a fence to most equipment where you need a black card. Ceiling is low, and there are no windows. It feels like you’re suffocating. Only two benches, three racks, and most are treadmills. Not focused to those who want to seriously lift. It’s focused on the causal gym goer where you go for a month and forget you’re subscription and they keep charging you.

I’m here right now and 3/5 benches are missing knobs. This happens every time I’m here and is completely unacceptable for a gym that’s this busy. Fly machines are always jumpy. Other machines always under maintenance. Cheap equipment and it shows

Expérience positive: It’s fine for the price point. There is an expectation of “no frills” fitness with this monthly price. The bathrooms are always disgustingly dirty and often the toilet paper is empty despite employees being like 20 steps away.

Expérience négative: Highly disappointed with your staffing, their is 2 women who are unprofessional, one blonde and brown haired caucasian female, and a african american girl with a wig, the males have been amazing, going above and beyond and super friendly, I went there whilst the two women were working there and they seen I have tourette’s and laughed and whispered, I asked them to turn a massage chair on and they did while proceeding to laugh at me, i cried in the shower because of how disrespectful i’ve felt and how i’ve dealt with this my whole life. The girl with the mixed coloured blonde hair seemed to be the most disrespectful towards me, but I believe she was just following orders of the girl with the fake hair. I’ve never dealt with something like this in my life and I hope I never have too again, and I will be removing my membership immediately and switching to World gym, these women have shattered my confidence and made me feel less of myself in a place that’s supposed to be about growth and safety, I wish I caught their names so I could report them properly, I guess that’s the price you pay for talking to someone with a weave. lest we forget about the skinny boned freak with horrible colour mixture in her nappy hair that hasn’t been washed in weeks, tell me how they have a discount and still look run down and beat, don’t let me forget how they made the gym smell musty probably because they were wearing tights, it smelt like the ripleys aquarium, pray to god these women find jesus, and real hair.

Expérience négative: They lye to you when you first purchase the membership about the black card benefits, but the massage chairs has no access after 10pm but no one told me that and it’s not written anywhere in the contract, I work long shift where I finish at 11 pm, so it seems like I need to change my job in order to use my black card benefits. I am going tomorrow to get full refund.

The turnstile has been placed in a way (my guess is between rotations) that prevents it from unlocking once badged for entry. It is very frustrating as now im having to wait 30 minutes to try the gate again. I go to the gym after hours so i cannot get assistance from staff.

Expérience positive: I give 4 out of 5 stars. There is a lot to like about the Fit4Less at the Pen Centre location. It's a central location close to the 406, shopping and restaurants, and being a 24hr location, the parking area is well lit if you like training overnight. The gym itself is impressive with its size and layout, with new equipment that covers the range of all kinds of exercises for even the most rigorous routines. There are lots of cardio machines and bikes, mats for stretching and abdominal work, even hydro beds, massage chairs, tanning machines and changerooms. One thing about other gyms I have noticed is that there never seems to be enough adjustable workout benches. This is not the case at this location. This Fit4Less location would get a 5th star if the PenCentre would actually provide patrons with a bike rack for their bicycles and promote healthy choices and lifestyles, rather than leaving an abundance of signs in the gym entrance stairwell, indicating that bicycles are not to be secured there.

The Gym is huge with a lot of new equipment, and a lot of amenities. However, it does get crowded in the evening! Overall, probably the best fit4less gym in St. Catharine's.

Expérience négative: So I took my family of 4 to go get a membership from the Glendale location and we wanted to try the $6.99 for every 2 weeks membership first because it's cheap and we wanted to see how we like it first, but we found out that there is a hidden fees, after you put your card in and all set to go, of $49 which make it almost $69 per person, which almost $230 for all of us. I think that is unacceptable behavior from the company and I think they should show all the cost first so the person know what they are getting into and how much they are going to pay. It's even waste of time to just get all the information in first before you know how much you actually going to pay.

Without first providing your personal information and a credit card. I hope I'm not the only one that find that fundamentally unacceptable.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member in this gym for the past six months and I moved my membership to this location when they open it and I’m glad that that I took this decision it’s an amazing place with a beautiful amenities you’ll get access to the black card membership area, massage chairs, Hydro massage chair, tanning and the most important part is the showering places are so clean thank you very much for the friendly stuff who answers my questions all the time and who presents in the location every time whenever you need them

I have asked for them to get Lateral Octane machine since they have many available on Bunting Rd location instead of 6 Elliptical machines they have at the Pen and I was told that they were not able to do that, so I may just have to cancel and go back to Energy Fit as they have it. Also I have asked repeatly since the grand opening for the Octanes they do have to be programmed properly so the fans and extras work and that is still not done yet. Such a shame as I was happy it was so close to home and bought memberships for four of us but oh well what can you do but move on. Expérience négative: Fit 4 Less is a great affordable place to workout. This location is well laid-out and inviting. Unlike other F4L they deny access to squat racks and higher weight free-weights unless you pay for the Black Card; it's pay-gating a fairly important piece of equipment for any workout program... This place was almost a slam dunk!

Expérience négative: Arrived at 5:30 on May 3rd to ask a few questions about membership. I wanted to purchase a year in full and had some questions. I have visited 2 Fit 4 Less locations and preferred Glendale. So, I ask if he could offer the same as the other location and he said, “it above his pay grade” but “probably not going to happen”. It’s hard to listen to someone who doesn’t have service knowledge and fills the gaps with nonsense. So, I’m not signing up here.

Expérience positive: I love the Fit4Less gym. I, and other members wish Fit4Less would bring back the keychain gym membership cards that GoodLife Fitness still make. It doesn’t seem fair that they have the keychain membership cards, and Fit4Less doesn’t have them anymore. The keychain membership cards really are much more convenient. We should t have to pay more for GoodLife Fitness, to get the keychain Membership card we used to have, it does not seem fair. Please, Fit4Less bring back the keychain membership cards that GoodLife Fitness has. I actually know people who have left Fit4Less because they can get the key chain membership cards, at other gyms.
