Expérience négative: Hoping I could change this start to a five star if Nicole and her team sort out my concerns.
Expérience fantastique: Anÿtime fitness is a great place to go. I havent been to a gym in many years and decided to start. All the trainers have been friendly and for spmeone who only go 1 to 2 times a week they remember my name and always giving tips and advice. I had my first consultation with Natalie and every time she sees me in the gym she always makes time even if a few minties to make sure to come by and help me make sure i have myself postion right not to get hurt and keep me motivated to continie my work out
Expérience négative: Came to sign up for a month to month membership that expires after every month. I explicitly said I don’t want a contract. So my membership goes the 6th of every month. Now it’s December 21 and I haven’t been since the sixth and they are telling me I owe for the last two weeks… They signed me up for a month to month that keeps going even if I don’t pay. And if I don’t go I still owe the money for that month. Will probably still attend this gym but beware new members.
Expérience fantastique: This gym is absolutely fantastic. The 24 hour access is extremely helpful, and you can pick and choose what times to go so it's not busy. This gym is rarely busy and no wait times for machines. The staff is phenomenal and very hospitable.

Expérience négative: There isn’t a legitimate bench press. Squat racks sure. The smiths bullshit that is unnatural for your bodies range of motion. But absolutely NO bench presses. Check out world gym they have a few. Big difference
Bruce - I am not sure what you are talking about, but we have 3 racks to bench press. Our benches our adjustable so you can do and incline press, flat press, military press, dumbbell press and the list goes on. The smith machine is top of the line Precor. It is a standard smith found literally in every commercial gym. Did you know that we have the highest ratio of strength equipment per member? This means no waiting for equipment and exceptionally maintained. I see you are a World Fan. $10 clubs are great if you don't mind the heavy lifters, extreme crowds, and the high school kids. Unlike some of the $10 clubs our members gets to use ALL of our gym without having to pay more. We are a different gym. We focus ensuring on members have a realistic plan for their goals. At our club, we focus on having a wonderful non-intimating, CLEAN, environment. Our members are not extremely lifters. Our members include Brenda, who after years of not feeling confident after having her kids can now wear a bathing suit at the water park and has fun with her kids. She found our club non-judgmental and loved the other encouraging members. Michael is another member, who at almost 500 lbs felt too intimidated to go to gyms. That is, until he found Anytime Fitness. Now he is running 5ks and is stronger than he ever thought possible. Dennis is another great example of an awesome member of ours. Dennis worked hard his entire life and now wants to be able to enjoy his retirement travelling so he comes to our club to stay strong and be fit. Travelling, not long term care, is his retirement plan. If you are a heavy lifter who just wants to throw iron around, we are not the club for you. If you are serious about making that positive change in your life, whether it be finally feeling comfortable looking in a mirror, reducing your stress from a tough job or staying healthy for your kids than Anytime will be the club for you. Expérience négative: I have a very unpleasant experience with King George road Branch. I have signed up for one of their challenges and due to some medical issues I had to cancel it. I informed Nichole ( the girl who signed me up) three days before the schedule deduction date and she wasn’t able to stop the payment, as it wasn’t sufficient time to stop the payment. ( which I don’t believe) It’s been 30 days now and no refund of my $567 and the worse part no one call back and update me regarding my account. If anyone is reading this review from management please try to resolve this issue. Thanks Samar
Hello Samar. I did send you an e-mail. We did process every thing at our end in a timely manner as promised, however for some reason the refund did not process with the payment processing company. I fully understand this is not your issue and we are extremely apologetic that this happened. I expect the best customer service towards our members and am always upset when we cannot deliver on our promise no matter what. The system works 99.9% of the time and you got up on the .1% of the time it did not work. I would be upset too. This time we have to take the bad review. No matter what the reason for the failure, you were still let down. Everything is is process now. Again - please accept our apology for this error.

Expérience fantastique: Joined about a month ago during one of their challenges. It has been amazing, all the staff are so friendly and get to know you by name. My trainer Monica is amazing! She is more than a trainer, she is a friend. Even on the hard days, she keeps you going and shows you that you can do it. I can actually notice my results now, whether it be my endurance is much better, i feel better on day-to-day stuff, and I can even tell in my clothes that it's working. 1000% recommend Anytime fitness and trainer Monica.

Expérience fantastique: The coaches here are amazing. As a beginner I was very intimidated about going to the gym especially as a bigger woman These people welcomed me and made me feel at home. They are very patient showing you how to use the machines and what area they work. I would definitely recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone especially any beginner.

Expérience négative: The worst gym I have ever been I joined the gym in January and I never been there and paying from last 5 months and the day I went there to cancel my membership the girl is saying she can’t do that you are in a contract .. I was like nobody told me that the lady who helped me in joining the gym didn’t told me anything about contract this is like they wanna more people to come in the gym without giving proper information and proper service they want you to be stuck there . And paying them for nothing I feel nobody should try this gym the crew who work there is not at all helpful and they lie they don’t know how to communicate
Hi Kiran - we are sorry you feel we are worst gym. We know you have not been in the gym to accomplish your goals. That is why contacted numerous times to meet with a coach to create a realistic fitness plan for you that would work your schedule. That is 100% part of the membership. In fact our members can meet with a coach every 6 weeks as part of their membership to ensure they are on target to crush their goals. You see, every other gym wants to sign up and never come back. Not us, we actually meet with our members to make sure they hit their goals. Our goal is to ensure you hit yours. That's the AF promise. Kiran - you chose the most lowest cost option which was a 12 month membership. There were others to choose from. We take the extra time to go over everything with you. We are sorry you did not understand. We strive to ensure 100% customer service from the start of the membership right up until the end of the membership. All the best to you.

Since we are not a $10 club that means you will not have the huge crowds here, you will have amazing well maintained equipment that you do not have wait to get on, beautiful private washrooms, the club is extra-ordinarily clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. No one ever achieved their fitness goals waiting for equipment!! Our members understand the VALUE of paying slightly more for a better work out experience and actually achieving their goals. The club is true 24/7 access, one membership gets you into over 5000 other clubs world wide, includes Apple Fitness plus, includes our exclusive AF app with 100's of work-outs to choose from and also includes a check in with a coach every 6 weeks to ensure you are on track with your goals. You will also never have to pay extra to use certain areas of the club. No black card required here! If you want a $10 experience you will not find it here. Recently worked on a travel job in Brantford and a few of us on the crew are gym rats but none of us had passes to any of the commercial gyms in the city. After calling several gyms with little luck of acquiring day passes Anytime Fitness was the absolute best with helping us get a workout in while travelling. Thank you so much Tammy

Hi Tom After meeting with the staff, I understand you may be upset and wanting to leave a bad review. We had spoken to you about some "unwanted bahaviour" by you at the club". We take the safety of our members extremely seriously. Lucky for us this rarely happens but we do have to act on it. PS - there were other shorter term options you could have chose. We have membership options to suit every one. All the best
Expérience fantastique: Very friendly staff, and very nice gym! It’s super clean and has everything you could possibly need. I had a personal training session with Stevie and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and gave me lots of excellent pointers and easy workouts . If you’re looking for a great coach, I would recommend you visit him!

Expérience négative: Anytime Fitness made it extremely difficult to cancel my membership. When I found out about 6 months ago that I couldn't work out due to health issues, they wouldn't work with me in the slightest. I was assured that the payments would stop at the end of my term. When I called to ensure that it will be stopped, they informed me of a whole process to cancel. My advice to anyone who joins that facility, or who already is a member, don't let them do auto withdrawals. They abuse the privilege of having your banking information. Their lack of professionalism and conduct in this matter is absolutely shameful. Sooooo...after I posted the above review, and AF responded below, AF continues their shameful behaviour. They have now filed a claim in collections for considerably more than what they were trying to charge me. Anytime Fitness was paid for more than a year of fees already. I gave them almost 6 months notice that I would not be continuing. Yet they continue to attempt to extort money from me. If this happens to you, remember that there are options. My legal teams explained to me that this is not uncommon with subpar businesses such as Anytime Fitness. In these cases, the legal team generally motions for costs involved in fighting bullies such as Anytime Fitness. Don't be discouraged. Also, readers, please take note that, like the response given to my review, Anytime Fitness does not take any responsibility for their actions. They make statements that are untrue. I will post the outcome of this matter on Facebook, Instagram as well as here for anyone who is interested
Hi Patrick - We are sorry you are disappointed and also very sorry you are having the health issues. We are surprised by this review. On October 15 you let us know of your issues and we gave you several different options to choose from. We know that sometimes bad things happen to good people. You went home to think about which option would be best for you and we never heard back again until March. We certainly wished you had communicated with us so that would could have helped you further. We truly feel that you stated we abuse the system is unfair to us when we gave you so many options but failed to communicate back to us. We wish you all the best in the future Patrick.

Expérience fantastique: Well maintained, small and perfect for the small town Brantford. It’s 24 hours open and pretty much busy all the time. You won’t get overwhelmed with a trillion of equipments and you get enough space for free weight workouts too, which is not a usual scene in other well known big chains these days.

Expérience fantastique: I love Anytime Fitness, they have a great staff and a very welcoming environment. The employees are very kind and do a great job at keeping the place organized. Theres a good variety of good reliable equipment and they always seem to be adding new updates to the gym that have helped my workouts progress over time. They have 4 private washrooms that are kept very clean and are rarely all in use. You can tell they put a lot into running this place with purpose by the constant hard work each person puts in, especially that Nicole. If you are looking for a new gym its a great place that gives you the sensation of a clean personal one. If you're looking into just starting your gym journey, its a great place to start and give you a proper introduction of what a gym should be like.

Expérience négative: I was gifted a membership with someone else's name and payment info and, despite not going/using the membership, they continued to accrue account overdue balances when the credit card used by the gifter expired for more than 6 months... Instead of pausing the membership or clarifying why I haven't been there, they now want me to pay $328 for a gym I don't use and are sending me to collections/ruining my credit (that money may not seem like a lot, however I am a healthcare student, just finished 3 years of full time school yesterday, and am thus already in debt for *legitimate* services & resources I used). Their "gift" to me if I pay them is waiving the 30 day cancellation period. Just be aware this is who you're getting into bed with - and when I'm looking for a gym in the near future once working, I know this is not a franchise I will ever associate with. I've previously used Goodlife, World Gym, and Crunch with only positive things to say about those experiences. They say they won't "bite you" as per a manager comment below - that is absolutely untrue. I have been a member at many other places and never run into such issues. They do not care about you being a member and just want money. Had they dealt with this differently, I would have considered being a member given that I'd like to find somewhere that's available 24hr as my work will entail day/night shiftwork. But unfortunately that's not the case.
Hi Jenn - We truly wish you had contacted a staff member in person before leaving this review. If you had explained the situation to us we certainly would been able to fix this for you. We knew nothing about this until this review. Since the membership is in your name you would be the one receiving automated messages about past dues. We are here to assist and resolve these issues when they arise. We would never send you to a collection agency if some one else stopped paying for your membership. That would be totally unfair to you. Our job is help resolve the issues not create more. Some one should have reached out to you by now to get this fixed up. Thank you Jenn and have a wonderful day.

Expérience fantastique: After working out in my home for many years I decided to get a gym membership again- I actually signed up at another gym & quickly felt uncomfortable due to how clicky it felt. My fiancé suggested I try Anytime Fitness so I went in & talked to Madison- who I think could sense my hesitation. She offered me a FREE 10 day trial (most places rarely even offer 3 days). After my second visit here, I knew I was going to sign up. I feel extremely comfortable coming in here & enjoy working out again. The staff are always very responsive if I have a question, they get back to me ASAP (I work out very early) & it’s always clean. They also have very cool give aways and incentives to keep their members motivated. Way to go Anytime Fitness Brantford! Your awesome!!

Expérience fantastique: Anytime Brantford is great - the staff are super friendly and it’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. No matter when you go in during the day undoubtedly someone is vacuuming and making sure everything is organized. I’ve never observed a damaged piece of equipment in over two years that hasn’t been labeled and quickly fixed. Also I’ve left personal belongings accidentally and the staff put it aside and it was left untouched when I came back the next time. Kudos!

Expérience fantastique: Over the years I have used many gyms and I now choose Anytime Fitness in Brantford as my "home" gym. The staff here keep the place spotless. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whatever your age, your fitness level or personal needs. The equipment is well maintained and is upgraded on a regular basis. During the Covid shutdown this was the only gym that was allowed to remain open with vey strict guidelines for special needs members. It involved a tremendous amount of work for just a few eligible members. That's how much they care! Thanks for looking after us all. Gord A

Expérience négative: Hi there. I am not a member at Anytime Fitness, I just moved to Brantford from the Stoney creek area. I’ve been searching the area for a good gym in Brantford and was torn between anytime fitness and movati as you both seemed to offer a clean, comfortable and a quality fitness experience. I was drawn to Anytime as it was a bit cheaper monthly and I liked the idea of a smaller gym. As I turned to read some reviews, I was exceptionally taken back - not by the one star reviews, as of course I understand that with any establishment comes room for criticism. however I was appalled by the RESPONSES from this page to the one star reviews. They lacked basic understanding or concern for any issues of their customers, seemed unfair, overly defensive and to be honest outright unkind. It seems like whoever is in charge of responding whether the manager or owner is unable to take any accountability or even acknowledge anything in the slightest. I felt compelled to right this review, and will be curiously awaiting. This gym seems to have absolutely no interest in the need of their consumers nor does it seem they are in it for the good customer service experience. Expérience négative: Really bad experience and disappointed, when you join the gym they would give you many offers but when you want to cancel then they will charge you extra. Me and my friend joined the gym. Nicole was one to whom we explained that we want plan only for 3 months they told us that we have to pay only 50 bucks for cancelation but end up charging 160 after even waiting for cancellation for a week. Better to go to other gym they will not gonna bite you after.
Hi Manpreet - I reviewed the situation with the manager. You both signed up for the Summer for Free promo we ran at the beginning of the summer. We had no problem cancelling the membership but your proof of move was a one way ticket back to India that was issued to you in May, even before you signed up. You knew you were moving back to India when you signed up but just wanted a free membership for the summer. That is not very fair to our business. Shame on you for trying to cheat us like that. We allowed you to cancel but just asked that you pay us for the summer months. It looks like you were treated very fair by our friendly staff. You will see from our many 5 star reviews that we "are not going to bite you" afterwards. All the best Manpreet and have a safe trip back home.

Expérience fantastique: Anytime brantford is great, nice to have a 24/7 gym for people with an unpredictable schedule. Staff are really accommodating, small space but rarely packed to the point where you really notice. Could use a bit more deadlift/hip thrust space but you’re not usually competing or waiting for the space. A nice switch from the very large cheaper gym I was at. I can tell the difference:) definitely a comfortable place for everyone, I do some ‘unique’ mobility work and stretching but I feel totally comfortable coming in and getting my work out done in this space! thanks y’all.

Expérience fantastique: Sure it's a bit small, but as long as it's not busy it's not that big of a deal. I've always seen staff doing something at some point or another, almost too busy lol! But it shows, even at 3-4 A.M the place is far cleaner than I'd expect. I worked with the trainer Justin for a little bit and always had a wonderful fulfilling workout with him. He was informed from the getgo about a previous injury I was minorly concerned about, and he was always checking in during sets to see if it was good. Justin was super informative, amazingly friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. All the equipment is in good working order, no complaints there. They have at least one thing for something. A great gym to sign up with and workout at.

Expérience fantastique: Best one of the bunch. The only gym to make me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported without being too pushy or too cold. Never "just a number" to staff. Friendly, courteous, and respectful. Gym is always clean and meticulously upkept. Equipment is up to date and well maintained.

Expérience fantastique: A gym is just a space where people go to workout, and like any space what defines and separates it from any other is the people/atmosphere. Anytime Fitness has a great facility, but what makes it my gym is the staff and other gym goers who make it feel like a stress free, no judgment fun environment in which I can strive to better myself. So if your looking for a new gym or your signing up for the first time I urge you to give Anytime Fitness a try.

Expérience fantastique: Recently joined Anytime Fitness - Brantford. I was met at the door by the very welcoming club manager, Tammy who explained everything and shared the various fee options. I was planning on touring other gyms prior to making my decision but Tammy made it easy for me to skip that part as she did a great job of making me feel comfortable and like I was becoming part of the AF family. I signed up that evening and had my first training session with Justin who asked me lots of questions about my goals and was engaged in the conversation offering ideas and insights. My first workout was challenging (I had rubber legs the next day) but I feel like I got a lot out of the session. I thought the whole on-boarding experience was great!

The facility is kept very clean and I know that the equipment is cleaned daily. Tammy, the manager is friendly and outgoing. She loves people and supports her clients with advise and humour. Expérience négative: I usually go to the Stoney creek location, but I happened to be in the brantford area, and I have never seen a worse gym tbh.. it seemed clean at first sight, but the gym itself is 80% machines and 20% free weights. The free weight section was shoved into a corner of the gym, with no space to move around, even with the small amount of people inside. Squat racks are so close to the dumbbell rack that you can’t even get set up without walking into someone, and there was maybe 8-10 people in the gym at the time? There’s no organization of the cable machine attachments either. The attachments were just thrown on a pole and in a pile on the floor, so good luck finding what you need. The turf section was clean but again, little to no organization, with no rollers, or sorry, 1 roller that is for strictly legs, as it’s spiked and hard as rock. The mass amount of machines they have are cramped together because again, there’s SO MANY. It’s incredibly overwhelming, and I’m not surprised nobody was using them. You can’t find what you want to use, cuz it’s a literal maze. Usually less is more, but this location seems to think more is more. Who needs walking space? I had to walk out half way through my workout cuz I genuinely could not stand being in a gym that has no spacial awareness. The cleanliness was ok as long as you use the machines. The dumbbells were gross and the benches were ripping on the edges. The dumbbells weren’t even anytime fitness dumbbells? It’s not like the brand matters but shouldn’t you be repping the companies equipment? Anytime fitness should have a quality check in their locations cuz honestly I’d pay $100 a month for my main locations gym but you couldn’t pay me enough to step back in this location.
Tory - really! the dumbbells weren't Anytime Fitness branded? We will take 1 star reviews all day long because our dumbbells are not Anytime Branded. What's more important is our dumbbells are top quality urethane without a nick on them and in mint condition. I have never heard of anyone of not reaching their fitness goals because the dumbbells weren’t branded. Yes we have alot of equipment. That's what our members love about us, that and how amazingly clean our club is. Review after review will confirm that. Is it a maze and you can’t find your way out? What?? I am very sorry for having us having our equipment in neat rows with sanitizing stations is not up your standard. Brantford AF is one of the most sought after clubs in Brantford. We limit our memberships and that is why you will only see 20 people or so people in our club. That way we can focus on keeping our cub non-intimidating for people newer to fitness, allowing avid athletes to get a professional quality work out and all not having to wait in line for equipment. In fact, our club is rated one of the top clubs in Canada and even won an award for BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in all North America. Yes we have one foam roller - foam rollers are a personal thing and everyone has their own preference and usually bring their own. We focus on wellness coaching, keeping a spotless club and retaining respectful, fun members who love being a part of our AF family (sorry no Karen's allowed). Hey wonderful citizens of Brantford – come see for yourself how spotless, well maintained and how friendly our staff are. You will love us!

Hi Preet - I would have to strongly disagree with your statement. Unlike every other fitness club out there we actually sit down with you and go over each section with you personally. You even have to initial each section. Remember that? And then we email it to to you and say "make sure when you get home you open up and read it". It's a gym membership so it really isn't that complicated anyway. We go this extra mile for all of our members so their fitness journey will be second to none. We want all our members to have the best experience possible. There is a good reason why out of 4000 Anytime Fitness clubs worldwide - Brantford was awarded number one for customer service AND also awarded on the top rated fitness clubs in Brantford several years running. Make sure you read all the policies at your next club as they will be almost identical to ours but it will all be buried in the fine print and won't go over it like we do. All the best

Hi Chris - sorry you did not find our club to meet your needs. You picked the one day to come in when we were getting our benches re-upholstered and we were short on benches. We like to keep our club in premium condition for our members. Anytime Fitness Brantford is one of the best rated Anytime Clubs in North America. Yes we do a lot of coaching! That’s why have such an extraordinary amount of members hitting their goals consistently. Members who work with a coach are able to hit 90% of their goals 3x faster. We can prove that with the amount of success stories we have. Our club is thriving because we are known for helping people who have almost given up on their goals. Our club is extremely clean, the staff are present and friendly. It’s just an amazing club and we hear it time and time again.

They wouldn't tell me about membership prices until I was in the door on a tour, and the number of spam calls I received after giving them my phone number has skyrocketed. If you're interested, go visit them in person. Otherwise it's high risk and low reward. Went with another gym.

Sorry you would have actually had to make an effort to come down and see the club. People who are serious about hitting their goals are more than willing to come down, see our club and meet the staff to make informed decisions. We show potential members solutions on how to reach their goals. We also like to meet the potential members to see if it's a good fit for us. Obviously if someone wants to join our club we want to ensure we get only get top quality members. There is a reason we have won multiple awards for our club. I will call you out on the spam calls. We NEVER give out your name or number to third party companies to send you spam. EVER! We will send you a text or an email to see if you would like to come down or are still interested in joining our award winning facility. If you are not interested any more, simply reply back and say you are no longer interested. It's that simple. I am glad you found another club that meets your needs.

The staff are all amazing, the club is always clean and the atmosphere is always positive. They're doing everything they can right now to keep it safe for everyone. This is the first gym that I've stuck with long-term after trying multiple before I found this one. It's a great community and I couldn't be happier with the club :)

It has been a wonderful experience. from the personal coaching to group training to the massage bed and then the nutritional consultation- everything has been extremely helpful along my weight loss journey. Ah Mr. Miller - thank you so much. You have earned every once of your success. Not only are you an amazing member but Mark thinks very highly of you and your great effort. Mark knows himself what it takes to make that progress having weighed almost 300lbs himself at one point and is now a top rated coach. Thanks again - for thinking of us.
Expérience fantastique: Just moved to this gym after being at Crunch for a few years and this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I already feel like family here. The facility is very clean, well organized and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. The machines are up to date and the weights and cable machines are well maintained and in excellent condition. I can see myself stepping up my fitness game here and I'm excited to see my future results.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in town. Clean, well-maintained, bright, safe, and loaded with all the toys you want. Great price, amazing staff, convenient location. What else could you want? (Yes, the showers work after hours.)
Thank you for the great review. I am glad we are able to keep the showers open too. We have a pretty strict cleaning regimen and keep a bottle of spray sanitizer right in the shower. We pride ourselves on exactly everything you mentioned. We can’t please everyone all the time but we do our darnedest to do our 100% best We are super glad you noticed Thank you sir. It’s amazing members like you that make our club so great.
Expérience négative: The absolute WORST gym. Extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service, dont care about their customers it's all about money to them, and not a good selection of equipment as advertised. Do not recommend and wouldnt even give it one star. Will be taking my business to their competitors who treat their clients much better. Good riddance.
Hi Walter We understand you didn’t quite understand the membership agreement. Please note every fitness club will have a membership agreement that you will have to follow. The difference with us is that we will work with you but you chose to be rude and unprofessional with our caring staff. We do not tolerate this as we believe members and staff should always be treated with respect regardless of the situation. All the best. There is a reason we were recently chosen as Best in Customer Service for all Canadian Anytime Fitness clubs and the Top 3 Fitness Clubs in Brantford 2 years running. Hey Everybody- come check us out for yourself. We have a great clean, comfortable club with amazing staff.
Expérience positive: Honestly, staff here are amazingly energetic and personable. They’re truly committed to getting people inspired and active wish I had more time to feed on that and been more committed. Also the gym was sparkling clean anytime I went! I had to cancel because of my busy schedule and just not having the time to dedicate to using the facility and there was a little bit of miscommunication however, Paul cleared things up quickly in a professional manner. If you’re dedicated to the gym it’s worth it to spend a little more and go to anytime; the staff and environment beat out the bigger cheap gyms any day!

Expérience fantastique: Great staff, 24 hour access, enough equipment to target every major muscle group in multiple ways. And the best part, there are pretty much never more than 10 people (at most, very uncommon) - even during peak hours. Would recommend!
Hey Patrick Thanks for the great review. That’s right - because we are a true 24/7 facility our members are literally spread out 24 hours a day. Because we are not a cheap $10 buck club means we don’t have to jam the members in by volume. You get all the machines you want to use with no lineups. You can focus on your workouts to get those results. Hey don’t forget to see the new renovations. The new expanded free weight and Brantford’s largest 24/7 functional fitness area is amazing! Expérience fantastique: These are very hard working caring coaches and a good place to meet friends. I had a problem walking. I had a knee replacement and 6 months physio at a different lace. When my physio ended I still struggled. My coach Tammy was full of spunk and energy. She helped me stay focused and with training I was walking with out my cane I went from. Someone struggling to walk to walking daily around the block & walking 30 - 45 min 3 days a week on a tree mill. I also learned dieting tips. Great friendly place . They have tanning beds , a water no touch body message, weight lifting equipment rowing machines and much much more. Check it out.
