Expérience positive: It’s my gym. Love the location… city views are great. There has been some new additions to equipment and changes to the space but the spin bikes are still not touched… it’s about time. Love the lighting

Expérience négative: They lied about their services as a selling point and when we tried to cancel our membership refused. We followed protocols and threatened legal action and we're "allowed" to break our contract for an extra fee. They do not care about customer service and we recommend to avoid unless you know exactly what your needs are in terms of fitness. Can't say much about the gym itself.

Expérience négative: Unfortunately by the time of the subscription it is sold to you that you can cancel your contract paying the monthly difference. However, my boyfriend and I have experienced a very different situation. He got some opportunities at work and with a lot of trips out of the city could not keep up with the gym. We tried to cancel the contract many times and it got refused. I don’t recommend Nautilus, unless you want to be locked and paying $60 a month without using their services.

Expérience négative: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your gym. In early February, I obtained a membership and sought clarification from an employee regarding the terms and conditions of the membership. Unfortunately, the employee failed to provide adequate explanations, and as a minor, I was not given a consent form necessary for my attendance at the gym. Additionally, I have been attempting to cancel my membership for some time now due to my busy school schedule. I was informed that I cannot cancel because of a one-month cancellation policy, which was not communicated to me when I signed up. This lack of transparency and poor customer service has been very frustrating. I am very upset that I have to continue paying for a service I am unable to use. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly and assist me with the cancellation of my membership without further fees.

Expérience positive: It's an alright gym. Space can be crowded quickly, but equipment is spread out enough. Some staff are nice, some are less so. Although the machines are somewhat older, everything works perfectly and it's rarely broken down. In fact, in a year of going there, I think I've seen a single machine that was out of order. It was quickly fixed the following week.

Expérience négative: Avoid at all costs. They will do anything to get your business, and leave out key pieces of information such as the fact that if you do not cancel within 35 days then you are stuck paying for the entire year. “It’s in the contract” — however it’s something you should probably mention to the person signing up. It’s a pretttttty important factor. Go elsewhere, these people are crooks.

Expérience fantastique: An amazing gym. There are two sections to the gym, a cardio side and a weight side. You can also make appointments with personal trainers or nutritionists. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and willing to answer any of your questions. There are also an array of classes that you can take as well. It's definitely worth checking out.

Expérience négative: Unhelpful management I got a membership , after 2 weeks , I changed my mind and decided to cancel It , went to the gym to do just that , I was met by an employee who « didn’t know how to » and then talked to a manager on the phone saying that I had to come back later in person because « no one else can do it » (nothing stipulated that in the contract). I couldn’t come back I had a flight the same day(I work abroad). He continuously repeated that I had to come back in person, and If I didn’t, I would get charged. I threatened legal action if was charged after I explicitly said I’m canceling my membership. All that just for another manager to call 4 hours later and tell me we can proceed by phone. Manager flashing his manager status instead of giving options. Poor experience

Expérience négative: My sister is under age, and they let her to register with my card, with out my permission. and they charge me for late payments over $150. thier service is the worst ever in my experience. really dangerous for kids. they don't even ask my sister if the card is under her name. so please becarfull with Lasalle Gym.

Expérience fantastique: I am very satisfied with my membership! The gym is clean and equipped with a variety of equipment, as well as a sauna. The group classes are great and led by excellent instructors. I appreciate the plan they have in place, where we can receive money back based on our attendance frequency. It really makes a difference.

Expérience négative: J’ai été victime d’un vol de mon casier au gym ce matin Je me suis entraîner que 40 min et le voleur a eu le temps de couper mon cadenas et me voler mon sac de gym avec mon portefeuille et mes cartes de crédit C’est la première fois que je me fais voler dans un gym Je m’entraîne depuis plus de 30 ans et j’ai fréquenter des douzaines de gym et jamais je me suis fait voler Je crois que des voleurs fréquentent le Nautilus plus a v LaSalle Canceller votre abonnement ou ne renouveler plus à ce centre la Securite est inexistante

Expérience fantastique: Awesome staff, fully equipped gym (except for power exercises that require throwing weighed balls.). They have a great selection of reliable machines and staff is very resourceful. They're always there to help with great advice, but the best thing is that they don't adhere to diet culture and, instead, they offer science-backed tools to help people achieve their healthiest.

Expérience négative: Gyms are created for improving body and soul. This gym has no soul ! Few machines and no soul! Furthermore questionable contracts terms. Not a pleasant experience for new members.

Expérience positive: Nice clean place. Only complaint, understaffed. One person to handle everything. When I was visiting the gym, the employee had to leave me multiple times to help gym members at the front desk.

Expérience négative: The place is nice and clean, very professional staff, polite and courteous nothing against the staff they are very nice. But it is not a excuse to rip people they do not respect contract, they charge you without you consentement, they make change still charge money but never informe you. I went there to try to find a way to negotiate but they tool me in the most polite way they srew me and there is nothing i can do! I spoke with the manager and he told me if you call to make a complain at the customer service they will just transfer you too me and it will be an eternal loop because i wont do anything no refund no credit no delai. Im sorry for the super nice staff that work for such a compagnie !

Expérience négative: Lying employees, terrible management I’ve been going to this gym regularly for years, but I’ve recently had to move out of the country for work, and have a friend who agreed to take over the remainder of my membership (about 6 months). When I asked an employee at the front desk about this, 2 months before my departure, I was specifically told that it was possible to do so. However, when I brought my friend right before leaving to transfer the contract, the manager said there was nothing he could do, that the employee I talked to was wrong, and refused to work with me to make up for his employee’s mistake. So not only is this gym staffed with incompetent employees who don’t know their company’s policy, it’s also ran by a manager who doesn’t care, and refuses to own up to their actions. As far as the gym itself, I’ll let the other one star reviews do the talking.

Expérience négative: If you want to be the client of this gym you have to keep an extra close eye on your personal belongings and don't put any important and valuable things in a locker. One customer asked the employee to break the padlock on my locker and he did it with no doubts and no confirmation or investigation. I was absent around 2 hours and my locker was unlocked I don't know how much time. And when I returned and found my broken padlock - the explanation was that the client couldn't open his locker thats why they opened. But he couldn't open because it wasn't his locker!!Or he(she) could say that he has no key (lost, forgot...), but in that case anyone can open your locker with help of employee of the gym, take your wallet, clothes, car keys and go out and disappear. Be careful always!

Expérience négative: Les deux, anciennement trois, "gérants-réceptionnistes" sont toujours très accueillants, souriants et sympathiques !!! Zéro condescendance ! Ça parait qu'ils aiment leur travail ! (Sérieux, les gars, faites un effort) Attention, méfiez-vous des moisissures qui couvrent parfois les rideaux de douche et les parois qui les séparent ainsi que de l'apparition sporadique et subite d'insectes dans le sauna... Pour le reste, ça reste un Nautilus Plus. Love the franchise ! Cinq étoiles, et cette fois-ci, sans sarcasme... ni sarcasme au sarcasme. C'est vrai que j'aime la franchise. Espace, bonne ambiance, majorité du personnel sympathique à quelques exceptions près (qui a parlé des gérants? Dommage...), vue panoramique sur Montréal, clients sérieux, peu de "douche bags", équipements de qualité, etc. Attendez-vous à payer le prix pour cette qualité par contre : environ 55$ par mois taxes incluses (moins 1,50$ à chaque fois que vous y allez, excluant les services privés de nutritionnistes ou d'entraineurs) Concrètement, si vous y allez seulement 3 fois par semaine, ça réduira le montant de 18$, donc environ 37$ par mois si vous êtes assidu-e. (Client depuis 2006 avec interruptions dues à l'inaccessibilité des succursales)

Expérience négative: Place is fine, but actual customer service when you call is the worst. They hang up phones to your face and they talk to you really rude. + Their super bad payment system sometimes unable to charge the payments and they come ask you for administration fees and threaten you with giving you to the collection agencies. Overall, with that lady at the customer service the worst GYM ever and we canceled all our memberships as 6 different people because of the worst Customer service lady ever. So if you don't want phones to be shut down to your face as a client, go to other gyms.

Expérience positive: Been going here for years, it's pretty good, but careful for the mask usages in here. I saw two people today without a mask, and none of the staff said a thing as far as I saw. Aside from that, the place is exactly what you think it is, weights and cardio.

Expérience négative: Tried for one day. Which was supposed to be free. But didn't get the reimbursement. Pressure tactics to sell you useless services from the beginning. Price: above average than competition. Number and quality of workout machines : below average than competition. In the area of Lasalle you have better choices hands down. The new econofitness the best value choice. Flex gym on dollard or gymzone on newman are way better on price, services and quality. Do not recommend at all.
