Expérience négative: Decent machines for a small gym, good free weights aswell BUT SMELLS LIKE FECES, BUTT, POOP ETC. Wouldn’t pay, came on a free trial a couple wks ago.

Expérience fantastique: I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The atmosphere is welcoming, much like a home gym. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, including the washrooms and showers. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to help. What I appreciate most is that it's never too crowded. I can focus on my workout without feeling rushed or distracted. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and comfortable workout environment.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The personal training sessions are also highly effective, with trainer who genuinely cares about your progress. What truly sets this gym apart, however, is its welcoming community. Everyone is supportive, motivating, and friendly, making it a joy to work out here. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this gym, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a world-class fitness experience!

Expérience fantastique: I recently joined Anytime Fitness and JC has been amazing—so friendly and helpful! The gym is always open, which is perfect for my crazy work schedule. I love that it’s 24/7, and the place is always clean. The staff really makes you feel like you’re dealing with friends rather than gym staff. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: I had the worst experience at this location, not only the equipment is in bad shape but the staff is extremely arrogant. When i went to the office to get my membership cancelled the representative misguided me that this is not my home branch that too when the cancellation was confirmed by there staff member over the phone. I had to pay for two gym memberships in the same month because of they were not doing their job.

Expérience négative: I recently visited this gym with a friend to inquire about their services and pricing. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The staff member we interacted with was both rude and unprofessional, offering no explanation of the services provided. Instead, he hastily mentioned a price that did not align with the information previously sent to me via email. Such behavior reflects poorly on the business, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging with them. Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental expectations, which this place sadly failed to meet.

Expérience négative: Facilities are not good at this location. Pricing is high as well. They won’t allow you to cancel the membership and when you go to another location they have different price because prices depends on Location of the Gym and facilities. It should be same at all facilities. One location price is 45$ monthly and another location you ask is 75$.

Expérience fantastique: Equipment a little old, price is high, but the number of people is not that much at the moment making me enjoy coming late at night.

Expérience négative: This gym was so messy and dirty when I was there on a work trip. Thought i'd go hit the nearest Anytime as my home location is a beauty! However, this location is the worst I've ever seen. Seems like the staff don't care either

Expérience négative: This place needs a deep cleaning it feels like the washroom water leaked into the carpet and the whole gym smells. If anytime fitness reads this review, I highly suggest doing a deep clean and getting the place smelling normal. Just spraying fabreze is not going to remove the hazardous filth

Expérience positive: Gym is good but users have severe body smell. They should have rules for attendees. Wear a mask. No exaggeration. If they implent advisory and rule it is a great place. Go in morning early to avoid smelly attendees.

Expérience fantastique: I love this gym! The staff is always keeping it clean, although members should also be picking up after themselves. Staff takes the time to know members personally and are always helpful. Also, this location has supplements, which makes it a one stop shop for everything. Worth every $$$!

Expérience négative: Signed up. Tried to cancel during my free trial as I only went 3 times. Wouldn't let me and know trying scam me for 2yrs of membership. Piss poor management and fraudulent actions. Disgraceful

Expérience positive: Decent. Price wise they have the best deals for their membership however the space doesn't have much equipment. They do have the necessities for strength training. Cleanliness could be more improved however everyone is responsible for that as well not just the staff.

Expérience fantastique: I am a new member at this gym and it’s been 3 months working out at the facility and I can assure that this is one of most well maintained anytime fitness in the area. Big gyms like LA and good life don’t care too much about individual clients, equipment’s are always occupied by people looking at reels but here you enjoy working out at your own time and gives you a nice private gym feeling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Expérience fantastique: Comfortable atmosphere. Gym staff is nice and easy to talk to . I wanted to attend zumba classes for few months and I am so thrilled that I went ! Naasiha is the best , she has curated a great choice of songs and choreographed them so well that it makes the session more enjoyable and keeps the energy high. I would definitely recommend this place and specifically Naasiha's zumba class is a must try :) !!

Expérience fantastique: Have been a part of this gym since 3 months now and have been very satisfied with the facility. The registration process was easy. There was an initial assessment that was done and this gives an overall idea on where we stand and what has to be followed in order to acheive the goal. There are also Zumba and Tabatha sessions that comes along with the membership. My assessment was done by Naasiha Sheikh who is a Personal Coach as well as the Zumba instructor there. She not only did the assessment for me but also walked me through each of the equipments and guided me on how to use it right and shed light on how an ideal fitness journey should be. This was realy helpful for me being a beginner and I reach out to her for any assistance. I always ensure not to miss the weekly Zumba session for the energy that it gives is immense. Highly recommend this facility as well as Naasiha. Overall Very happy so far.Thankyou!

Expérience négative: Request a pulling rope like 2 months ago still waiting online delivery they says. Dinesh everytime just smile and says same thing that waiting on delivery. If joining new ask them if they are able to provide with proper equipment and clean space.

Expérience négative: When i signed up for one year membership, they didnt spoke up anything about cancellation policy. And I asked that specifically during conversation as my job is transferable. When asked, the sales person said that I should not even bother for that because anytime fitness is having a vast network and there will be no need to cancel the membership even if i shift to other place. And now when I am moved to Pickering where there is no anytime fitness in approx 20 kms radius, they have suddenly come up with a cancellation policy. Although, I understand that I should have read the contract but when you are dealing with a brand, there is something called faith and these guys play with it. Poorest experience ever with anytime fitness.

Expérience négative: Signed up for free trial online also getting emails about the trial, but when I went there the manager told there's no free trial available and asked for a fee for trial. Also a bit overpriced, won't recommend it to anyone.

Expérience négative: Gym is dated smelled wet and mouldy like carpet hasn't been cleaned in years. No soap in washrooms as dispenser gone. In need of some minor fixing up

Expérience fantastique: I’ve tried many other gyms but this Anytime Fitness is hands down the best gym out there. The equipment is always clean and pristine, the staff is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions. The management is probably the best I have ever interacted with. It is a very friendly vibe in the gym and there is always a machine/equipment to use because of the friendly and supportive clientele. Would recommend 13/10.

Expérience négative: I tried to get a 7 day pass to try out this facility since this is a service Anytime Fitness (and many other gyms) provide. They called me to book a tour and sign up. Apparently they don’t offer the opportunity to try out the gym instead you just have to sign up. Testing out a gym is vital for determining if that gym will be a good fit for you. This location is run by clowns. Super ridiculous service.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been working out since i was a teenager, tried most different gyms from privately owned to big corporation gyms, and to be honest most of privately owned are small and not as well equipped but they provide usually good customer care, in the other hand most, if not all of big corporate owned gyms are well equipped but that usually come with the price of poor customer care. That being said this gym has changed my mind about that 180 degrees, they are really well equipped with neat machines and on going renovations for free weight area. I must mention JC the gym manager, she would go above and beyond to make sure that you have a really exceptional experience which indeed i had. If you have any question about equipments, nutrition or exercise she is definitely the one to go to. A big thumbs for hygiene and sanitization.

Expérience fantastique: There is new ownership and they already started making changes! I like that I can go to any location at no additional cost and that its 24/7 including holidays and weekends. Private bathrooms, locations are usually very clean and not busy. I don't feel like just a number, staff makes me feel comfortable and easy to approach. There is also WIFI!

Expérience négative: Don't waste your money for getting guidance under any personal trainer. I had my son to get training from Dinesh ( so called personal trainer ). He is only worried about getting the contact signed and make money. No follow up, NOTHING. Worse Trainer to follow up and chase for the training session appointment. The things were different during the time of enrollment and became different afterwards. During the period of pandemic, I didn't allow my son to step into the gym and he missed on classes with him losing the money for the sessions we paid for. Not ready to do any Adjustments

Expérience fantastique: Haven't been there recently because of covid, but when I was there it was really good. They are well equipped and the gym doesn't get too busy. The owner is very nice and friendly too. I'm planning on getting a membership again once it opens up and covid settles down

Expérience négative: Would not recommend. The gym itself is fine but the ownership? Not so much. You'll find it next to impossible to reach staff if you ever need them since they come and go as they please with no consistency or respect for the hours that they themselves set. During the pandemic I was charged, on three separate occasions, because you guessed it, I never found anyone there when I went into the branch to try to cancel on 4 or 5 different times. I ended up speaking with the financial services provider who were kind enough to waive my charges after I had put in a stop-payment through my credit card to avoid being charged for yet another month. They eventually reached out to the branch on my behalf and I was able to get things resolved. But save yourself the trouble and find another gym if you are able.

Expérience négative: Very small gym , No proper service and the main thing " OWNER IS NOT GOOD AT ALL ". My brother called them to take 7 days trail and they confirmed everything from the number that my brother received in his email. The person said you can come and workout but when we reached there gym owner did not allow us for workout. He is not welcoming at all . Not enough equipment. I totally do not recommend this gym as owner's behavior is not good towards there clients .

Expérience négative: I move from Quebec where gym service is awesome. I explored nearby gym options found anytime as i use to workout in anytime when i was in my home country. But, this location of anytime is pathetic i took trial pass for 7 days confirmed from the number mentioned in the email received. The person who is owner of this gym told me that you can come to workout but, when i arrived they hadn’t let me to do workout in his gym and more than this the way of talking of the owner itself is not welcoming. Lastly, i took glance of the gym and equipment’s I found this is very congested gym. They don’t have enough space to host many people at one time so, the appointment taking system will also suffer at this location. I totally don’t recommend this location of anytime fitness to anyone as there are many more good options you have in the same or less membership price with respectful staff and owners. Thank you
