Expérience fantastique: Friendly staff and an amazing stretch. It is really different from anything I have experienced before. The stretch is intense and quickly relieving. I believe a few stretch sessions combined with physiotherapy exercises can be the best combo for the body.

Stacey is the person that does my stretch and she really has brought my mobility back. Was have some issues with my muscles in my legs,back and arms. During the pandemic, I really let myself go. I'm now trying to get myself back on track and I thought stretching would be a great start to awaken my body. The two sessions I've had with Gabby so far have been wonderful. I feel much better and use their app to continue stretching on the days Gabby isn't stretching me I'm sure this sounds like I'm being paid to say this, I'm not. Expérience fantastique: There are a things that I like about Stretch Lab services: Staff is very courteous, knowledgable, prompt in responding to feedback and try different ways to tackle the stretches based upon clients body condition and health issues.

Expérience négative: It was good at first and your appointment with known flexologist gets changed due to technical errors as they said. Also, not very helpful and not considerate for your needs. Will ask you to sign a notice with “I understand that a 31 day notice is required for cancellation” even thought you have asked them thru email and phone call, this is a way that they only after your money?! They would say it is in the agreement but why would they asked for this again because they don’t inform you when you signed up and the agreement is like 8 pages long and on their tablets/Ipads who can read this? In fairness, they were able to refund my freezing fee that I know nothing about but not the monthly fee. They say they can extend your credits but from reading the other reviews they didn’t.

I was impressed that the team had familiarized themselves with the information I provided at sign up on my fitness level/journey in order to tailor my sessions accordingly. Also, I found the Maps assessment quite consistent with the problem areas I already knew I had. Overall, I had a very positive experience. This is the most limber I have been in a long time and I would certainly be returning.

Expérience fantastique: Effective stretch- ologists. Trained experts who really care about their job and their clients . I was in desperate need and just walked off the street and they managed to fit me in on the spot!! Great customer service. Highly recommend this place for the stretching service as well as their ability to provide insights and help around health and well being, beyond their studio offerings.

Expérience négative: They refused to refund. After two time payments and I did not attend. So I asked them to cancel my membership that am busy that I ll not be coming for now. They still went ahead to remove my money and I asked for refund nobody responded to me again. That is no good business with them for me .

Expérience négative: We are charged on the day of booking, which is not made clear on the call and we are asked to buy a $30 socks for the session. Cancelling the appointment on the very call will not get you a refund. Feels like a money hunger service. They even have a subscription! Beware

My Stretchologist, Adam, carefully walked me through everything I needed to know and do, answered all my questions, and was very attentive and professional.

Expérience fantastique: 3 years ago an independent stretch business opened up down the street from where I live; being curious, I gave them a try and I was not impressed whatsoever. A waste of time and money. Most recently, I started seeing ads for stretch lab through social media and again; I was curious so I booked an introductory offer for first time customers. Being skeptical, I wanted to get the try so I booked my first appointment with Hailey! Wow! The friendliness of all the staff was unbelievable. The manager Chris took interest in each and every client. I was thoroughly impressed. Several hours later, after my stretch with Hailey, my body felt aligned. I woke up the next morning and my body felt like it was realigned. Amazing location amazing people and such a great vibe. Thank you stretch team Rosedale!

From the start, the staff were energized and ready to assist with explaining the process and getting me all setup for my stretch session. Before starting the stretch, they had a cool device/program that monitored me doing a movement to assess various categories like mobility and imbalances, which was very interesting and helped guide where we'd focus, in addition to any specific areas they asked if I'd like them to focus on. The staff member that performed my stretches was clearly very knowledgeable and not only helped me with the stretches but also helped me to understand the purpose of each stretch, it was very informative. By the end of the stretch, I felt great and ready to tackle the rest of my day! I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Expérience négative: My stretcher (Shindara) was great and attentive to me. But I have a major issue with how they run their business. After my initial stretch was completed, the front desk girl came by to ask if there were any findings and then proceeded to try to sell me a 3 month commitment for once weekly stretches. This whole interation was so disingeniuine. I didn't want a 3 month commitment / or weekly stretching. So my next option was to buy a package of 3 stretches that expire in 30 days. Again, not ideal that these expire in 30 days. (Or to purchase a session as I go, and pay a ridiculous amount for it). The worst part about this whole interaction is that I was actually told by the girl "what's the point of coming here if you're not going to hold yourself accountable, that's the point of signing up for the 3 month commitment". Everyone's journey and circumstances are different. So even if I come once a month, that's my decision, and my journey. In her sales pitch she also didn't disclose to me that you are tied to this sole stretchlab location, if you sign up at rosedale. I only went there because they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, but it wouldn't have been the closest location to me. I had purchased the 3 session package, that expires in 30 days. But I requested a refund (within 10 days), because I found better services elsewhere with an athletic therapist. Ive been asked multiple times by the company to leave a review, so these are my thoughts. Overall low stars due to their website lacking transparency and the way that the receptionist is conducting her business. Inability to use other stretchlab locations. And overall high cost for people who do not want to make a 3 month commitment. I think they can do better.

It was a great experience having Stacey stretch me in ways I am unable to do as effectively myself. Since then: - Stretchlab has often switched out the person I signed up with and the quality has been lower - Stretchlab asked for 3 month commitment and promised me the same time but only booked 1 month of sessions. - Stretchlab never told me that the 1 month had lapsed so I arrived at my promised time with no one available - General Manager said they won't book in advance because they don't trust clients to pay - General Manager billed me UP FRONT for the remaining timeframe - Showed up to my next scheduled appointment after being texted to arrive and they had no booking for me They will ask you for commitments but will not keep theirs and will bill you all the way.

Expérience fantastique: I am a senior who is really enjoying my Stretch Lab Rosedale experience. I am not in the best shape physically and have some mobility issues. Some of the problems stem from my general lack of flexibility in my lower body. The flexologists at Stretch Lab are skilled at what they do and adapt the stretches to where I am. They have a strong understanding of how the anatomy works (or doesn't!). I have had particularly good experiences with Tina and Evan. I must say that I am having less pain when I walk and do feel better every time I go for a stretch. The manager Chris is also extremely helpful and the front desk staff are as well, helping me navigate the scheduling app or scheduling stretches for me. I highly recommend Stretch Lab Rosedale - it is not simply for athletes or younger people, older people looking for help to improve mobility can benefit from what this organization offers.
