Organized equipment, with multiple spaces for use and turf track for training. I highly recommend giving this gym a try for beginners or experienced individuals. The friendly staff will get you started with answers to any questions you have and multiple personal trainers available for someone wanting to get some direction. Men’s and women’s change/locker rooms with steam room and private showers available.

The layout is well-organized, with dedicated areas for powerlifting, Olympic weights, running, stretching, and yoga, as well as two general workout areas. What sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. It's always filled with positive, energetic people who respect the equipment and each other. The staff are incredibly professional and go out of their way to accommodate clients, providing the kind of customer service gym lovers truly appreciate. Despite driving almost an hour each day one way to get there, I have no regrets. Evolve Strength Seton is in a league of its own, and the big chain gyms just don't compare. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience. You can seriously up your game here if your looking for a comfort zone I can assure you this gym provides that feeling.

Expérience fantastique: Having recently transferred over from a larger facility in the Seton area, I couldn't be more thrilled with the decision. Evolve at Seton seems to attract those that take their fitness seriously. I am constantly impressed with their front desk. Management can teach staff to greet people, but the staff here are beyond welcoming and come across in a very genuine way, especially Keelan and Victor. As a member of the PGA of Canada, fitness matters to me and is relevant to my job. I have worked with many personal trainers in the past with varied results. I started working with Laurel Irwin and have never had a more positive experience. In our consultation, she really listened to what I wanted to achieve and took the time to ask why each outcome mattered. Her approach to training is void of ego and confidently motivating. The program is working very quickly and I am seeing results fast. Outside the gym, the quality of my ball striking has improved already with new found speed and strength, but even more compelling is that my new body image has improved my move through the ball, simply by elevating my confidence. Highly recommend both the facility and Laurel for anyone who is looking to transform.

A super solid guy, who greeted me when I walked in, and was genuinely concerned with helping me and making sure I got what I needed at Evolve. This place is just not for athletes, it’s for everyone, but the athletes who train there give the place great energy. Thanks Chris.

Expérience fantastique: Love this gym we came from the Y where we spent hours waiting for one leg press to be free cause 8 15 year old boys were taking picures of eachother on the equipment. We are not power lifters we are just regular mom and daughter working out and we never have an issue getting on what we need. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone is there to work out not have their starbucks on the leg extension while texting. As soon as we walked in we knew we had to cancel out Y membership!

Expérience fantastique: Great atmosphere and growing community here! I love how bright, and spacious the gym is. The high ceilings, open space and natural light is uplifting. All the equipment one would need to train whether it's body building, olympic lifting, cardio or fitness. Many lifting platforms, weight machines, and squat racks. Even has a large turf area and a rig/pull-up bars. Change rooms offer a steam room, and plenty of shower stalls and space. All the staff, personal trainers and members are very supportive and welcoming. I love how they hold lifting events to support the community and bring people together. There is plenty of convenient parking spots right out front. I also love the one stop shop offering a variety of different health practitioners such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy within the facility. Hard to find all the above at one place. You can see the passion and thought that was put into this gym.

Expérience négative: Just walked in after doing research online about this gym, could not find any personal training prices online. Walked in to get more info such a pricing, was greeted nice enough, however when I asked about pricing for personal training, I was given the “we can’t give you pricing at the front desk” due to each training being different. I said well online didn’t say anything so that’s why I came in? - anyways I got the feeling they didn’t care about signing me up even for a regular membership which I would have bought as well. I said to them, thanks I’m good. And walked out. If the staff at the front counter can’t even 1. Get a trainer to give me a price/options, or 2. Them just telling me to go online to email, what’s the point of me actually walking in there to speak with their front counter staff? I will go elsewhere to spend money on personal training.

Expérience positive: I've been a member since late 2022. Lots of free weights and machines. Rarely a wait for any of them. Good atmosphere to workout in. They also take feedback and act on it. Only downside I've experienced is the occasional weight lifting competition which makes it hard to find parking.

Expérience fantastique: Having had a full hip replacement 2 months ago I was in search of a stationary bike and a tread mill upon my surgeons advice. With Evolves one week free trial and $29 every two weeks after that, it has given me a form of rehab. I looked at the YMCA in seton and they were $19 per visit! Shame on YMCA. The staff was super nice from the front desk to the manager. Evolve you gave me what I needed to get back into shape and I thank you for that !

Even the charges are same as other gyms like anytime fitness or GoodLife Fitness. So it should provide services 24/7

Expérience fantastique: Amazing atmosphere at Evolve in Seton. Some excellent Olympic lifting and powerlifting coaches under the same roof! Very friendly personal trainers and staff at this location! There is a steady flow of new equipment and I love the size of the turf zone! Lots of high-quality equipment to work with! I was a little thrown off at first, but I've grown to love having only 1 set of mirrors on the entire gym floor! I thoroughly enjoy this this location!

Expérience fantastique: Next generation big box gym. For those who look for great energy while they work out this is your place.

Expérience négative: Never have towels washed, always ask before my 2 hour workout and also ask for one after and the response is “they are drying” what a joke. Laundry takes no more than an hour. Invest in some more towels with the 60$ I pay every month. Steam room is a germ death trap with mold growing.

Expérience négative: Joined as my coach moved down here and I continue to love working out with them and their team. But the gym itself is very lacking. There’s always tons of staff hanging out at the front doing nothing. The floor in the CrossFit box floor is flat out disgusting, there’s a huge and growing hole in the floor of the weightlifting area that extends under the CrossFit box and means workout areas are continually displaced, the water fountains took months for them to fix and now they’ve just removed them altogether, etc etc. If my coach wasn’t here, I wouldn’t bother with this location.

Expérience fantastique: We visited Calgary for a few weeks and LOVED EVOLVE. The guys at reception were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The gym is big and loads of gear. Even at peak times we didn’t have to wait for equipment. We will come back!

Expérience fantastique: Tried out the gym on the free trial while working in Calgary. Gym has a great atmosphere and lots of equipment. More squat racks than I could count and countless benches. Went late at night and found it wasn't too busy.

Expérience positive: Good Equipment variety for cardio, and lifting. Everything new, but boom box in the corner is brutally loud, plumbing not working, water bottles perpetually empty, and Aire Runner batteries already dead with blank displays….had a 10 pass, and didn't join.
