Expérience négative: A number of years ago I left a 5 Star review, but that has been deleted and in its place I will leave a less than exemplary review based on a poorly trained staff that has zero accountability and fails to take responsibility for their actions. This has led me to cancel two memberships, and even though they reached out to ask "if "there is anything they can do", that was just a token gesture as they could care less about customer service and client care. This is quite the shame as when I joined many years ago, it was a great gym with a great environment. Sadly, hiring staff that care little of facilitating client/customer needs and concerns is what led me to cancel, as it may very well lead to other cancellations in the near future.

Expérience négative: I came on a one Day Pass (not a member or guest) I found this gym to be unsanitary, unorganized and not well constructed. Overall felt below average but is just good for someone who wants to go, anytime. I was told it was 3 days pass than changed to one.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been coming to this gym now for 2 months and I am never leaving! This gym is exceptional and I am very impressed by their service. The bathrooms and gym and always clean which is very important to me especially after COVID. Whether I come in the morning or evening you will always see someone working to clean the gym. The staff are extremely friendly and hardworking. Shoutout to Alex who I always see cleaning! Their equipment is excellent - they are always bringing in new and advanced machines that have helped me gain muscle and burn fat. The owners Rob and Sonia are always warm and friendly and they are just delightful! The trainers are great too! I am beyond impressed with this gym and am so grateful I found it! The culture at this gym is beautiful and everyone is like family! If you haven’t already you should check it out!

Expérience négative: I usually go to the Maple location, but would occasionally stop in the Weston Rd location on the weekend and train with my daughter. The Weston Rd location is a larger space and offers a wide variety of equipment not found at other locations. This was my favorite location till recent renovations took place. The location still advertises a women only section. However this has been removed. The gym is no longer women friendly and no turf area for stretching. In addition, the former women's area is now filled with equipment that obstructs the entrance to the women's change room. You have to be careful when exiting the change room, as the door will hit the person loading plates on the machine just outside the door. The layout of the gym is not practical. Prior to renovations the space was perfectly layed out and organized. Location was amazing before renovations! Hopefully in the future they will add a women's section again and have an area available for stretching.

Expérience positive: 日本では見たことのない大きさのany time。 フリーウェイトエリアが2か所に分かれていて、その間を埋めるようにマシーンが設置されており、２階部分には有酸素マシーンが設置されている。 マシーンも日本ではあまり見ない、ブルガリアンスクワットや、バーが前後左右に動くラック、ケーブルマシーンも複数台あり、クライミングもできる？アスレチック的なものもあり、タイヤやサンドバッグなどもありかなり普段とは違う筋トレができるはず。 ただし、ウェイトプレートについては海外あるあるの、てんでバラバラになっており目的の重量を見つけるのが大変。ダンベルも重量順になっていないあたり、海外のジム感を味わうことができる。 また、近くに店舗はあるが歩くと５分くらいかかり、アクセスも主要駅からはかなり遠くバスか車ということになるかと思うが、行ける範囲内にいるのであれば是非、海外ジムを肌で感じてみてほしい。

Expérience négative: After the renovation, the atmosphere of the club was completely changed. Everything has changed for the worse and visiting the club is no longer enjoyable. The women's room has been removed. The equipment is arranged pointlessly and very inconveniently.

Expérience négative: I have been to a number of anytime locations and this one is the worst. The equipment is not in good shape, dumbells taped up, weighted balls broken open, weights are unorganized and all over the place. The mens change room is dark and smelly. There were 10 - 12 ppl there when i went and i was the only one who wiped down equipment after i used them (gross). A couple positives was the size of the gym (huge) and variety of equipment. The 2nd floor treadmills is cool! Did not enjoy my experience, cut my workout short due to cleanliness and mess, will not return to this location.

Expérience fantastique: The staff is amazing! The facility is always clean and has lots of machines available for a variety of different exercises!

Expérience négative: Worst location. I’ve been to many other Anytime Fitness locations and this may be the biggest but my least favourite experience. They are far more expensive and the staff are not accommodating at all. They charged my account during Covid when the gym was closed. They said they would refund and when I addressed it again, they did not. I cancelled my membership and charged for another months fee and maintenance fee; again, I was told I could cancel before my next payment was due and got charged $100. PLEASE read the terms and conditions before you sign up because they promise you things they can’t keep.

Expérience fantastique: Great amount of equipment, staff is always really polite and helpful. Everything is always super clean, and this location has THE BIGGEST selection of grips & attachments for cables out of any other location. Really good selection of equipment, far beyond any other location. Love coming here!

Everyone is extremely friendly and the gym is very welcoming. I highly recommend anybody who’s looking at starting their fitness journey or needs to change up the environment. Anytime Woodbridge is where I would be signing up.!!!

Expérience fantastique: I joined Anytime after training at a private studio style gym. For a fraction of the price, I have access to exactly the same equipment, and more. The hours are perfect and there are trainers available if I need to adjust my plan. They have introduced small group personal training sessions for 8 people max, and I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like. I think it will be great to feed off one another's energy, and have the trainer plan the workout. Anytime is clean, feels safe, the staff are friendly, and so are the other patrons. I train early and the other members are focused on their workouts. I have not seen any groups of people loitering or mingling or taking selfies, or wasting time on equipment. There is a part of the gym dedicated to free weights, one for cardio equipment, a space for walking lunges, sled, box jumps or mat work, a separate space for classes, and a small ladies only training space w 2 cages, bars, plates, free weights, steps, benches and mats. There is an app that gives you workout plans if you aren't sure exactly what to train and you chose your level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. There are tvs to look at in front of the treadmills and lots of water fountains. I couldn't ask for more. I love it.

Expérience négative: I was able to book a tour online for 10pm not realizing that is outside this locations staffed hours. Once I got there I could not get in. I called in the next day inquiring about my 7 day free trial that was auto generated to my email + why I was able to book a tour outside of staffed hours. I was told each locations owners can have their own rules… then Anytime Corp should fix their sites because it promotes false advertisement. I called again this week and asked if I can I book a tour & try the gym (over the phone) since the website is clearly inaccurate - to his reply yes but we don’t do free one day either it’s $20 per day. For actual gym goers, we need to ensure our space and equipment works for us and not even having access to one day + all the other auto generated emails is just bs. Privately owned gyms (regardless of anytime as a franchise) are always quick to sign members up and get them locked in a plan with them. I give this place a 1 star.

Expérience négative: Good gym but terrible for women wanting to use the women’s only section. Every day i come here and every day there are multiple pieces of equipment missing. I’ve seen women AND men come in here to take equipment and then not return it after. I thought men were strictly not allowed in here. Please do something about the consistent missing equipment in the women’s only section.

Expérience négative: Was on the website and saw the 14 day trial. Completed the form and never heard back. Called the location and was told they don't offer the trial at "this location" and was told it's $20 for a 1 day pass. So much for honouring your website

Expérience négative: Was given a 7 day pass from my spouse. In the email, it distinctly mentions THIS location to come in and try out the gym. I'm new to the area so I want to try before I commit. Was told " we don't do 7 day passes only memberships " Don't offer something you don't provide. Poor experience before even stepping foot.

Expérience négative: I am not a member here but I tried to sign up for a membership and it was the most confusing, awkward experience ever. I currently live further from Vaughn and tried to enquire about the membership prices to see if it was within my prince range. The girl on the phone told me she couldn't tell me the price. That it was a secret. She said I had to come see the gym to unlock the price. I told her that I live far, and I can't travel the distance just to find out the price. She giggled and left the phone for about 1 minute, then came back and said she cannot tell me over the phone. Im not sure who runs this gym but their "marketing tactics" (which seem strange and childish) are definitely not welcoming. 1 star for lack of professionalism and poor communication.

Expérience négative: If you’re looking for a gym to join... KEEP LOOKING! I’ve been gym shopping and this gym/company is not on my list of consideration. Their membership pricing is a secret. They don’t discuss over the phone in the year of 2021. Who really cares for a tour before pricing? Every other gym provides information over the phone or website. Reasons NOT TO JOIN: - they only offer a 1 year contract. You have to buy out the rest of your term if you want to cancel. .... if you want to cancel after 1 month you have to pay the remaining of the year. TOTAL RIP OFF as we are in a pandemic. - if the region closes again and reopens... everyone’s memberships are reactivated unless you tell them not to unfreeze - read the reviews below and look at how the owner responds to reviews to get an idea of how you will be treated as a member. Reviews don’t lie unless the company is getting friends and family to create 5star reviews Reasons to join: - it’s 24 hours - if you have money to blow Keep shopping around. There are gyms that offer no contracts and better service. To the owner: I’m not interested in your reply. If you allowed your employees to provide pricing over the phone and had an option for a no commitment membership... you would’ve gained 5 new members today.

Expérience positive: Gym has largest assortment of equipment I’ve seen at any of the Anytime Fitness locations. It is also the size of a full size gym which is unique to the location. Highlights would be multiple machines, turf zone, woman’s only area, change rooms with lockers and jungle gym style area. One call out though is many units are older and need maintenance.

Expérience négative: Two stars because they answered the phone. When I called and inquired about membership rates, I was told the rates are only disclosed when you come in and book a tour. Sounds to me like rates differ depending on who you are? I then asked to leave a voicemail or email the owner, it turns out the owner doesn't have an private email address. This gym forgot it's in the customer service business. What's the deal Rob?

Expérience fantastique: Been to 3 other anytime fitness locations closer to home but now I drive all the way from toronto to workout here in Woodbridge because Rob runs a really good gym and business. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The gym is probably the biggest anytime fitness in the gta.

Expérience négative: The owner of this gym has been terrible with handling the Covid-19 situation. After being closed for months, I wanted to cancel my 1 year membership and was told that I would have to pay in full for my membership to be cancelled, $400+ for a service I will no longer be using. After telling him I would not come in person to discuss the matter he said he would not help me over the phone and sent me to collections. I am now being forced to pay for a service I do not want. This is absolutely disgusting and I hope the owner is ashamed of taking money from people who do not have money.

Expérience négative: Came across some horrible information about this club. They took advantage of some colleagues of mine that were going through undue financial hardship during COVID. They did not allow them to cancel and did not take the steps that other gyms did (suchas payment deferral). Instead this gym continued to charge, they didn’t honour a request for their member to cancel. If you read this post, don’t go here....unless you like wasting money of course.

Expérience négative: Happy smiles and happy faces until you try to break the contract. They rip you off, even during the pandemic. I consider the contracts Pre-COVID19 signed are not valid anymore, and no charge, nor additional fees should be charged if people DO NOT want to go back. We got charged one month late fees, Service fees and other additional fees on top which could not be explained. People should be given the option to choose if they want to get back or not. This is a pandemic year. We had to freeze my account , and they still charge me $20 per month as a fee for frozen account when I do not have a job. But they do not care...

Expérience fantastique: Customer Service here is top notch. The owners put alot of effort to make your experience the best that it can be. Best gym in vaughan easily. Gym is spacious and clean. Equipment wise it has everything you need. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere. This is now my second year renewing and i couldn't be happier.

A spacious studio, excellent personal training area, friendly staff, and great/personable owners. The culture and customer service at this gym is phenomenal. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness Woodbridge to anyone in the Vaughan area!

I have to say that the personal trainer Cristina is one of the best trainers I ever had, she is knowledgeable,caring,patience, super friendly and absolutely knows what she is doing. Expérience négative: I have been going to this particular gym occasionally. Each time I go, there is a machine that is not in working order which is frustrating. Instead of having an out of order sign posted on the leg extension machine there was a yoga mat covering the area that was supposed to have a cushioned fabric covering it. About 6 weeks ago I went to the owner and brought a concern I had to his attention. On the steps to access the upstairs machines the rubber material that is there is falling apart and ripped. It has not been dealt with even though I was told it was already going to be looked after. Just disappointing. The main gym I use is in much better shape, cleaner and kept safe for it's users.

Expérience négative: This used to be a great gym... Before the pandemic. However, since Covid-19, there has been a staff/management change. I found the new staff unprofessional & rude. Also, most days of the week there are no paper towels present in the gym or the bathrooms. How do you expect people to keep the gym clean when you can’t provide basic & federally mandated equipment??? Complete health hazard. Furthermore, the one and only water fountain in the gym has been broken for 6 weeks and counting. I’ve provided some photos below of the lack of covid-19 regulations being followed, and broken equipment. Do not recommend this gym. If you value your health & comfort, please don’t give them your money. Try a different location if anything.

Expérience fantastique: I adore this gym I was working out at the gym in the morning I ended up leaving my gym shoes there one morning I went to work. Doesn't seem like a big deal but they are about 350$ gym shoes. The next day when I realized they were missing I started retracing my steps safe to say this gym despite how big it is has the most honest members when I went back into the gym the next day the owner Rob had set my shoes aside because someone returned them to him. Pretty much the only gym I feel comfortable leaving my valuables items in the change room.

Expérience positive: Staff is very friendly and helpful, Anytime Fitness is a great gym franchise and have a vast array of equipment for all your fitness needs. In woodbridge location there is a big problem with ventilation, the air quality is very poor, this is the Main concern. Also People who are claustrophobic would not enjoy the general layout due to very close walls and tight spaces. Gym is moderately small and it seems as if you are entering someones house and not a gym.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful gym in this price range. Supreme variety of equipment for all kinds of training. All the equipment in good working condition. I haven't seen a single machine being our of order in months, and even then, it was for maintenance purposes. In general, the place is very clean. It feels very open and bright due to the super high ceiling and multitude of windows. The owners and the rest of the staff are kind, polite and very helpful people. Definitely one of the best gym's I've ever worked out at.

The club is very clean, many new pieces of equipment and a huge expansion of the functional training area. Sincerely, there is something for everyone here and so many alternative pieces of equipment if one is in use. The staff and owners are super friendly and feels like a family type of environment. This isn't even the closest location to me and still the only one I go to!

The staff is great and welcoming, installations are massive and have every single piece of equipment you might ever need (they even have chains for weighted pull-ups,dips, squats...) and washrooms are pretty good! 5 stars

And let me tell you, this anytime fitness is Great! The staff here are joyful, kind, and very knowledgeable. The equipment and training facilities are fully loaded. It’s been 5 years since I’ve joined and it’s changed my life and if you’re reading this hopefully it’ll change yours too.

This location also has great WiFi connection compared to other locations I've been to which makes it convenient to stream music.

Expérience négative: Free "trial" pass offered for 7 day by the franchise it is not honored, it isn't free at all. They will kindly ask for a 25 dollar deposit which you will lose if you do not sign up with them. Sorry folks, going to shop somwhere else. They even told me that "they cannot give it out to just anyone"... i feel "anytime" "anyone" now... I guess that's how the "no obligation" works. Quote from the email I received: "Thank you for signing up for a free, no obligation, 7-day trial at Anytime Fitness. " maybe they should CC them as well on these.
