I look forward to each class. I started out with their 2 week 10 class pack and have now decided to purchase a year membership because I love it so much! Good for all fitness levels as well. Highly recommend F45 and especially this location ☺️

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member at F45 Ajax for a year. I was skeptical and nervous to sign up at first, as the workouts seemed intense and I wasn’t at that level. However, if your used to low to moderate workouts, and are itching for a change and wanting to see progress, then F45 is where you need to be. The coaches are encouraging and motivating. They show you how to do the exercises in a demo before the class starts, and go around and help everyone during the workout to ensure they’re doing it properly. The coaches, owner, and if you’re lucky to make friends, all keep you accountable. Once you start, you really cannot stop. F45 Ajax is a healthy addictive place where you can push yourself, meet your fitness goals, enhance performance and endurance, increase mood and energy, and so much more, all in 45 minutes. F45 Ajax has such a warm and welcoming community environment. People there are nice and friendly. Working out with other members is fun and pushes you to complete the workout together as a team. I am never going back to a regular public gym again. F45 is where it’s at! big up Dwayne the owner and all the coaches.

Expérience négative: Please train your staff! They are clearly lacking some common sense and customer service skills. Last night I got a call around 8 PM while having a dinner with my family! Beside that the agent was extremely unapologetic for bothering me late in the evening, seemed he was also frustrated that I submitted a request and never followed up. When I kindly asked him to remove my phone number form their list, I heard a sight and he rudely hanged the phone on me. I am sure if your calls recorded you can hear clearly his agitation and the fact that he didn't even bothered to end the call properly! I will never consider signing up with this type of ridiculous company! This is just a bizarre!

The facility is maintained well BUT the people are what make the difference!!!! The coaches really do go above and beyond to make sure you know what you are doing g and can get the most out of your workout. They answer questions and make modifications and call you out by name (even if you try to hide ) which makes all the difference in keeping the momentum going. The exercises are challenging but fun and instructors are right there with you to help guide you and help make modifications to your exercises if you can't do them at first. As a person returning to the gym after 10 years it's tough but F45 in my opinion is the place to go if you want to be pushed, but also guided.

I went from not working out for 2 years to working out everyday and my progress shows in my measurements and more importantly how I feel and what I’m capable of. It took some time for my body to adjust to the workout, but it was worth it! The F45 Ajax Central team and the community found within are not comparable to any other gym I’ve been to. I don’t have any plans on stopping F45 anytime soon.

Expérience fantastique: About a year ago, I decided to give fitness another go. I’ve tried multiple gyms and plans, but none of them has ever really worked for me. I saw an ad about F45 and decided to give it a go with the one week trial. Three days in and I knew this was the place for me. Since then, I’ve not only become consistent, but the studio has become one of my happy places. The coaches are all great at the job and really friendly and encouraging. The people and community are also really cool. The timing works well for my busy schedule and the variation of work outs allows me just choose the days to come in without having to think too much about specific workouts. I will highly recommend for anyone looking to work on their fitness goals. I also really like that they meet you where you are on your fitness journey and guide you to get 1% better with each 45 minute workout

The coaches are amazing, the workout is fun but tough (good tough) at the same time, and the energy and atmosphere is always so positive. I love the music and how the workout changes everyday. I am 10 classes in and have enjoyed every one of them. The coaches/staff are all super fun, nice, and supportive. They push you to work hard (in a good way!) and are very motivating. Everyone you may meet at the classes are all nice and supportive as well. The facility is always clean & not one piece of equipment looks torn or overused. I have always struggled in being consistent with exercise, but being at F45 holds me accountable - you go, you sweat, and next thing you know you got a great workout in for the day. I noticed a difference physically and mentally after just a week and a half in. Expérience fantastique: I recently moved to Pickering and was looking for a group fitness program that is fun and intense. I found F45 online and decided to try the 7 day trial and absolutely loved it. It offers multiple types of workout routines and different time schedules. They also do themed events for special days such as Valentine’s Day where we were allowed to bring a plus one for free. They have a strict class cancellation policy which can be a bit challenging sometimes due to reasons out of your control but it’s also what keeps me accountable when I don’t feel like going which ends up making me feel better.

Expérience positive: This place is great, An intense workout in a short amount of time. The instructors are amazing and are willing to help. But sometimes they overlook you as well. Definitely worth trying, though it isn’t cheap or pocket friendly. They say Every good thing comes with a price tag, so just be mindful for that

I started F45 Ajax in April on a trail basis and it was great. The coaches are patient and are present to motivate. The facility is clean with up to date equipment to aid in work outs and the community of people you meet during workouts makes it easy on days when your tired to get in the trenches. I’ve been to many gyms, yet I’ve been the most motivated, encouraged and held accountable at f45. I’ve also worked out the hardest here, and the coaches and members should get a lot of the credit for that. Sometimes you’re doing a workout that makes you move in ways you probably haven’t moved like since you were a kid haha. All this to say, give it a try, and come more than once before deciding if this is for you. I almost didn’t come back after my first session, and well now it’s been 6 months! You can do it!

The class is full of variety and because of this, your body always doing something new. It’s a whole body workout that combines resistance training, HIIt, cardio and fun all in one. The music is DJ mixed and perfect for these workouts. The staff is extremely welcoming and just a place you can be yourself, no make up on, and get fit at the same time. I have worked out most of my life, but this technique is next level!! I’ve already started feeling results and didn’t know my body was capable of sustaining these classes. Even with chronic health problems, I am able to keep up with this fitness routine and modify as needed. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!

I have tried different fitness regimes (kickboxing, personal training, different gyms) but I can say that nothing has come close to the feeling of accomplishment that comes from joining F45 Ajax central. From the outside looking in F45 was extremely intimidating, but I now realize that everyone is there to push themselves to the limit and there is truly no one who doesn't belong. I was introduced by Amanda- She’s the heart and soul of this place and her positive vibe trickles down to every coach and participant. The workouts are tough but enjoyable, the music is amazing and the coaches have helped push me and better my form. You’ll have so much fun, you just need to try, trust me!” That’s what my best friend told me when I said I needed to work on my physical fitness. I always hated going to the gym. Never motivated to stick to a workout routine and always afraid I was going to look silly doing exercises on machines I wasn’t confident in using. I started at F45 Ajax in September 2021 and from Day 1 I was blown away at the support, positivity, and motivation I received from the coaches. The workout was tiring but they managed to make it so much fun with their high energy, music, and motivation. If I could only do the modification of the exercise, they cheered me on anyways like I was a champ! And the next time, they pushed me within my limits until I could get through the full timeframe with no modifications all while cheering me on. They truly are your biggest fans and motivators. The other members are so supportive and positive as well. I truly miss going to the studio during rest days, not just for the workouts but for the social aspect of the members. I did not think a gym could feel like a community but thanks F45 Ajax for proving me so wrong!

I have never enjoyed going to the gym and felt too shy watching everyone workout so well while I struggled. I get bored with the same exercises very quickly without any guidance. In F45 Ajax central, I felt well guided, encouraged, and motivated with daily new workouts. I was elated after my classes since each class was challenging and productive. Expérience fantastique: I’ve been with F45 Ajax central for about a year and a half and still absolutely loving it. I could never commit to a gym because of anxiety but this gym does the opposite. I feel so comfortable and never fear judgement. The coaches and other members are so encouraging and they make it known they believe in you. Although there is a location closer to me, I wouldn’t trade this F45 location and team for any other!
