Expérience fantastique: New design and equipment. Great for kids
Expérience fantastique: Bueatiful park
Expérience fantastique: My kids, they really like this park
Expérience négative: 1 star because displaying the rainbow you are not welcoming christians. They clearly state you can only support them if you don’t welcome christians. Also having gender fluid washrooms creates risk for children
Expérience positive: This place is surprisingly good, not a lot people, and the equipment is awesome.
Expérience fantastique: A playground for children, summer activities available as well.
Expérience fantastique: Good place for playing pickle ball
Expérience fantastique: Best by far. The only thing is they really drill you if you say you are a support worker when going to the gym with clients. Not very much trust there. Could use a non-profit discount.
Expérience fantastique: Plenty of parking, and good facilities
Expérience fantastique: Small and homey
Expérience fantastique: First visit today. So Clean and good sauna room nice and
Expérience fantastique: I’m gonna be happy
Expérience fantastique: Best pre school and best Zumba kids
Expérience fantastique: I love this community centre! There are lots of activities hosted by the centre especially for my younger children. I've hosted previous birthday parties here and the staff was very helpful and informative each time. The new playground behind the back along with the playing field are also great features for the centre.
Expérience fantastique: Got m is nice and clean

Expérience fantastique: Clean and well lit with friendly and helpful staff.
Expérience fantastique: Nice community park here
Expérience positive: Smallish parking area but one of the best play ground for kids. Trampoline. Sand pit with water. Mister. Tall structure with slides. Newborn swings. There's a huge field and other playgrounds in the area.
Expérience positive: We've been a few times for kids' birthday parties, including our own. Downstairs is the play area, with a bouncing castle, slides, balls and some manual kids cars. It's a fairly large area and even though there is an "enthusiastic party leader" (their own words), don't expect them to entertain the kids, pull them together and do games or even be enthusiastic. The ones we had were none of that. But if you don't need that and just want the kids to run around, enjoy and play with some good quality toys (none of them were broken), it's a great place to be. Price is good (for more than 12 kids you need an extra party leader, equally enthusiastic as the other one). Upstairs you'll have to decorate yourself and take it down again, but that's exactly as communicated. (Tip: give the balloons to the kids, and decorate just one side for the pictures. The place is too big to fully decorate and no one really cares. That helps reducing cleaning time.) Two hours is not an awful lot of time, which is why you have an extra 30 minutes in advance to enter the room and start preparing. And you can take other tables and chairs if you need those - just don't forget to put them back at the end. After all, that's also why the price is low, because you do it yourself. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They do have carts available, it makes it much easier to transport the food, drinks, decorations and gifts from and to the car and they have an elevator as well. Take in mind: the fridge was full when we got there, and the (fairly large) cake had to go somewhere. We managed to shuffle the food around, still it took time and we shouldn't have to deal with other people's food. Just be aware this may happen.
Expérience fantastique: Great little gym. Needs another squat rack badly. Always a wait for the 1 squat rack
Expérience fantastique: Spacious volleyball court
Expérience fantastique: Was there for a birthday and the staff was amazing, we had use of the gym with bouncy castle, and an upstairs reception area.
Expérience positive: Parking was tight but overall not bad
Expérience fantastique: Shared with my friends
Expérience fantastique: Super well managed.

Expérience fantastique: Cool drumming class here on a Monday evening. And also board games night on a Wednesday. I noticed you can play ping pong. Nice little Community Centre. The people that work here are very nice.
Expérience fantastique: Lots of good walking trails in wooden areas.
Expérience fantastique: Great yoga classes!
Expérience fantastique: Opps! I reviewed the community center but in the park reviews! Great gym and machines. Not overly busy either!
Expérience négative: Medical tyrants supporting the discriminatory Vax pass. My son was so upset and cried his heart out for being denied entrance into the kids play gym. So much for medical diversity and inclusion. Hypocrisy
Expérience positive: Beautiful building. Fitness center keeps playing loud radio with commercials, when all the other Parks Board ones don't.
Expérience négative: This is the worst run gym in Vancouver. They have kept the change room closed for 2 years because apparently they can’t keep it clean
Expérience positive: Nice
Expérience positive: Parents of young ones go into the kids classes (no one checking vaccine proof) and parents not wearing masks (openly eating in hallways). No one seems to care.
Expérience positive: Friendly staff...plenty of choices despite the small facility
Expérience fantastique: Nice
Expérience fantastique: This is home for me. Love it here! glad classes are being held here again! just need fans for the gymnasium

Expérience positive: Lugar ideal para los más pequeños de casa.

Expérience positive: Opens early on weekdays so you can get jacked muscles. The gym is small but it's often sparse of people, and the reception is pleasant
Expérience positive: I like the wooden features of the place
Expérience fantastique: Love that it has a sauna, lots of natural light and places to workout privately. Staff is eager to help. Beautiful building.

Expérience positive: Has just about everything! Generally quiet, gets busy after 6
Expérience fantastique: Small gym but they recently upgraded all the equipment, which is a huge plus. Usually doesn't get too busy. The overall vibe is very welcoming and home-y, which is great for those who are looking for a non-intimidating gym. Also seeing elderly people at the gym is a great motivator. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a great community center overall!
Expérience positive: Nice gym undergoing modernization renovations.
Expérience positive: Good place to exercise
Expérience négative: Not a great place needs complete tear down
Expérience négative: Nope
Expérience positive: Nearby and has everything for a thorough workout☺
Expérience fantastique: Coyotes, raccoons, ducks, birds and other assorted wildlife . A nice little forests abd lots of families and people walking their dogs. There is a great duck pond too.
Expérience fantastique: Great sauna
Expérience fantastique: A good cultural and social center with fitness and exercise gymnasiums for all ages
Expérience positive: Small Vancouver public community centre. Gym, small fitness centre, dance studio and preschool. Free small parking lot.
Expérience fantastique: Nice and cozy, and it's nice because you don't have to pay to play the games and sports they have.
Expérience fantastique: Cool place to host a kid birthday party.
Expérience positive: Good neighborhood community centre
Expérience positive: Located just west of Macquinna Dr in the Champlain area of South Vancouver. NOTE limited parking in a smaller parking lot. Popular with local residents and seniors and young families. The help desk is friendly and helpful. There are several meeting rooms and a gym. A nice place to meet old friends who live and work in the area.
Expérience positive: Nice and quiet place
Expérience positive: Great community centre
Expérience positive: Good place, the only missing part is the pool.
Expérience positive: Clean , friendly staff
Expérience positive: Only was in the gymnasium, but it was pretty fun
Expérience positive: Cozy little community center where the staff are welcoming and almost know everyone. Some unique programs too.
Expérience positive: Cozy community centre
Expérience fantastique: I use the gym here, it's a decent size with decent equipment. The gym is fairly new which is great and it has a great view of the outside.
Expérience positive: It's dated, but it gets the job done for a decent workout. Completely sporadic for when it's busy.
Expérience positive: My only complaint is that we've registered our kids in programs there a few times and then the programs were canceled due to lack of enrollment. I think they need to optimize their programming a bit better, perhaps offering fewer programs and at better times of the day, so there would be less likelihood of programs being canceled. As soon as programs are canceled, parents will not book there again for fear of it happening again, and instructions will stop offering classes there as well. Otherwise it's a great community centre, great facilities, nice fitness center, nice staff. The roof in the gymnasium is a bit too low for badminton but ok... I need to keep my shots down anyways.
Expérience fantastique: Love this place. Very clean.
Expérience positive: It was close the day we were there but the parks around the community centre was ok.
Expérience fantastique: Such a nice little community centre.
Expérience fantastique: The community center has almost everything someone would need to exercise. There is Badminton, racquetball, pingpong, pool table, a full gym with machines. They also have multiple different classes that one could attend. I prefer the shotokan karate class.
Expérience positive: I've played ⚾ here for the past few summers. Great fields in the back area
Expérience positive: Very friendly staff. It is more comfortable than large Centres. There is a new mandate to determine what the community want from community gardens. Champlain Heights is Vancouver’s first purpose built Green Community and this community centre played a big roll. I encourage people to learn about the history of this neighbourhood. This is Vancouver’s greenest areas by size. It is a little known gem in town. The local community association is looking for volunteers to guide the Centre and Everett Crowley Park.
