Expérience négative: Trainer used abusive language with client , no maintenance of equipments , poor management , unhinge gym , trainers didn't wish you and didn't provide walk in and no one explained or tell how to perform basic exercise even from very first day . Without asking they will add you in yearly plan even you tell them i will only come for month . Poor staff untrained staff worst gym ever . Doesn't have basic machines forearm machine , decline bench , safe lockers.

Expérience négative: Back2fitness or should i say back2scammers So i got a membership with this gym on 19 Nov 2023 @ $279 where the manager at that time sold me saying that you pay 279 fee together for first 6 month which is $45.5 per month and next 6 month you don’t had to pay and this promotion is this month only or you can pay $27 monthly for full year(approximate i know) I went with cheaper option and paid all together and went for a month or two max to the gym and then wasn’t able to because i had a baby I referred two of my friends to this gym as i liked there Last month in June i got a call from cloverdale branch saying that my membership is expired and would you like to renew. I was in complete shock and told that i paid for full year and the person told me he will get back to me shortly after checking with manager 1 week passed and no response so i called again to check update and same story i told whole story to another sales rep and same story the gym rep told me that he will get back to me .again 1 week passed and no response so i called again and asked them that i need to talk to manager.he said he will call back in 5 minutes and two days went no call back. i called again and finally was able to talk to manager and told him the whole story and he said that the management has changed but he will get back to me with possible updates within 24 hrs Two days went and no repose so i left him the email and got response from other manager saying that nothing can be done as they have no record Which i understand but as a sales guy and manager first they should understand that no memberships shoots up or down in 6 months by $13 as their current membership is $32 per month and i got it for $45 which is $13 difference I had to mention two things for Back2fitness as growing gym in lower mainland, hire staff who is trustworthy and don’t scam customers by selling them fake promotions and if a mistake like this happen at-least have courtesy to acknowledge the customer’s saying

Expérience négative: Very pushy to give personal training, total waste of time. 2 of my female friends took membership literally they went for 2days ,eventually they have to cancel the membership , Club asked for the reason to cancel the membership the only reason to cancel the membership is not respecting the personal space of the club members and getting to pushy and making them uncomfortable. Just a suggestion let people workout peacefully if someone is interested in personal training they will reach out to you by themselves don’t run and force them

I have been receiving personal training from Honey Dabla, one of the fitness trainers. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He trains you beyond the physical aspect and makes it a point to explain the anatomy and meaning behind every topic, which helps one adapt a positive attitude towards their fitness journey. My experience has been positive and I have also been noticing good results. Excited for the journey ahead!

Honey Dabla was my personal trainer. I've had a few sessions with him and can say that I feel a lot more confident with myself and about which exercises to do.
