Expérience positive: Nice, clean showers and services. But lost a star due to lack of parking spaces. Ended up parking my rig in the only car stall and couldn't open my door to get out. I'm sure I annoyed someone parking like I did. But what can you do? Parking lot was full!

Expérience fantastique: Oct 3rd 2024, I've been an anytime Fitness Member at Jill Kennedy's Pit Meadows location for 6 months now. Recently I've moved, which has made Jill's Mission Anytime Fitness closer. I just have to say, Jill Kennedy is a great club owner! Not only are both locations ALWAYS clean, Jill brings a special something in her interactions with her customer's Today when I came in to hit the weighs again (first time in 10 days) Jill sensed I wasn't my usual happy-go-lucky self, due to a completely absurd dismissal from my employment. Jill lent a friendly hearing ear, and some awesome positive vibes, which led me to push through a hard 40 min Chest Day, And feelin GREAT NOW! Just wanna give a shout out to Jill Kennedy for making my experience at both of her AF locations Top Notch!!!

Expérience négative: If I could give this place zero stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend the Mission Anytime Fitness. I started a membership on June 10, 2024 and was advised I could cancel within the first 10 days and be refunded any amount paid. I went in within my 10 day window on June 18, 2024 and spoke with Aleisha Mervin (Manager) and she said she would cancel my account and refund any fees I had paid. She told me it would take about 3 weeks for the refund to show up on my card. A month went by and I never saw a refund so I called to follow up. Aleisha had not actually cancelled my account (how ridiculous). She finally cancelled my account sometime in the middle of July and said she had requested a refund. Another three weeks went by and still no refund. I called again at the end of August to ask about the status and was told they would request the refund again. Now it’s been another three weeks and still no refund. I’ll have to reach out again tomorrow. This will be the third time I am having to reach out and their staff has not done one follow up with me. I had to ask THEM to email me copies of my cancellation and follow up emails as proof that something was being done with my membership. If you’ve ever debated getting a membership and are unsure I highly recommend not getting a membership here. Save yourself the time and hassle this gym will put you through if you decide it’s not the right fit.

Expérience positive: Great gym. It is a little on the small side so if youre used to lots of open space, it could take an adjustment. The staff are riendly and knowledgeable. Sebastian in a beauty of a trainer. If you need that go get it attitude he's your guy. I would definetly recommend him.

Expérience fantastique: The staff and personal trainers at ATF are a really nice group of people who offer their support and encouragement no matter where you may be in your fitness journey. The members are all shapes and sizes and there's no douchbaggery or attitudes that you might find at other gyms.

Expérience fantastique: I've had a really good experience with Anytime, I joined about a year and a half ago and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I did have a couple issues with billing at first, but they were quick to fix it and offer compensation for the mix up. The faciliies are clean and taken care of and it's so convenient to be able to drop in whenever. I've even gotten some tips and tricks from the trainers or front desk staff when I needed it.

Expérience négative: First off this location has good staff and fantastic regulars. I write this review with love and deference for the people that make this gym worth attending. Unfortunately, after having gone here for many years I have grown increasingly underwhelmed and disenfranchised by the lacklustre display of ownership and management, especially in regard to the usage of the annual ‘Club Enhancement Fees’. With minimal improvements to the facility, near negligible introductions of new and requested equipment, and the continued deterioration of existing equipment (crooked benches, ripped upholstery, damaged weights, etc) over a substantial time period I can only assume the money provided by patrons is either being pocketed to the financial gain of the franchise owner or being used outside the scope of ‘club enhancement’ (ie. building maintenance, superficial appearance, etc). There have been mentions of ‘renovations’, but a complete overhaul of the facility on a dubious timeline is a poor excuse for allowing this to become one of the worst and most outdated Anytime Fitness’ in the region if not province. I’ll continue to attend this Anytime as it is close to home and the benefit of a membership extends to the usage of other clubs, but an honest review would not and could not be given without addressing the blatant disrespect shown to those that give their hard earned money in hopes of a rewarding experience at a business they spend upwards of 10+ hours a week socializing and bettering themselves.

Expérience fantastique: Switching from club 16 and going to this gym location for a year now, I have to say the staff are friendly and care about the cleanliness of this gym and that I’m able to use the equipment without having to wait. The only thing that would deter people from coming here is the fees as it is on the pricey side but if you have the budget and are willing to spend, this gym is well worth it.

I use to go to fitness world in Abby and hated how the trainers would push PT on you. Like no I don’t need PT, I’m good lol. Very pleased with this location as mission doesn’t have much in this regard. Thank you !

Expérience négative: Great members/staff and atmosphere. However, ownership is letting this club fall apart. After 3-4 years of additional "enhancement fees" the only new things have been bought are an assault bike and new cable attachments. They bought an Evolt machine but it was only here for a month before it was moved to another club for close to a year. Now that it's back they are talking about charging for usage and only trainers can use it even though it was an "enhancement fee purchase". Where's our money going? Highstreet and Sardis anytimes are so much better equipped with new machines and more equipment. This gym is out dated to what gyms were 10 years ago. Certain machines like the leg extention and peck deck are bent/uneven too. Its a shame since the members are amazing here with a family feeling which is the only reason lots of people are staying.

Expérience négative: I’ve been coming to this club for 4 years now, the amount of club enhancing fees I’ve paid for it to go absolutely no where has become beyond ridiculous. We have a lot of amazing members at this location who love coming everyday and working out hard and socializing with each other. Yet all these years of asking for some sort of upgrade in machines and we are constantly being told that it’s happening soon. And yet nothing… but a new camera system and a new key fob system were bought with our hard earned money that should be used to actually benefit the people coming here everyday. Take a look at any other anytime fitness and they have an abundance of excellent machines and constant upgrades. In the last two years we’ve seen a few new handles added and an assault bike. Where is the rest of this money being funnelled to? Oh that would be a body reading machine that is only allowed to be used by trainers and their clients… yet this was bought using our club enhancement money.. to keep this as short as possible! This club needs to start showing the appreciation the members deserve and stop putting us on the back burner for another 4 years.

Expérience fantastique: Anytime Fitness Mission will always have my heart! As an AT member, I have utilized my membership at other locations, and nothing compares! This environment always has a very friendly, positive vibe, it’s always very clean and the staff are thorough, present and involved with their members. I am so grateful that this location is my home gym! If you are looking to switch clubs, this is a great place to start!

I took the free week trial and gave it my all, and it’s something that when I’m financially able I cannot wait to come back to, and absolutely will be doing so. The staff is not only friendly, but they go above and beyond making someone feel comfortable and welcomed in the gym, no matter your personality or starting point. As someone who’s quieter and shyer, I feel more comfortable at this gym than I would anywhere else, the trial alone helped me to realize that, and now that I’ve given it a shot I have something to work toward. If you’re thinking about joining Anytime Fitness, and have the means… do it. Without hesitation, do it.

Expérience positive: Very high tech. Shut down everything because my heart rate got too high. I go to 140 but the machine would only aloe 102. The people that work there fixed it . Now I don't tell the machine my age, 75.

Expérience négative: I got membership when this place first opened up and immediately canceled due to how small the facility was, I felt too confined there. After moving away from Mission for 12 years I then came back, I thought maybe I’d try it again hoping they might of expanded, but it’s still just the same old overpriced sardine can.

I was super impressed with the atmosphere and I felt comfortable almost immediately. It's very clean, has a great selection of equipment and all the staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, Jacob has been super professional and helpful creating a routine that suits my goals.

Every person there wishes for you to reach your goals whichever they might be. One year into my Anytime Fitness experience I started training with Jacob Johanson. He is such a amazing and caring trainer. He has had such an immense impact on my workout experience. In the beginning i had issues with my body mentally and physically on how to perform exercises for someone of my tall stature. Jacob's rich experience and knowledge of the human body has been able to determine what works for me and what doesn't. If anyone is looking for a trainer, I would highly recommend talking to Jacob.

I have really appreciated all the Covid updates they have given and the efforts to ensure that rules are being followed. They have free weights, 2 squat racks, smith machine, and plenty of machines and cardio equipment. They also have private washrooms with showers. There are also personal trainers that work at the gym for those who are new to working out.

The members are friendly and respectful to those around them and the equipment. I like the fun challenges the staff put on, like the plank challenge etc. The whole atmosphere at ATF is positive and not intimidating. ATF is a gym for everyone from 18-80ys+,equal men/women ratio and varied fitness levels.

Expérience fantastique: So I'm not going to lie, I hate most gym. Usually the management doesn't care, the staff doesn't want to be there and the facility doesn't live up to the hype. Filled with a nice mix of broken equipment and broken promises. Of course, I was hesitant to join another gym, but thankfully I did. Because this Anytime Fitness in Mission is great. One of the main reasons for that, is the people that work here provide exceptional customer service. The management, Morgan and Jill are wonderful. The trainers that work here are knowledgeable, and helpful. The gym is clean and well cared for. All in all, I recommend this gym to anybody looking for an exceptional place to workout. It's simply the best.

Expérience fantastique: I was hesitant to start another gym. I have tried different gyms in the past and would end up quitting shortly after or just wouldn't go throwing money down the drain. A friend of mine hooked me up with Anytime. I felt apprehensive but the staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I've been going for 8 months and they still make me feel welcome and comfortable and most of all they all are very helpful. The gym is kept clean and is the perfect size. Not so big that no one knows your name just big enough to know your name. Plus it's open 24 hours.

I was new the location and accidentally opened the emergency door ,that is located in the front of the gym , and my account was blocked. I mentioned It was by mistake and the manager said she did not care. I even offered to pay for the expenses , if any occurred, yet the Manger still refused to and treated it like I did it on purpose. on top of that my brothers account is under the same account as mine and he was banned as well although he had nothing to do with the situation.

Expérience fantastique: I was an original member when the gym first opened. I had trained for 25+ years all over the Fraser Valley. What a pleasure to train at the Mission Anytime location. It’s perfect. Absolutely no hassle to end our memberships when we moved where there wasn’t an Anytime. Clean, great staff, great equipment. Can’t wait to get started now that I’m back.
