F45 Training Sheridan

Expérience fantastique: I am writing this review after 300 classes at F45 Sheridan. I joined F45 initially to hit a golf ball further and I still remember my first class, Joker Friday. I almost wanted to give up and ended up lying down for a couple of hours when I got home that day. But it now seems like a long journey with 300 classes under my belt! F45 has had a significant impact on me. Despite neglecting cardio for most of my life, I now enjoy double cardio classes. I've built a solid cardio base and strength, allowing me to complete a 10K, a half marathon and Hyrox this year. Additionally, F45 has helped me reduce my body fat %, develop a strong mindset, and form fitness habits such as waking up early and cutting out sugary and fried foods. I have also not had the flu or a cold for the last 10 months! Lastly, @f45sheridan provides a great workout environment, and amazing owners and coaches run it. Without them, I would not have achieved any of the above. Thank you❤️

The owner is extremely sweet and I feel like they do take the time to make sure you do every exercise properly. Such a nice vibe too I wish I lived closer. I would be here every day.

The staff are friendly and supportive, the classes are challenging and I always leave knowing I've put in some good work. I'd highly recommend anything looking to grow their fitness to just try a free class. There's no thinking, they show you all the moves, there's modifications and you always feel good at the end. Even the really hard ones!

I love the way it was set up, from beginners to advance- you got it. All you have to do is challenge yourself to do better each round. Trainers knows your limit, they will push you!!! You'll never do the same workout twice, and will not leave disappointed, 45 minutes of extreme exercises. I am certainly satisfied and have been blown by the result so far- 10lbs down in two weeks. It has been AWESOME overall.

Even starting off relatively recently, I already feel so welcome and a part of the team/family built in. Not only is there constant support from both trainers and the owners but also from the other gym goers, a little post-workout ritual of fist bumping and congratulating each other for giving it their all after every end-of-session! It's also good to know the constant rotation of exercises used per day throughout the week to create variety. Ranging from resistance to cardio, upper and lower body work respectively, or full body training to really get the heart going. The gym itself has an extremely large range of equipment, with said equipment also having different weights, tailoring to everyone's skill levels. This really helps people start off, by offering lighter weights, with a trainer to motivate, and even do the workout with you to keep you going when the set is long and the break seems so far away! Overall a great experience and a fantastic team behind it all to support your goals of getting fit! :)

Each class will be a different set so it's a great way to break out of a plateau. The studio's equipments are well maintained and the facility itself is very clean since they following sanitary procedures. When I joined F45 Sheridan, I was met with genuine, motivating trainers who will work with you on your fitness goals, ensure you're doing the exercises correctly and fire you up to keep going. F45 Sheridan and its equipment is clean, has amazing music, is very spacious and is located in a great plaza with plenty of parking. The workouts are intense but leave you feeling energized craving for more. You won't regret choosing F45 Sheridan as your training facility no matter what fitness level you're at and you won't be surprised if you start coming 4 (or more) times a week because of how good it makes you feel after.

The trainers are very friendly - they understand everyone is at various fitness levels and accommodate where needed, but also push you to try and challenge yourself. Community vibes - everyone says hi, and overall just a positive space to be, which is especially important when working on bettering yourself both physically and mentally.

Expérience fantastique: I started with F45 doing the 2 week intro classes. I knew immediately I would fall in love. All of the trainers are personal trainers, and you get that feeling but in a class environment (without the cost of a personal trainer). The classes are small (some can have up to 27 people, but I’ve only ever seen about 8). I usually only have female only or 1-2 men in the class too. The workouts are easily adjustable to injuries or any modifications, and the trainers will work with you toward your goals. The gym owner and head trainer is honestly the best. Syoubonh took the time to explain everything, she checks in every day with you in class, and she pushes you because she knows what you can handle. The atmosphere is amazing, giving a friendly competition and the community is so lovely that goes there. Besides all of this, I love that I don’t have to think about what I am doing at the gym, I just show up. Each workout tackles every body part, and if you’re doing it right you can really feel it. The biggest down fall is there isn’t more classes offered, and being a nurse it can limit the amount I go, but honestly everything else more than makes up for it. 12/10 recommend this F45 to everyone!!!

Expérience fantastique: I started on a 2 week trial at Sheridan F45 about 6 weeks ago and decided to join right away as I was really enjoying the workouts. Initially I was very intimated to try out F45 because I thought everyone would be in tip top shape and I would not fit in at all. I could not have been more wrong. Each member is on their own individual journey and the focus is on improving yourself and having fun! All trainers are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. It is such a clean, bright environment. The workouts are always different and everything is already set up - that is great because you don't need to think about what to do! Everyone works out at their own pace and you are encouraged to workout to your personal limit. I definitely have increased energy since starting with F45. I always feel amazing after working out and do not like to miss a class because it is always a good challenge with great music. The workouts are already pre-made and set up for you so you don’t have to do anything except actually do the workout. I recommend getting the LionHeart band that tracks your heart rate and calorie count during your workout, it definitely adds a competitive element to your workouts as you compete with your fellow members for highest scores. F45 Sheridan has changed the way I approach fitness and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great workout in a judgment free and inclusive environment. Every day consists of different exercises, and you have coaches to help guide you with the work outs. I would highly recommend F45 sheridan, the space is huge and the people are very friendly.

I've been a member here since November and I'm so happy with choosing this route as opposed to the conventional gym training (where I often felt uncomfortable and unsure of which workouts to do). They will help adjust your exercises to ensure your form and posture is correct and provide alternatives if you require any. Best of all, they provide a fun experience every single time!!

My two cents: COVID Measures: temperature scanner, strict mask policies, sanitizer stations throughout including own personal workout boxes (which are more than 2m apart) have been instrumental in ensuring the space is kept and maintained clean throughout. Workouts: The workouts are killer (made possible with personalized equipment in each box) and extremely challenging as they change every day, week and month. The first class is always the hardest but gets easier after. The heart rate monitor challenges you to compete with yourself and perform your best workout every time. Staff: The trainers are awesome!! They are highly supportive and always encouraging. They will advise of incorrect form and will suggest alternatives to exercises if need be which I absolutely love!! Somewhere in between going to the outdoor 7:00am bootcamps in the cold weather to working out indoors, I fell in love with this gym. I am so excited to being part of this team!

Expérience fantastique: I started going to F45 Sheridan during Covid. I was in bad physical shape and I was a bit nervous about the risk of getting the virus. F45 Sheridan has been fantastic. I haven't worried once about contracting Covid while I've gone there, and I saw results from the workouts almost immediately. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are engaging. Everyone there takes every precaution for Covid that I could imagine. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Because of quaranitine, I've found it hard to stay motivated to be active at home. I signed up to take the 6:30am classes and it's been pushing me to get back into a good routine ever since. The actual studio is really spacious and there's free parking. They've done a great job at modifying the training to adhere to Phase 3 of reopening during Covid-19; everything is thoroughly sanitized between classes and you'll still get a fantastic workout in. Expérience fantastique: I`ve started training with F45 Sheridan for a few weeks now (mid-phase 2 of re-opening during the COVID-19 pandemic) and was thrilled to find they were running outdoor socially-distanced track style workouts. Despite these being mainly body-weight workouts, they are no less intense than the typical endurance classes in the studio, and leave you feeling so energized that I actually am excited to wake up at 6am! Having trained at other F45 studios, I have nothing but positive things to say about this studio - the coaches are so welcoming and encouraging, while making sure you`re doing the exercises properly with good form. The studio itself is a beautiful large basement space with lots of room and big windows in a really nice shopping plaza, plus they have tons of free parking which is amazing. I cannot wait for the in-studio classes to re-open and am excited to continue my progress with F45 Sheridan.
