Expérience fantastique: We had a great evening skate at the outdoor rink with our Scout Troop. The rink was well set up with a rubber surface immediately outside the ice pad and picnic benches all around to leave your stuff and put on your skates. A comfortable place to skate and learn to skate - free of charge. Reasonably priced skate and helmet rentals available in the community centre.

Expérience positive: I’m a big fan of the Oakville Trafalgar Park Community Centre. The arena is beautiful with wooden arches making it look like a rustic pad yet the building itself is very modern. The ice is very well kept and the staff are friendly. The only downside is the seating isn’t amazing for fans in the stands. It does work out but the view and capacity doesn’t really meet the average expectations for a community centre. Besides that, this arena is amazing to play at and is worth the stop.

Expérience positive: I went with my 2 year old daughter they barely has anything for this age but they do have a lot of activities for kids above 4 thats what the receptionist told me. For 2 years they have preschool for few hours on Sunday only this particular location and swimming pool that is run by other authorities you can go for leisure swimming but that has certain time frame so find out before going.

Expérience négative: For a new arena that hosts hockey games you’d think they would have atleast a small coffee or hot chocolate bar. Also the front desk staff for the most part are lazy, rude and incompetent. Im not sure these people were trained at all in customer service skills. Imagine going to work and actually having to assist customers/members as part of a job you signed up for! Do better Oakville

Expérience fantastique: The facility is relatively new. The place is clean. I only use the basketball court, the floor and basket are in good condition.

Expérience négative: I payed for my public skate and the workers were being very disrespectful to us and others. After the incident they were continuing to point at us. Not a good rink

Expérience positive: A really cozy feeling from the vintage rafters and generally old style indoor rink. But it is upgraded in many ways (eg washrooms) and a historic item display case. Enjoyed the peewee hockey. Everyone well behaved and enthusiastic for their kids. Needs some blue-line video cameras IMO.

Expérience fantastique: The facility, staff, and guests were all amazing here! My kids have never been ice skating before and the recreational skate along with some friendly guests helped my kids enjoy the experience. This place is a little gem in south Oakville.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great place for all members of the family. There are many many programs for seniors. Some programs are so popular that you have to sign up for them early in the morning of the registration day or you will not get in. The location is very convenient with lots of parking and the cream on the cake are the staff who great you with a smile and are always very helpful.

Expérience fantastique: Great experience booking for basketball/volleyball. Marisa was super helpful, very responsive and took a good 20 min out of her morning to check if the facility can accommodate for certain needs! Courts also look new and well maintained.

Expérience positive: By far the emptiest community center I have seen. Could be because of the long weekend … facilities were clean. I attended a bootcamp with Tracy who is a very friendly and experienced trainer and had a good experience. This is well located on Rebecca street. Haven’t used the other facilities like the pool or courts.

One thing that i don't like when the boss come's out there every time and say to me to not practice my (speed,skating,skills.e.t.c). Sixteen mile let me work on my speed and my skating and skills. but i love the rink. They have to make shinny hockey for 15 years old to 18. for practising my shooting skills.

Expérience positive: New facility is always good, with better design, like the lounge where one sit comfortably check your phone while waiting. Bathroom is really clean as well. It is a little disappointed that they needed the tennis courts there, still requiring resurfacing.

Expérience positive: No idea why the town of oakville can't design hockey arenas with proper seating and sightlines. Trafalgar Park and Sixteen Mile are both newer arenas with poor viewing.

Expérience fantastique: Has gym, basketball/badminton court, indoor and outdoor ice rink, clean washrooms, limited parking space, senior centre lounge and TV room, small snack bar ( mostly closed), hall walking on upper level.

Expérience positive: Great outdoor skating rink, fair size, and well maintained. Well lit and safe space. Quite times to go on the weekend are after 5:30pm or before 11am.

Expérience fantastique: Great outdoor ice rink; well lit and maintained, and has several benches rinkside to put on skates/watch. Plenty of parking available. Can get very busy from 11 AM to 3:30 PM on weekends (beware of kids falling and sliding around!). It's about a quarter of the size of an indoor rink, wish it were bigger but it's free so I'm not complaining!

Expérience fantastique: Awesome facility. Very clean. You can play hockey, basketball, workout, and more. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool for the summer too! The gym has a ton of workout gear and is never really that busy. Highly recommended.

Expérience positive: Glad they kept the old barn. A much needed gym added. Do wish it was a double gym though. Weight room still missing equipment as of this post. Been there four times so far. I am adding this sentence to try to get to two hundred characters.

Expérience fantastique: It is the newest community in Oakville. Everything is brand new, and state of the art except the wooden ceiling of the hockey rink which is a heritage item and showcases the effort put by the municipality to in conserving these artefacts. It is a must see.

Expérience positive: A nice new arena and facility. Lots of preserved history there. The only thing i would add, is real seats (2 or 3 rows of seats) in the arena area. Nice new exercise and recreation faciity.
