Expérience fantastique: Great place to workout and take your fitness gains to the next level. Good quality equipment that don't breakdown like some other clubs. Probably the best gym in Delta surrey area imo. Also gotta mention Dave the manager, he definitely puts in the effort to make the gym clean and organized, runs a good staff. Keep it up!

Expérience fantastique: I’ve came to this gym a few times and love it! Aisha and Melissa were so welcoming and friendly when I came in the evening. Definitely some amazing staff here and it wasn’t busy at all so majority of the machines were free, so that’s an added bonus

Expérience négative: That’s my review to Dave when I signed up last year . I had a Billing issue today after using 1 year of AF membership ! I called into AF trying have a word with him about why I got charged triple the amount . Dave “manager” was in such a hurry that he gave me the wrong email over phone (knowingly) , 2 hours later some lady calls me and has to follow up on the situation because Dave was in a hurry and didn’t have time for his “customers”. What a waste of time and effort . I’m hoping this issue will be fixed soon .i would give u a zero if that was possible .

Our staff should not have to endure rude or aggressive behaviour whether in-person or over the phone. The payment you referenced was for a new invoice along with your prior delinquent payments, not a triple charge. The email mistake was unintentional, and we called you to correct it within an hour. Expérience fantastique: Dave C. was a very welcoming staff member (manager) and was always there to answer any and all of the questions I had no matter how dumb. I typically used to worked out in the mornings so he is who I usually meet and when I did it was always with an inviting and friendly atmosphere, which made me wanna put more work in and without any worries!! So I would definitely recommend this location for its staff.

Expérience fantastique: I was worried about cancellation because I read a couple of reviews where they said Dave was hard to deal with and cancellations are met with unexpected fees but that wasn’t the case. He was super easy to deal with. It’s just what the contract says is what he goes by. I had to cancel cause I had to move but overall this is a great gym honestly not so crowded and you have everything you need jaskeerat is an amazing guy too. It’s a bit old but that’s the only catch but I don’t think so you’d have any problems doing your workouts here.

Expérience négative: AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COST. This business removed their original comment blaming me for not doing my due diligence. Now, they're misleading the public by claiming they "verbally communicated" with me. You have no proof of this claim, and you never said it verbally. All you do is spread misinformation to the public. A business like this is a shame -- Aug 8 update above --- Your response still fails to address the core issue of transparency. It's disheartening that you continue to emphasize the contract, despite the fact that the maintenance fee wasn't verbally disclosed during the signup process. Now, it feels like you're misleading the public. This is unacceptable behavior for any business. --- original comments below --- My recent experience with a gym membership service has left me incredibly disappointed. Upon signing up, I was not informed about a bi-annual maintenance fee, which caught me off guard when I received an email notification about it. It's not about the amount; it's about the transparency and attitude. How can a business blame the customer for not doing "due diligence"? Customers trust these establishments when they sign contracts, yet somehow, we're blamed for not conducting our own investigations. Running a business like this is definitely not acceptable. When I inquired about the fee, I was met with a dismissive response from the staff. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I wouldn't have considered leaving a 1-star review if the gym club had been willing to admit they did not explain the fee, as the amount is definitely not a big deal. But instead, they chose to blame the customer for not doing the "due diligence". I urge potential customers to be cautious and thoroughly review all terms before committing to any memberships.

Expérience fantastique: I come here over lunch for my workouts. Never crowded and they have 4 power racks so you never have to wait to do your squats on leg day. Also, allows you to lift heavy bench press without a spotter for those of us who like to workout alone. They don't have a lifting platform but they let you deadlift off the floor without shoes on. Not the gym if you are into Oly lifting. Staff is available but they aren't pushy salespeople. You'll get emails offering services and classes but I think that's just standard gym MO. I've never felt pressured into purchasing services. This particular gym is always clean. If I had to say something negative, it would be that sometimes the plates and equipment are 'disheveled' before the employees clock in at around noon. But that's more indicative of the overnight and early morning users of the space. After the first month, you can use any Anytime Fitness gym so I use a different gym when working out close to home. They have a consumer friendly setup and I do not hesitate to recommend this organization to people I know. If in the market for a new gym, join these guys.

Expérience fantastique: Definitely the best gym in Delta/Surrey area. Dave is a great coach and a manager. This place has all the equipment you need, even for specific muscle groups. Place is clean, organized and full of decent people, meaning no loud noises, random talks or hogging machines or whatnot.

It would appear you have left the review under the wrong location. Attention to details is always important as all clubs are independently owned and operated. It is likely that you misunderstood as the longer plan actually offers quite significant savings for the client (not the club). Sehji made the sign up process so easy , he explained everything to me and made sure I understood the policies. You can ask him anything and he will answer to the best of his ability , super knowledgeable! I’ve been with anytime fitness since 2015 and this is the best location I’ve been to.
