Expérience négative: Bad and arrogant behaviour by the receptionist. These people are charging high but not providing good service.

Expérience négative: Website is just garbage, we were trying to book a free trial for gym, and application form is not moving anywhere, we called gym twice , nobody answered…. What I am supposed to do now

Expérience négative: Not a great gym few equipments and lots of hidden overpriced fees. Fees for using massage chair, fees for joining, fees for getting a card access, fees for yearly maintenance fees. Stupid way to keep biweekly fees low lol. The girl answering the membership question was rude, not friendly and unprofessional.

Expérience négative: My friend suggested me to join this gym. I called the gym around 9:10pm on June 19 staff to ask them about membership rates. The girl who answered the my phone call was very rude and didn’t respond to my membership questions. Completely dissatisfied by the customer service provided by her.

Very unprofessional customer service provided by her. Not only she did not answer my membership inquiries but also sounded very nasty.

Gym looks good but the customer service at this location is very poor. The management needs to look into this issue otherwise this inappropriate behaviour is going to cost them a lot of interested customers.

Expérience fantastique: I love the staff 10/5 Gym equipment is much better than anytime fitness and worth the membership. A note for my fellow boxers tho, there's no punching bag rn.

Expérience négative: First of all, sometimes the gym machines are broken and not fixed for a long time, secondly the staff is too rude but not all them, all they do is gossiping rather than actually working or helping out, one of them is racist as well whenever any of the white person uses the grip chalk they don’t say anything but if any other person for example brown person uses grip chalk they always say that it’s not allowed or you can’t do it. The only reason i come this gym is the distance between my house and this gym is miniature, also i don’t drive but once i get my license i am for sure never stepping in this gym ever again, also need to fix the music system

A more inviting atmosphere was anticipated, particularly when contemplating becoming part of a fitness community. I sincerely hope the management addresses and enhances staff professionalism to foster a more welcoming environment for prospective members. (Please don't reply to this review saying that it's a fake review & I've not been a member of Fit4me gym).

Expérience négative: Worst gym I’ve have ever been to. Pathetic/ Useless Owner. Front staff doesn’t know how to talk to someone, clearly they hired very unprofessional and uneducated staff. They don’t even deserve one star, I cancelled the gym membership long time ago but they denied that i ever cancelled it. Those front staff girl just said if you don’t pay the balance we will put it under collections. And that pathetic/ useless Owner of the gym would always avoid complaints. Don’t know who is the manager but those front girls would say manager will call, but that pathetic manager would also not reply.

Expérience négative: Terrible experience, small gym even do not have enough equipments. Pathetic customer service. Its expensive however quailty is so low. They charged you too much membership at the same time they charged you annual fee. Its better to go with other option. My payments declined and they informed me after a month as well as they are not certain on their words.

Expérience négative: my experience with them was really worst out i ever in my life time. staff working this location dont know nothing they just cheat with telling customers whole policy. i was not even using their services then also they are charging me money i highly recommend not to enroll in this gym. i asked them that i want to talk to manager they said no we cant iwa slike whats that behavior. the owner need to look after this. worst service provided by them.

Then I clearly told them I want it cancelled after 1 year and now they want me to wait 30 damn days before stop charging me!! Their female staff member called me who was rude, when I asked for her name she hung up me. I would really submit a complaint under consumer protection/BBB as I would not like that female staff to insult anymore customers. I won’t die with $30-$40 but stop begging lol!! Like don’t you have enough customers? I am not even using your services, why should I be paying? And if your female staff was not wrong, why she didn’t give her name? And then she blocked my number lmao

Expérience négative: bad experience. each staff member gives u different info which is not helpful i havent been to the gym since last year and told them to pause the membership instead they let it keep going so the bi weekly keeps adding up now that i want to cancel the membership staff told me i had to pay for the entire year. i went around 2:30pm the employee told me i can cancel it, then i went again around 4ish and a different employee told me the previous worker was “new” and i had to pay the entire year. Learn your jobs before giving ppl incorrect info. (I am not going to pay since i had told them to pause but they didnt)

Every girl there will provide you new info and there views clash. The girl named Anureet was so rude; instead of explaining me she was saying okay okay… and she disconnected my call and she kept the phone engaged for 15 mins. M also an employee somewhere but We don’t talk to clients like this at all. Instead she might have told me, I will give you a solution and give you a call back that you have been much better!!!

Expérience négative: Their staff is so rude. I went today Oct 01 and no one was on door for temperature check. I went in and started my workout. Today's staff lady came to me after I done my 2 sets and asked to go to door for temperature check. I requested her to either check it there or put a sign on door for not to enter without getting temperature check as doing it later doesn't make sense. She rudely said that she is not free for all this. She has other stuff to do and why I didn't wait. She also said to my buddy that she will put sign as I said her I can't wait which is not true at all. I never said that.

Expérience négative: The whole point of signing a contract is to have some sort of benefit like not having to pay any annual fees since you’re already paying the bi-weekly fees, the signing up fee, and card fee. They charged my credit card after about 5-6 months for an annual fee which was never mentioned. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months now and they won’t let me. They use the contract as an excuse. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is just not a fair way to conduct business, not to mention, I’ve brought my complaint to them three times before I decided to write this. I’ve had contracts with other gyms like GoodLife, Planet Fitness, Anytime, none of them hid annual fees during the contractual agreement from me.

To all those who are looking to join this gym I would strongly recommend if you take your time to READ THE REVIEWS THESE GUYS ARE RECEIVING before you turn into another victim. To business licensing authorities, City of Surrey, BBB and other officials I would strongly urge to please look into the fraudulent practices of this business. To staff/owner I tried requesting time and time in person, on phone and via email to stop charging me, do right thing and return my money, but these guys charged even more in form of cancellation fee, 3 month notice fee, hidden fee (charged twice) and still are committing fraud to this date. If anyone needs proof of their misconduct please reach out to me.

Today I want to leave my bag and other stuff in locker only few hours at night but they said don't leave it. it's very hard for me come with bag in bicycle. Now they said you don't allowed to do that. Their Staff and Indian owner is Soo roude and unexpected behavior. They are very unprofessional staff. I never recommend that place anyone. They took your money only never ever provide good services. Surrey lots of gym try best one not rip off gym. Be alert they guys charged you soo much and machines doesn't work well..Guys try treadmill and crosstrainer their machines are useless..
