Expérience positive: Great court and excellent instructors, however, frontline customer service person has no clue about anything. Miscommunication and no clarity in what they say. Stars are only for the great coaches ,instructors and court.

Expérience fantastique: I recently visited Modu Club, and I had a fantastic experience! The facility is top-notch, with well-maintained courts that are spacious and well-lit, making it perfect for players of all levels. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us get started and ensuring we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was vibrant, and it was great to see players of all ages enjoying the sport. They also offer a variety of programs for beginners and advanced players, which is a huge plus. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, and the availability of equipment for rent made it accessible for newcomers. Overall, Modu Club is a great spot for badminton enthusiasts or anyone looking to try something new. I can't wait to go back for another game! Highly recommend!

The facility was fantastic, clean, and well-maintained, making it a pleasure for everyone to play. A special thank you to the General Manager for all her help in organizing/booking our event and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thanks to Modu team who was accommodating from start to finish. All of our participants thoroughly enjoyed the tournament, and we look forward to hosting more events at Modu in the future. Expérience positive: Two of my grandkids are in a badminton camp at MODU. It’s half day morning camp and they are really enjoying the camp. Primary coach Col is excellent. He is patient and dedicated to his role to coach the group. My observation is that it is a huge group for him - 20 kids, naturally with varied ages and experiences. Today is day 4 of 5. It looks like he has 2 assistant coaches. Sadly the assistant coaches are goofing around distracting the little kids. This is disappointing to see. Coach Col not only has to coach the whole group of kids, he now has to “babysit” the assistant coaches. And if they are helping, the ratio of coach to kids is not proportionate. Coach Coi is still training a large group of 10 kids. Dear MODU, for what you are charging us for the camp, I urge you to properly train all coaches, including assistant coaches to come with enthusiasm, dedication and desire to train the sport of badminton. I would like to thank Coach Col for his enthusiasm, dedication and patience. As for me, I will consider registering my grandkids in smaller groups of camps. Fortunately, I can see that my grandkids do enjoy the camp. They would learn more if it was a smaller group. I decided to chat with the assistant coaches and I am glad I did. Their roles are to assist for a limited time which they did and more. Sounds like they are tired from putting in many hours of work because MODU can’t find other assistant coaches to help? Again, MODU, for taking in 20 kids this week, registration is about $10K, please find a resolve to get more and dedicated coaches and run smaller group camps. Oh, another thing, the training program covers a lot of fun physical fitness and games, with not much time dedicated to badminton drills. Thank you MODU for this opportunity to share my thoughts and observations.

Expérience fantastique: My son is taking intro to badminton lessons here. The facility is amazing and the staff are friendly. My son loves the lessons and is growing to really love badminton. Even at the beginning level I can tell the programming is topnotch. I particularly appreciate that they spend a decent amount of time on warm-up and stretching. The upstairs cafeteria is the perfect place to watch the practice. Lots of delicious food options and it's licenced with beers from local breweries (Sea Change).
