I have recently became a member in that gym, the trainers are very professional , Annika Mehdi Neeraj Ivan Camilo are super nice and try to push you to the limit , Mihai the studio manager is a real warrior A mix of 45 minutes training session that makes your body muscles at work , the place is well ventilated very clean , a warm welcome each day you check in , it’s a real life changer being part of F45

Expérience fantastique: F45 Don Mills was a transformative chapter in my fitness journey. Over 6 memorable months, their engaging workouts and the great community kept me anchored. Every session felt fresh, motivating, and just the right amount of challenging. Mihai and Andrea, especially, felt like personal cheerleaders – always there, pushing me, supporting me, and making sure I gave my best. I only left because I moved houses; otherwise, there's no doubt in my mind that I'd still be there, sweating and smiling with the best crew in town. Huge thanks to Mihai, Andrea, and everyone at F45 Don Mills for making it such a special place!

Expérience fantastique: Even though i have tons of things to write on here but i'll try to keep it as short and comprehensive for anyone who's going through the confusion of switching to a new gym or if the idea of "team training" sounds a little overwhelming.I've been a member at this location for about a month now and i am speechless.Each and every single instructor there will make you realize that there is no limit to our potential no matter how physically fit you might be or if you're working towards it.Even though this is just the beginning of my journey here but i can physically and mentally feel the effect that f45 has already had on me in this short period of time.A huge shoutout to Ahmed, Annika and Mehdi (You guys are superheroes, this does not mean that the rest of the instructors aren't good enough, i've just had more face time with these 3).Lastly, This gym has put excellent measure in place in terms of Covid, there is no sharing of equipment whatsoever and everyone has there own designated workout area which eradicates any chance of contamination.

The atmosphere is positive and inspiring and I felt so good about my body after doing the amazingly planned circuits. It always looks and smells SUPER clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for something that motivates you more than a gym. It is a little bit more of a commitment for your bank account, but for good reason! The instructors were always positive and made me feel good about showing up! Looking forward to hopefully returning soon.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in the city! Love this place for its intense workouts and supportive atmosphere ,which can't be beat. I've gotten so much stronger by coming here regularly. Shout out to the motivating trainers Hannah and Annika, for always pushing me to reach my full potential. Everyone is super friendly, respectful and motivating, such a great team to work out with. Their online workouts are pretty good too, although, nothing beats the in person experience. I've brought friends to this location who have fallen in love with it and subsequently joined the f45 in their respective neighbourhoods. However, they've found that nothing compares to the don mills location due to its spaciousness, high energy trainers and friendly members.

The clientele / community is wonderfully diverse - every age, background, fitness level. The trainers and staff set this studio far apart from the others.  They are an incredible group of people. The trainers know your name and even know when you're not there or haven't seen you in a while. There really is a community here, which is a nice addition to the typical gym environment. This is the best investment I've made and look forward to meeting my fitness goals!

Very high intensity, and in just 45mins - 1 hour I was able to really push myself to the limits and feel accomplished.

I have a hip issue that causes me to modify some exercises and the trainers are always ready with an alternative. At the same time, if you want to be challenged the trainers will be more than happy to oblige! The sense of community at F45 Don Mills is amazing. High fives, shouts of encouragement, post workout coffees, nights out. I wouldn't trade this group of gym rats for anything!

I wasn’t sure whether it would be clique-y like some other fitness studios I’ve gone to but it wasn’t like that at all. The trainers were so warm and welcoming, always remembering your name and using it often! When I was afraid to push myself with some of the exercises, one of the trainers stood beside me for the duration of it and pushed me in a really supportive way! I highly recommend F45 and specifically this location!

Expérience fantastique: As a former elite athlete and current scientist focusing on exercise, health and longevity, I know what really works and what is hype/ineffective (or dangerous). Out of curiosity I attended an aerobic training session by F45 at Don Mills and I was not dissapointed at all. Ahmad and his trainers gave a whole-body, individualized training session that for sure will promote fat-burn, muscle-function and general health. Furthermore, I was able to set my own intensity so the level of difficulty was really decided by me/my own goals. Hence both beginners and elite athletes will benefit from this type of training. All fitness levels were represented in this class and the gym was/is well equipped to support this broad range. In regards to management and expertise, I felt that Ahmad and his trainers were knowledgable and exuded a high degree of professionalism when engaged with clients with very diverse health & fitness goals. All in all, I would go again and I know it will be effective for me (and others). Keep up the good work!
