Expérience fantastique: I have only been a member here for a short amount of time and I have never felt more safe and confident at a gym. The staff are so nice and they keep a very clean and well kept space. I will never go back to my old gyms after going to this place. I also did some training with Whitney and she is the kindest most motivating trainer I have EVER had.

Expérience fantastique: This is by the far best gym I have ever been to. It's consistently clean, the variety of machines are amazing, and there's plenty of free weight space. Beyond that, this gym is incredibly welcoming (both staff and members) and there's a very obvious strong sense of community here. The staff are absolutely amazing; they're so friendly and really care about their members. Special shout out to Steph who is a 10/10 trainer and human. She is so knowledgeable and supportive and will go above and beyond to help you meet your goals. If you live in Guelph, this is definitely the gym to go to!!

Expérience fantastique: I visit guelph every couple of months and this AF location is the closest to my uncle’s place. I started by signing up access for a couple of weeks but ultimately decided to sign up for a full membership. The staff have been so helpful and nice. The place squeaky clean and the improvements of adding in new deadlift platform was amazing!!! Kudos to the whole team

Expérience fantastique: My name is Brad, and have been a member of Anytime Fitness at Kortright for about 9 months now. The gym itself is very welcoming, clean, and organized to help newcomers like myself find everything they need. I've been working with Ethan as my personal trainer for as long as I've been a member. Ethan is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy, ergonomics, and nutrition and his passion for fitness is extremely contagious. He always knows just how far to push you, and makes you believe in yourself more than you ever thought possible. Thank you Anytime Fitness Kortright and Ethan for helping me become the best version of myself!

Expérience négative: This location has the worst possible members working at their location. I wanted to cancel my membership for which they informed me that I need to pay 2 more bi weekly as they have a 30 day cancellation policy to which I said I would never sign up for something that bounds me in a contract and dont give me complete control of things, which means I was never informed about this policy at the time pf signup and the person name kyle was so ignorant and unable to accept that his team members can make mistake as if they are computers or gods. He never accepted that they made a mistake and never told me about this policy. I would never ever recommend going to a place like this. You guys are welcome to go and try just to be disappointed in the name of worst customer service. I would have given them a 0 star if there was an option for it. Please refer to the screenshot attached and see how unprofessional and ignorant their employees are for treating their customers!

Expérience fantastique: I’m giving anytime kortright a 5 star because of its welcoming environment. The gym is always very clean and all the staff are friendly. I always see members with coaches and the coaches look like they actually enjoy what they are doing and care about members which is really important. I wouldn’t think of another gym in Guelph to go to but this one.

There is almost always an employee somewhere on the floor vacuuming or wiping down equipment to keep the place looking fresh and clean. They are conscious of the members goals, and update their machinery (and even perform renovations) to improve the facilities for their members. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and definitely recommend!

I have lived in Guelph my whole life, and been to majority of the surrounding gyms, however none of them had the same uplifting atmosphere as Anytime Fitness. The members here are great, everyone is super respectful and cleans up after themselves. The staff are amazing as well, super friendly and always willing to help if asked. I also really appreciate the level of care they put into this place. They had an ownership change about a year ago, and since then have repainted, got a bunch more equipment, and in general just doing more throughout the whole club. I would recommend this gym to anyone in Guelph looking for a quiet and clean space to workout.

Expérience fantastique: Steph is great to work with! Kyle set me up with her when I signed up at the gym and he said he thought I'd like her - he was correct! :) She's very supportive and encourages pushing yourself but without setting unrealistic goals. I have chronic knee pain and Steph has been really great about checking in to make sure I’m not aggravating my knees, but still working the muscles around the knees, and has helped me to better identify the difference between working-out-soreness and aggravating-my-knee-pain soreness. I really appreciate her attitude of working from where I’m starting but with the goal of being comfortable with a wider range of movements and exercises. I never thought I’d be able to do a full “leg day” workout, but Steph was sure I’d be able to, and her confidence and gentle pushing has already helped me to see that I can do more than I thought, which has helped me feel more confident to push myself while exercising :) The facility is also very nice and clean and has tons of machines and equipment - most of which I didn’t know how to use, but Steph also showed me how to use them, which has made the gym as a whole feel like a less intimidating place!

My experience with Steph was amazing and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I am a newbie when it comes to the gym environment and the staff at Anytime Fitness Kortright are top notch at making you feel welcomed and supported every time you step foot inside the door! The other gym goers are also super polite and respect each other. The gym itself is cleaaaaannn and super tidy! I can't say enough great things about this gym!! Expérience fantastique: Had my first lift there today and it was absolutely amazing. They have a very good selection of machines and such to use, as well as it doesn't seem to ever be crowded. I finished my legs routine ~20min quicker than usual because I didn't have to wait for anything once! Very clean and spacious environment. There was also a staff member Kyle who was very welcoming, kind, and helped me with any questions I had. Overall this gym location is quite ideal and I can definitely see myself being there again soon!

The gym was so clean and well maintained, I was greeted when I walked in and really felt at home. Steph was an amazing listener, had positive energy and so many great ideas. She really knew what she was talking about and made my whole experience comfortable. Steph shared with me a few meal ideas and workout ideas that I never even thought of. I definitely want to start training with her!

Don’t sign up if you don’t want to go to this gym forever once you sign up they will charge you random fees for no reason and refuse to refund you and if you try and cancel they say it’s hundreds of dollars and will continuously harass you if cancel it Kyle specifically was very rude and will now not stop calling me Stop contacting me

Expérience fantastique: The Anytime Fitness Kortright location has been great for starting my fitness journey. The facility and its management/office team are welcoming and extremely helpful. In particular, doing personal training to get comfortable in the gym and learning the equipment with the help of Steph, who is a personal trainer at this location, has been very encouraging. Steph is very knowledgable and is great at pushing you just the right amount! I highly recommend this location!

Expérience négative: Be warned that they won't provide 7-day trials as the corporate website suggests. Granted, there are a bunch of disclaimers on the promotion. However, not enough is done to inform the client after the web form is submitted, even after an appointment is scheduled at the club. The process as is wastes your time. I corresponded with the business yesterday after posting an earlier version of this review, and they offered to extend my trial period. However, I've decided to look elsewhere. I was also told that I could forward my concerns to corporate, but this botched promotion isn't my mess to troubleshoot. Edit: To be entirely transparent, and in response to the reply, I'm going to add a few things. Before writing any review, I asked for the gym owner's contact information so I could properly direct my concerns. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews. The manager couldn't seem to locate that information, which seemed odd, and instead offered to forward my concerns. That seemed pointless at that stage. After I wrote the review, the gym offered to extend the trial period, which I declined, and they requested I remove my review. I was seriously planning to delete the review and move on. However, some of the later replies weren't satisfactory. The gym knows full well that I've already voiced my concerns to them both before and after writing a review, and they haven't yet answered why clients can't be informed before arriving for their appointment. Blaming the customer and corporate is a rather lazy way out.
