Expérience positive: Fix the bloody stairmasters please. The amount of broken equipment right now is disappointing

Expérience négative: Fix you stair machines. Only 2 out of 4 stairs work. Its been under repair for 3 months

Expérience fantastique: Stephanie and the rest of the crew put great effort into maintaining the gym to a great standard. The entire gym is constantly being cleaned, and when there is broken equipment, it's promptly repaired. Plenty of lockers, showers, and private change rooms. Most of all, excellent customer service.

Expérience fantastique: Fit4Less is a great gym in Canada where you can work out and stay active. It's a popular choice for those looking to stay fit and healthy. If you're into fitness, it might be a perfect spot for you to break a sweat and reach your fitness goals ❤️

Expérience négative: They have such a bad customer service. I already told them to cancel the membership and they didn’t and now they charge me $90 for nothing. I think I will never sign for fit4 less again

Expérience fantastique: What amazing dayshift staff at this location. They are very hard working and keep this gym spotless at all times. But never too busy to be friendly and helpful to all in need. I have never been to a cleaner gym and feel very comfortable and secure in this knowledge. Koodos to these people for doing an excellent job.

Expérience positive: This location is amazing in terms of distance which makes it very convenient. One or two things to note are that cleaning the equipment after using them should be more enforced, people feel so entitled to not care enough to do it, its a respect thing, have respect for others, that is just low class act. Second, I find it a bit absurd that people with a black card membership have to go up to the front desk to ask to use the massge chairs or the beds, and a year ago maybe they installed one automatic use for each, why cant you just install them for every chair and bed so we don't have to go up to the front desk and make it so members can use it once per day kind of thing so it's not abused? Most of the time staff is not always available at the front desk due to cleaning etc, then they have to stop what they are doing to take care of that I mean it's a little bit ridiculous cause I also don't want to bother them lol besides that the gym is great.

Expérience fantastique: The best fit4less in London, I've been to a few gyms and this one has all the equipment you'd want at less cost. the underground parking is amazing, and the size of the gym makes it never feel too crowded.

Expérience positive: Great gym and has everything you will need to get a good workout! Unfortunately, depending on the time you go it can be really crowded! I am only able to go at certain times to avoid the traffic otherwise it is not worth it.

Expérience fantastique: Fit4Less is the best gym for the beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts. The facility is fully loaded with all the necessary equipment you could ever need. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly supportive. Highly Recommend!!

Expérience positive: It is our go to gym but I have noticed that people are getting a lot worse by not wiping down their machines or not cleaning up their weights after they are done. I also really wish there was a booking system to cap the number of people in at one time. Sometimes it is so busy that it takes me 2 or even 3 times longer to finish my workout because I am constantly waiting to use machines. Love being there and the vibe but sometimes I just do not have 2 or 3 hours to kill on something that should take me an hour tops.

Expérience fantastique: This is my go-to gym for lifting weight. It's spacious and has a variety of racks and vable machines. Anything you need for your workout, you can find here. Weight lifting, yoga, treadmills, cross fit, etc. Tanning, message, and relaxation stations too.

Expérience négative: Fitr for less Westmount Mall London,, Ontario Dirty, disgusting , smelly place to workout. Used to be good, when I first joined, however now lots of young people with poor hygiene. Never wipe down machinery after use. Today a guy there with flip flops that he took off to workout in his bare feet on mats, walls, etc.. There are times when there is no personnel on duty when means students leaving stuff all over, barefeet, total disregard for etiquette. They have camera's, but obviously nothing gets addressed. If you work out Sat or Sunday mornings at 7 a.m. you will get to experience the gross smell in the entire front of gym from a lady working out on a stair climber that has no regard for hygiene. Just want to give a heads up for anyone thinking about joining this location.

Expérience positive: The gym is really good with lots of machines. But the air conditioner is always on at a really low temperature that makes the gym really cold. Even in summers I need to wear a sweatshirt to workout.

Expérience positive: I’ve been a member since the place opened. It’s always clean and machines don’t stay down for long. I like the 24hr convenience and underground parking is awesome especially in the winter. But they’re not staffed 24hr. The cameras give you a false sense of security and I feel the parking lot should have better lighting. Flash forward 10 months. The busiest machines always seem to be broken. @Planetfitness really needs to pay attention here because should they set up shop in this area many members will jump ship.

Expérience fantastique: Arrived this morning with my son to inquire and check out the gym in westmount mall aaaaand WE absolutely loved the gentleman that took us for a tour (sorry forgot his name) and showed us everything, explained everything! So knowledgeable and friendly!! Awesome customer service rep!! I recommend highly!!!

Expérience négative: Still a good place to workout with a good gym community but, I’m sad to see a lot of the staff who were there when I signed up last year have left :( I miss them!! The new staff are nice but I don’t get the same welcoming atmosphere from them!

Expérience fantastique: Some of these reviews are laughable as they were obviously made up by some disgruntled loser employee. I have been a regular member of Fit4less/Goodlife for years, even before this location opened up. The young lady I’ve seen in the mornings for a few years now has always been friendly with everyone and hands down the hardest worker that gym has. I see a lot of workers stand around doing nothing by the front desk and she is never one of them. I’ve chatted with the new manager a couple times ..very nice and from what I have witnessed she has been a great addition to the gym and gets things done.

Expérience négative: Terrible gym with terrible management. Ever since the new manager arrived, the cleanliness of the gym has gotten terrible. Dust bunnies everywhere and sand around all the benches. Only the staff hired by the previous manager are the only ones I see working hard to up keep the gym but everyone else just stands around at the desk doing nothing. The girl who works most mornings is extremely unprofessional. Me, and a couple other members have all overheard her trash talk her boss and coworkers countless times as she ignores the phone and sips on her iced coffee all morning. This used to be a great gym but the new management has changed it for the worse.

Expérience fantastique: I am a new member. I’ve been to other gyms before including GoodLife and I must say I am impressed with the staff at the Westmount Fit4less. When ever I am working out I have noticed that Stephanie and the staff here are always friendly and helpful. When not at the front desk they keep busy cleaning, vacuuming, brushing off workout pads and maintaining the equipment. Everything is well organized and clean. New equipment and ideas are rotated into the facility to enhance your workout routine. This creates an environment that makes you look forward to work out on a regular basis and recommend Fit4less as the place to go for fitness. Way to go Stephanie and the staff there! This is the way all places should be. Thanks so much for making a difference.

Expérience négative: No signs up to remind people to wipe off their sweat, very little people do now! There are no gym rules posted. Been going to gyms for 30 years never seen this before! I'll be the lawyer to bring this to light things go wrong ! See all sorts of shenanigans going on!!

Expérience positive: A larger gym for the chain. Lots of equipment and options, especially with a black card. The cleanliness is needing to be improved over all their clubs, but it is what we pay for.

Expérience positive: Good gym for those who don't need a coach. Many equipments. But sometimes there is no employees which is bad for people with black card who want to use massage chairs or try hydromassage. Despite on having the black card you won't be able to use that chairs without worker's help. Because only them have the access to the system.

Expérience positive: If I go to the gym at noon hour which is right in the middle of the day, why is there a sign at the front desk that the gym is unstaffed? I wanted a hydro massage and tan with my black card membership

Expérience fantastique: First, I love this location. I believe it’s the only Fit 4 Less in London that is able to accommodate the 5 o’clock rush. Second, I wanted everyone to know that I won the prize pack they are offering for the black card. And it’s actually a really good prize pack. Expérience négative: Blocked off a lot of equipment that was previously available for everyone. Didn't really add anything new just took things away and demanded more money...

Expérience négative: The staff there are so rude I came in today around 9:15 I didn’t have my card on me, I asked one of the stuff if they can sign me in they looked at me and gave me a dirty look they didn’t want to speak to me & they didn’t even give me in explanation of why I can’t go in so I had to ask one of the costumers if they can ask the stuff to let me in & they told me I had to pay 20$ To replace my card to get in . Never going there again switching my gym.

Expérience négative: I just left this location. Wanted to make enquires about a personal trainer as I am a newbie and think I’ll be needing one, so I decided to walk-in. It has been the most embarrassing day, as I was totally ignored. Seen but ignored. They opened the gates for members that didn’t have their cards or so o thought, but no one saw the need to ask what I wanted. And I was with my 2year old daughter, totally humiliated. I called the phone number, saw them look at the phone ring, but totally ignored that too. Thank guys!

Expérience négative: It was good before they separate inside for black card and now looks like a jail with a horrible fence. Super crowded and uncomfortable to work out now. This place don’t have enough space to separate for black card and for regular subscription. They moved all the machines, now everything is very tight and we don’t have any mirror for the regular subscription area. I used to love to go for working out. Now I just think in this and make me wanna move to other place.

Expérience négative: Thanks for screwing over your normal members… took away machines and benches and made it black card exclusive to force us to pay for black card. what gym only has three benches….This really shows how little you care about ur members and how greedy you are. Definitely will be leaving once I find a new gym and sure a lot of other will do the same.

Expérience positive: The gym is full of beginners and people who have no idea what there doing. I would see people doing crazy unknown caveman exercises with heavy weights while flexing in the mirrors. Younger guys who probably go to Saunders partaking in the racial gang fights in the parking lots of Westmount Mall. The best is when you see the older men running on the treadmills with dress shoes, slacks, and button up while creeping the younger girls, or the mentally unstable walking around yelling and swearing with no staff on-site. The extra money is worth going to a gym with serious lifters. I obviously went back to GoodLife.

Expérience négative: Customer service is garbage. We went early morning and noon around 6:00PM to cancel our membership. They refused and they want to hold our money for 10 to 15 business days even though I paid from my chequing account. They also refused to provide any documentation to show us that our membership is canceled. I don’t recommend to anyone. This is scammed company.

Expérience fantastique: The gym behind the Westmount mall is the largest location in London. Just found out that afternoon staff are not showing up, and the gym is being closed as early as 6 PM. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Not good and unacceptable.

Expérience positive: I wasn't impressed. The staff didn't seem to interested in a new membership or making someone feel welcome. It took me 5 mins just to find someone in charge. You join online or at there little membership card vending machine. Which didn't really work. It looked clean and tidy. I will have to say that in there defence. Luv MalcomStay strong London

Expérience négative: Do not get the black card it's a complete rip off. 24 hours open but UNSTAFFED? No one answers the phone. There is NO tanning or massage beds even though you pay for it, it's a waste of money. Why is it unstaffed? That is unsafe. If an emergency happens it is left to the people in the gym and the mall security to help you? What

Expérience positive: Clean, never a wait to use machines, but i go in the morning not sure how it is in the evenings. Open 24 hrs again. Most ppl are there just to work out not to much gabbing going on. Free indoor parking during the winter is also a huge bonus.

Expérience négative: Has to be the worst gym in all of London, Ontario. I have been using my brothers membership since he no longer uses it and was told by previous stuff that I can do instead of signing up again and paying the fees. So I went in to switch over my payment method after being told several of times that I am capable of doing so and capable of also changing a memberships information the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and persitited that I cannot do so and was never able to. She lets me know that I can work out for the day but that she will be noting for the card for next time incase I use it again (after I let her know I will sign up online for a new card). Unless he was to upgrade for the black card (which I could not do he had to do himself). Then a minute later another employee chases me down and says that I have to either buy a day pass for 16.95 or leave. They have no set policies and make them up as they go, are extremely rude and lack compassion for their customers. Either understand what you tell me as an employee and understand your policies or don't lie to your customers for the sake of more business gain and money. Absolutely pathetic.

Expérience positive: Recently joined. So far it's been a good experience. I'll update this review once I've tried a couple more of the amenities out.

Expérience négative: I put my membership on hold at the Westmount location when they implemented the vaccination passport. It's been lifted and I have been trying to call for days but no one answers the phone. Had to call another club to find out how to take the freeze off. Validated that the number I had was correct. I'll be looking for a new gym since they don't care to answer their phones at this one.

Expérience positive: It's a good gym, sometimes it gets way to busy tho.

Expérience négative: Pathetic! Nobody ever answers the phone. I was thinking of joining but apparently not!! WHY DOES THE OWNER JUST COMMENT ON THE GOOD REVIEWS AND NOT THE BAD ONES?
