Waj has helped me so much over the years, is constantly upgrading his knowledge with conferences and courses, and truly is a modern chiropractor incorporating deep tissue work, acupuncture, strength building exercises and mobility training. I've also enjoyed my massages with Sophie. Her deep tissue massage is great and she takes care to make sure you are comfortable. It is not the most relaxing environment as you can hear weights dropping in the gym upstairs and folks walking past the door often to the change room, but the service itself is great. You can easily book online any of the services and I can often find same or next day chiropractor appointments. One area of improvement would be to offer direct billing.

I called Totum right away to schedule an appointment (have already been going here for my massages + using the gym facility). Coco flexed her schedule to accommodate and see me day of. The first visit was incredibly insightful and helpful. I continued seeing Coco for a month or so regularly until I felt better - both for physio & acupuncture. Not only is she fantastic at her job and was able to speed up my recovery, but she is incredibly kind and patient. Dr Wajid was my first point of contact as I didn’t know if I was suffering from muscle or bone pain. After just 1 sessions he found the problem to my lower back and hip stiffness. Expérience fantastique: I cannot begin to express how grateful I am since working with Alex Chow. He is an absolutely wonderful physiotherapist. He really listened to what I had to say, he was patient, and was extremely educational. I had been living with low back pain for about 3 years. Over the years I saw many different practitioners and while I saw some positive results, nothing seemed to be long-term and the pain would eventually creep up again. Alex uses many different modalities, hands on/off techniques when treating you but my favourite thing about working with him is that he spends a great deal of time working with you in the gym and educating you on different exercises that will help you. He then takes the time to follow up after each session, making him very accessible. I was amazed that after 3-5 treatments within him I was practically pain-free and it lasted over the weeks I didn't see him. Totum is also a wonderful facility. Its a large, clean, friendly space right on King Street W. With a larger gym space and many different practitioners, it has everything you need. I can’t recommend Alex and Totum enough people! Expérience fantastique: My partner referred me to Dr. Hoda and when I went in for my initial assessment, I was in constant pain and my posture was terrible from many years of typing at a desk. Dr. Hoda was super thorough in his assessment and was very kind and knowledgeable. My body is still a work in progress but I can happily say that with Dr. Hoda's help, I am no longer in constant pain and my posture is slowly improving.
