Just did a free trial and I was extremely impressed. I’ll admit I was really scared. When I walked in, I mentioned I was nervous and the staff were welcoming, reassuring, and helpful. I did not feel intimidated after a few minutes. The staff were all walking around with big smiles.. I thought gyms were supposed to be intense?? I felt like I had been going there for years.. on top of that.. I was shocked to see their manager on his hands and knees cleaning alongside staff! Really impressed!

They promise that by paying the extra package you'll get consultation, well, SURPRISE... you are charge $15 for a 10 minutes conversation in which you will need to pay another $80 to get a plan. So why am I exactly paying any extra plan?. Do not offer in written something that you won't fulfill. You promise included consultation in your premium package. You have to honor your offer. Expérience négative: I still use this gym. Has a weird culture of not putting the weights in their place once you’re done. Good luck trying to find 5lbs or 10lbs to add to your bench/squats. Employees don’t seem to mind this at all. Equipment is fine but is almost always crowded by groups of teenager even at night. In itself is not a problem but they end up chilling at the machines in groups for hours. Making me unable to use the machines for one set. You get what you pay for i guess. I will be continuing to go as it’s the only gym open this late in the area. Would not recommend unless it’s the only one that fits your schedule.

Expérience négative: I recently left this gym after being a member for 3 years and going 5 times a week. The experience has worsened considerably since I joined. Surly and unhelpful staff. Equipment frequently broken for weeks. And finally the cleanliness of the establishment was awful. Best advice, find another gym like I did.

Expérience négative: C'était la première fois que j'allais au buzzfit à Vaudreuil et la première chose que j'ai remarqué est l'odeur qui est vraiment dégueulasse. Il n'y a aucune ventilation.

Expérience négative: En temps occupé c’est l’enfer pour là disponibilité des machines et la place dans les casiers en soirée. Je me suis donc dit je vais venir plus tôt le matin mais lol les casiers sont la plupart tous déjà réservé avec un cadena dessus pour ceux qui vienne régulièrement le soir. Ridicule. Prendre en considération avant de vous inscrire car le proprio à l’aire d’accepter ça et d’être trop friendly friend.

Expérience négative: Fix or turn the air conditioning on. Very disappointed with the vaudreuil location only gym or Buzz like this in the winter, no other gym is like this. This is the second year i go and it’s like this in the winter. It’s disgusting in there the windows are fogged up to the ceiling and it’s like a sauna in there. It’s so hot the pipes from the ceiling are leaking. Fix this garbage asap. You’re lucky you’re the only gym in vaudreuil.

Expérience négative: Went there for the first time today around 6:30pm and it felt cramped. Although it was during peak hours and it's expected to have many people, it doesn't help that the space feels small? Idk if it's because of the way the equipments are organized or if I'm just not used to it. However, there's almost no free space or zone for stretching except pretty much at that corner at the end, beside the stairs headed o the employee room. The mats were hanging above and very close to the rowing bikes (that you have to basically lift up the mat over the rowing bike because they're so close to it. Right beside the two rowing bikes are the kettlebells which you only have space to grab then bring them somewhere, where you can actually have space to use them. There were also no paper towels at all in the ladies changing room. At my usual buzzfit, there's always extra paper towels or they are almost never left empty, and the staff actually cleans up around the gym etc. It seemed like there was only 1 staff working and he was at the reception. There was an okay amount of equipment but it feels like they have more equipment than what the space can provide. I just didn't like this location and it felt really cramped. Probably not the best gym to go to if you get gym anxiety

Expérience positive: Gym has good equipment, but lacks space. There's barely any space to stretch at all. Due to this issue, there have been people using machines, such as the rowing machines, to stretch and do their workouts which prohibits people from using those equipment. Although this one is the closest to me, I go to the Kirkland buzzfit instead just because there's barely any room to do workouts here. If you are there to use the machines and not stretch or do free weightlifting, then this gym is decent for that. Edit to the response: You do know that most of us work or have school in the morning/evenings. We don't have time to go at 2am or 11pm to workout.

Expérience négative: J’ai décider de mettre fin à mon abonnement. Mais il continuais tout de même à percevoir le paiement automatiquement sur ma carte sans aucun moyen de l’arrêter. J’ai donc changer ma carte mais malheureusement il m’envoie plein de message, appel et courriel comme quoi que mon abonnement n’est pas payer et tout Très déçu de cette situation

Expérience négative: I joined this gym by adhering to it via online registration. I'm on the west island and have different locations that are all convenient distance wise. My first visit was at the Vaudreuil location. What a terrible experience this was... I went late one night and was excited to see what kind of business I had bought a membership to. Upon arrival there was no one at the counter to greet me. I walked in thinking, I have my membership proof on my cell phone so if anybody asks me for my information I would present my purchase confirmation. I went to the lockers to change my shoes and lock my gym bag. The locker room area was FILTHY ! The smell and mess freaked me out. Papers all over the floor, empty water bottles everywhere, water all over the counter around the sink, splash drops in the mirror and the smell also confirmed the non regular cleanliness of this area. I locked my bag and went to start my workout. There were about a dozen people in the gym at this late night time which included a small group of friends that were being very loud and obnoxious. That is not that big of a deal, I was once in my 20s as well but the screaming and constant disturbance was distracting and went on for too long. Once the group decided to finally leave, I realized the front counter employee was also part of that loud group. I will definitely go to the other locations to workout from now on. This Vaudreuil location was a bad first time experience for me, as a new member, but from what I heard, the source location is a hundred times better. It's unfortunate Buzz fit Vaudreuil sucks, I would have rathered going there most of the time...

Expérience positive: Overall 8/10, clean, practical, lot of parking spots, not too busy, staff don’t bother people, downside: machines are old in general, very small corner for core training, but a great place if you just want to do your thing every day. Recommended.

Expérience négative: Très déçue du service reçu par les employés à cette location. J’ai essayer d’annuler mon abonnement à multiple reprise, j’ai appelé pour demander les étapes à suivre, on m’a dit d’envoyer un courriel ou bien de me présenter au gym. Lorsque je suis arrivée, la fille n’était pas capable de le faire, donc je suis repartie. Lorsque j’ai rappeler à cette location le lendemain, une femme m’a répondu de façon extrêmement bête lorsque je lui ai expliquer ma situation. Elle a refuser de me dire son nom et ma dit que je ne pouvais pas annuler mon abonnement via un courriel. Grande perte de temps et manque d’informations aux niveaux des employés qui m’ont tous dit de l’information différente.

Expérience négative: Les machines manques d'entretien, plus de la moitié n'ont plus le matériel nécessaire pour le changement de position des barres , manque d'espace au sol, le personnel se la coule douce pas mal et ça pourrait vraiment être plus propre.

Expérience positive: This afternoon, we went to Buzzfit, a brief but highly recommended gym for locals (caucasians). The manager is a racist, but the other employees are friendly, and the floor area is small in comparison to the number of people and equipment. The monthly price is the most appealing feature, and it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, nevertheless, if you are not a caucasian, you should go elsewhere.
Expérience fantastique: Very clean and spacious. Can get crowded during peak hours, but I imagine this is more due to the gym's affordability, large parking, and quality of machines.

Expérience négative: Overall, the facility smells very bad and isn't cleaned. Staff is never cleaning and the gym members do not clean down their machines. Additionally, this gym is sooo busy. If you plan to go in the evening- its full of 16-24 year olds standing around. All the free weights are being used and lines for machines. Very very busy during the week evenings. Unfortunately, I am locked in for 6 more months but I'm not renewing.

Expérience négative: Was a great place for the past 3 years, something must have changed with management though. As of recently there have been more and more members parading around without masks, not even being used as a chin diaper… just no mask at all. When asking a fellow member as to where his mask was this evening they responded “The manager doesn’t wear a mask when he works out so I won’t either”. This is extremely dangerous and reckless with the current pandemic, the health protocols need to be maintained. Gyms cater to all walks of life and people of all ages, be respectful to your members and to your employees, enforce the mask. With the recent outbreak at the Buzzfit Kirkland facility it would only make sense to ensure your brands image is well maintained, but instead the Vaudreuil facilities management does not seem to care. Until this gets fixed, I’ll find another gym and encourage my family and friends to do the same.

Expérience positive: Very small as far as Buzzfits go, but generally the staff (especially at night) are super nice, they keep is very clean, everytime I go I see them vacuuming or mopping, there are cleaning stations so you can spray and wipe down all the equipment and machines you use, people there are nice and everyone picks up aftet themselves!

Expérience négative: This star is NOT for the staff but for the administration and clients. I started going to buzzfit 3 years ago now and my life has changed forever because of it. I've lost over 50lb of fat and gained 10lb of muscle. Buzzfit, for me and many others, has become my home away from home. But since the pandemic I have been banned from going. Not because I did anything wrong but because I cannot wear a mask. Even if I have a medical exemption I cannot entre the building. We have fought so hard to have our freedoms and everyone involved is responsible for this discrimination. I have been kicked out of my 2ed home because I am the minority. If I had any other handicap and it made clients "uncomfortable " there is no way, I hope, that I would be asked to leave....

Je n'arrive pas à joindre un préposé car leur numéro ne donne pas l'option de parler à quelqu'un sans savoir leur numéro de poste. Extrêmement insatisfaite.

To contrast there is one gent who it the manager I think but is very helpful and nice! Though not my location of choice due to how compact it is.

Expérience négative: 5/5 service until they started charging an expired credit card claiming I need to pay fees instead of cancelling my membership. Apparently they need me to be there in person to cancel a membership? Last I checked it would take a click of a button to delete the account, pretty pathetic attempt at making money while providing no service (no calls, no email, just a silently failing payment). For that reason I give buzzfit -5/5 stars which balances to 0/5 stars but google won't let me rate them that low ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Expérience fantastique: I canceled my membership awhile back but, I recently started going back to the gym and they have some drastic changes that really make the place so much better! I also love how affordable the price is for both the standard and premium membership! I recommend getting the premium membership since you'll pay 10$ extra a month but, you get discounts at restaurants and even Sport Expert! Overall, really affordable and the changes done inside helped improve the place :)
