After going to a few different gyms, I did my first class at Diamond and immediately got a membership. The facility is clean and spacious, the gear is modern and in good condition. Good scheduling system for classes, in most classes you can choose between working on a bag or doing pad work with a partner. Coaches and other members are very friendly and it’s a good gym for all levels of experience.

I'm a beginner and I was taught fundamentals with other beginners. Marcus was very patient and methodical and gave consistant feedback to everyone. I loved how organized their programs are to ensure everyone is at a similar skill level but also to limit the class size, and also loved that conditioning was part of the class. Fair pricing for the quality of instructors and well thought out programs. I wished they weren't moving locations, but there's a great team of people here overall 10/10!

I am a southpaw fighter and I specifically sought out Tony's coaching because of his experience developing several highly skilled and successful southpaw fighters at Diamond Muay Thai. This gym was mentioned to me by a friend in England and I decided to try it out. I did not expect the hospitality I received. The coaches and fighters welcomed me with open arms, made me feel like I was one of their own, they took me out with them a few times. Two of the fighters even drove me back home everyday. I wish all the fighters success in their careers and hope all their dreams come true. I will miss this place and everyone I met here and will hold fond memories of this gym. Perhaps life will bring me back here one day. To anybody who is considering training within Downtown Toronto, this is the gym you're looking for.

Raph is a well experienced and highly qualified coach to train with at any level (I wanted to book a session on Sunday but I couldn’t because they had closed the gym down because there was a professional Raph was training for a fight). The community is fantastic, with a magical vibe that really makes you feel included. After finishing the first intro class, I couldn't wait to officially sign up for the membership. Couldn't possibly be happier with Diamond Muay Thai + Boxing.

Expérience fantastique: As a newcomer, I was welcomed with open arms and given immediate instruction. As a 51 yr old man who hadn't moved a lot in the last few years, I found it challenging, but in a great way! I was a bit worried that I would stick out like a sore thumb (although I had sore thumbs, fingers, wrists, etc. after that first session!), those fears were alleviated minutes after stepping into the space. Tony and his staff have created a wonderful community and culture there. You can tell that there's a lot camaraderie and a sense of family there, and that starts from the top down. And of course, the workout are ! I was hooked after that first class. The space is clean, open and well-maintained. Everyone takes care of it as if its their own, which it is in many ways. That's the kind of space that's been built there. Highly recommended!

After my trial class, I signed up for a membership and having been loving both the boxing and Muay Thai classes. Raph and Tony are awesome coaches! I'd highly recommend giving Diamond a try.

The conditioning is intense, but the instructors' energy and the drive of the group push you through it. Before, during and after the class, Tony kept checking up on me to teach the basics and correcting my form while teaching the class. Tony is also a very positive and energetic individual, and I really enjoyed my first session. Signed up for the membership, looking forward to continuing learning at diamond.

Expérience fantastique: Nice gym. Nice crowd. Great instruction. I was welcomed in, paid my day pass, signed the waiver and was treated to a great little pad round. The instructor keeps a hawk eye on your technique suggesting ways to cleanup your delivery. This is MUCH appreciated. I LOVE it when highly experienced fighters are running the classes and are hands on, critical, casual, and friendly. I was partnered with a senior student with experience immediately which is appreciated, and should be more common with new arrivals at gyms. Nice balance between men and women in the class, people working at their comfort levels between new students, and some cats CRUSHING pads. The gym is clean, pads are sanitized, washrooms are tidy. At 44yo and having the opportunity to work out at many many gyms...this is the type of spot you would seek out if you had a critical eye for quality instruction, equipment, and facilities. The space is always kept super clean, while all the equipment n pads are top notch. On top of that, the schedule is super accommodating with lots of different class times, letting it work with whatever you throw at it. Expérience fantastique: Awesome place to catch a workout. I signed up over the winter for what I thought would just a couple months but I'm hooked. I do a fair bit of running and weightlifting and I love that Muay Thai hits some gaps in my workouts. Great high intensity cardio and twisting power movements.

Expérience fantastique: Diamond Muay Thai Gym is a great place to train at. My girlfriend and I started off by taking the $20 trial class to see how it was and enjoyed every minute of it. The advanced class was at that time so there was a group of us trial members that were taken to the side and taught the basics of form and moves. After that we were put on bags with a trainer walking us through the whole class, it was awesome. After that class we went back to join as full members and when we went back to join, Tony remembered us from our trial class and was very welcoming. The price is great, even get a pair of gloves with it! Tony and the team there are very knowledgeable, and will give you a hell of a workout, don’t think I’ve sweat this much in my life! All in all a great experience and I am glad I joined up and will continue my training here.

Expérience fantastique: I started at Diamond about a year ago and have had so much fun learning Muay Thai and making great friends along the way. Their membership based model is great for consistent partnering, building rapport with instructors and other students, and overall community vibes. The instructors: Tony, Jules, JR, and Raph are all very skilled and great teachers. Classes contain wide variety of movements/drills/exercises, are challenging and very fun! I highly recommend getting a membership if you’re into Muay Thai and meeting awesome people .

Tony and the team/coaches are very knowledge and bring lots of experience to the classes. Regardless of your level there is definitely something to learn and challenge you . Expérience fantastique: This is the first time I have tried Muay Thai therefore I cannot compare Diamond Muay Thai with any other Muay Thai gym but it would hard to find better trainers not only because of their technical abilities but also for being amazing people. I usually drive around an hour to get here. If you are thinking about Muay Thai or a great workout, you cannot go wrong with Diamond Muay Thai.

Expérience fantastique: This is the BEST gym in Toronto. I really struggle with generic gyms like Goodlife, LA fitness, etc, because I normally don't enjoy working out and think it's boring, so I find myself making excuses not to go or to leave early. However, I am so glad I tried DMT because the classes are fast paced and mentally engaging so the time flies and it's actually fun. It is an intense workout but in a good way. I am getting much better value for my membership here because I actually use it.

Tony and Ashley, the owners of this congregation have planted seeds and seen them florish. I am beyond grateful for Diamond Mauy Thai. Expérience fantastique: Great Muay Thai gym, one of the bigger gyms in Toronto in terms of space. The community they’ve created is awesome and instructors are very knowledgeable. All skill levels are welcome, from trained fighters to newbies. Would recommend if you want to get an intense boxing or Muay Thai workout!
