Expérience fantastique: One of the best Fit4Less that has plenty of equipment and less crowded They need to maintain equipment properly, tho.. because the available attachments for cable equipment are very few in numbers that make wait time longer! Also, sometimes, when the cable breaks, it won't get fixed soon and takes time.

Expérience positive: Poorly managed. The overall gym facility is quite dirty.

Expérience négative: uhhh lol what’s the point in paying for a black membership when regular members just walk right into the cage section? literally just witnessed one dude open the door for 6 people so it’s not like they’re all guests. also i thought there’s a rule about not dropping weights? i see people THROWING and slamming down the weights. it’s disrespectful gym etiquette, especially when i have to pay a yearly fee for the gym, so a-holes can destroy the property and ruin it for others? unbelievable. at least Hone and Goodlife will enforce the rules

Expérience fantastique: Morningside & Lawrence location: The team is very professional, especially the manager Chris. He handles situations in a very calm and understanding demeanour. Chris is also very detail oriented and friendly. That makes my experiences here more enjoyable.

Expérience négative: It’s affordable but in evenings we have to wait for the machine for long time. So waste of time there

Expérience positive: Big gym with 99% of what you would need. Can get very busy at times and the parking lot is too small. One plus is there is an ev charger in the same parking lot.

Expérience négative: The place is good. But their policy is worst in terms of canceling your membership. I called them to cancel my membership and they did, but they charged me extra amount biweekly even if i didn’t used their service. I still didn’t got my REFUND back after talking to the representative.

Expérience négative: Chris, the GM is an absolute horrendous person. Verbally abused me. Was looking to assault me if I didn’t step back and worst of all, and revoked my membership because I slipped on his floor and he didn’t want me to sue him. Disgusting gym. Needs to close down asap. Racial profiling and panhandling.

Expérience positive: Spacious and varieties of machines. Could be a bit more cleaner.

Expérience négative: Not enough equipments. There is only one machine for pectoral fly/rear deltoid. Sometimes we've to wait around 15-20 minutes to use the machine. Sometimes 2-3 people are waiting in the line to use it. It's really disappointing that in a busy gym there is only one machine for pectoral fly/rear deltoid.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is 10/5 haha. Clean, spacious and the staff are super nice.

Expérience négative: It is a really bad fitness. Very unsanitary gym with old machines. I do not suggest to anyone to go there!

Expérience fantastique: The staff here are great keeping the gym clean considering it’s open 24 hours. They themselves are members of this gym so they keep it to good standards. They added a new black card area. They’ve had showers and saunas. It does get busy in the evening but that’s a given for every gym.

Expérience positive: I recently joined this gym and everything about the gym is awesome and clean . But the mens washroom they are like haven’t clean in a while please I request management to do something about it . Overall gym is clean only washrooms are the issue

Expérience fantastique: Been attending this gym for a few months now....Location....close to home and has everything I need...Prior to NEW manager Chris arrival, the gym had some cleanliness issues that he and the amazing staff have since rectified. I will say that this gym literally has everything you need...with the exception of a sauna and pool. It is WELL MAINTAINED and you can tell the staff and management take pride in keeping it that way...They are friendly and attentive to all...I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to any and all who want a safe, well maintained and managed gym to attend. Don't listen to all the negative comments. THESE are disgruntled people who have nothing else better to do with their time...Coming from someone who attends this gym Monday to Friday....Just join...You won't regret it...

Expérience fantastique: I usually workout at a different fit4less but recently started at this one. I really like this one. Several machines and the gym is very spacious. They are always staffed unlike some other ones. The manager is very pleasant and friendly. The staffs are wonderful. They always make sure the place is clean and organized. I observed that quite a lot. It’s always a great workout there to the point I don’t even realize sometimes that I’m in the gym for over 2 hours lol.

Expérience fantastique: I was in Scarborough for 2 weeks and came to this fit4less location and was really impressed. The staff are friendly and the gym is in a good location.

Expérience négative: I have been with this Gym for a year and I asked them to cancel the membership and they confirmed me by an email that it has been processed. And then they charged me the membership fee without my consent and not helping to get that amount back stating that, I have requested for cancel cancellation (Which I didn’t ). Staff and management aren’t helpful at all and they provided me with all the wrong information. ( They need proper training, don’t know any policies and procedures) I just want my refund amount and some respect to customers while they speak.

Expérience fantastique: As a black card holder for many years, I appreciate the recent changes at the Morningside location. The staff and manager ‘Chris’ are super friendly and welcoming. The equipment are alway in place and the environment is far cleaner than it’s ever been. I’ve been back in the gym consistently for the past two weeks and feel good attending this location weekly now. I will be recommending this gym to all of my family and friends.

Expérience positive: You get what you pay for. But I hope they mandate deodorant policies, and they need to stop people from filming them self while others work out. Not everybody likes to get a video with their personal interest.

Expérience positive: I've been a member here for years now and recently the experience has been declining. I'm not sure, what is going on? I've done my best to speak to the associates and management there, but I haven't seen any improvement. Specifically when it comes to the cleanliness of the male/men washroom. I definitely would not dare to take a shower here anymore, but now even using the washroom, urinal, toilet and attempting to wash your hands is a disgusting experience. The members and associates here are great and I would hate to leave this gym, but I do consistently wonder why isn't it being cleaned thoroughly and often. Does there have to be some kind of infection outbreak that has to occur so public health will shut it down and then Goodlife/Fit4Less will take the sanitary condition seriously? For new members, especially males, please bring your anti-bacteria wipes and hand sanitizer when if you decide to go. Updated as of July 2024: I have to be fair, there has been a lot of changes at this location. I new manager and new staff that have been doing an excellent job cleaning and creating a very positive environment. So I’m changing from 1 star to 4 stars.

Expérience fantastique: The environment is welcoming. Shayer is so patient, professional and amazing when it comes to actively listening to needs of each member. Each time I come by to get my workout in its always been a great experience.

Expérience négative: Made the mistake of prepaying for a year. The dirtiest gym I’ve ever been in. The washroom looks like a crime scene. I approximate the washroom hasn’t been cleaned in most likely two weeks. There is garbage all over the floor around the equipment. And there are almost more weights and plates left out than there are in the proper place. Also, don’t even bother coming around 6pm as every machine and piece of equipment is taken by the 100 or so people. Thankfully, 4am is my workout time.

Expérience négative: I am here right now, walking in you can the gym is dirty. The men’s washroom is disgusting, the change rooms needs a to be vacuumed and mopped. Maybe you can get the employees to put more effort into cleaning instead of standing around and being on their phones. It’s not just this locations, it’s the same across the board.

Expérience négative: Despite good price, place is dirty. I do not blame workers much, it is ppl who go there. They throw papers everywhere. With bags in a gym around like a bums. Ive seen fat guy shaving in washing room. Dirty windows. Shower I dont even dare to use. One scum enter the gym, all gym smells like pot. Too many ppl who dunno why they even there. 5 min excercise 30min resting and playing with phone. You should use more warning signs of all kind and restrain those imbiciles, shocker also will do the job. Also please supply weight and horizontal bar in a gym. There is enough space. We need horizontal bar for all kind exercises. Just a streight pipe and nothing around it. With one you have now no much can do, even muscle up is dangerous.

Expérience négative: If I could give a zero star, I most definitely would. Extremely dirty gym area and a water fountain that looked like it was last washed when Jesus left for heaven. I am an early morning person and I am usually at the gym at at early as 4 am. I love being clean right after a workout but unfortunately the gym isn’t staffed during those times which I have no problem with. I am currently sitting in the locker on a Saturday at 12:01pm and they is absolutely not a single drop coming out of the showers and not a single soul at the front desk. It is so dead you could hear Casper the friendly ghost whispers. All jokes aside, the club truly needs to step up big time.

Expérience positive: This gym has friendly staff, and the gym itself is great. I used to go there a while back when it just opened up as Fit4less, it was great not too busy, and it was excellent place for working out. But now it gets so busy and crowed it not enjoyable as it once was. I can see the lure because it's nice big gym and you can't beat the membership price. So now I have to alter my time frame and not go when it's busy.

Expérience positive: Very objectively, it's no LA Fitness with its pools and basketball courts haha, but for what it is/ this location and others 24 hour Open availability? I would rate it a 5 star (in the sense that everything that IS there is in great condition/ working order. The staff is very friendly and accommodating [even appreciative when you bring something to their attention]).

Expérience négative: Recently i had a medical condition that prevent me from exercising so i requested to cancel it immediately. They incited to apply their regular rule of the 30 days notice payment which is a contravention of the human rights. Client shouldnt not treated infairly due to a disability as a result fit4less is breaching the human right code by creating discrimination. I asked talked to the manager but now they are ignoring me. I will have to file a human right complaint against them to apply the legislation. Please dont think whatever they said is correct and legal...

I have to say that the staff at this location are the most helpful I have ever seen in any gym I have worked out at or worked for. They are always there to help, constantly cleaning up and doing a great job of the overall management of the club.

Expérience négative: Good equipments but extremely weak maintenance and service. Many times, it has happened to me that I left the gym without washing my hands cause of washrooms were in really bad condition or no soap.

Expérience fantastique: Nice host/front desk staff. Nice big gym. However, The whole floor goess buuuum! and shakes when somebody drop weight, but cannot control that. Overall good experience.

Expérience négative: I must admit that this place is spotless and organized most of the time. Staffs are amicable, kind, and compassionate. The one and only thing that they lack in is punctuality. I have work at 8 in the morning, and showers are on at staffed hours and they do not show up on time most of the days except one lady. whenever she got scheduled for morning, She always shows up before 7 am, she deserves a raise

Expérience négative: My Puffer jacket got stolen and when I reported it one of the employees told me that it was my responsibility to take care of my jacket and did nothing about it which made me think that it was probably them who stole it because they knew where the cameras were.

Expérience fantastique: This is my 3rd gym I tried. I said I will come back for it. Here I am. Best gym ever! So many machines so many hot and friendly girls, beautiful staff, clean gym, great location and Yanga sports water. I tried and the water was good I will give them that. However it’s not free you can ask for a free sample though. I went there few months ago but sadly I’m not close by anymore. So my review is not from something recent but I will go and update it if there’s anything new or interesting.

Expérience positive: Overall 3 stars for the following reasons: Things I like: - the gym goers in the morning are friendly/professional/courteous and patient - staff are usually on rounds/re racking weights / cleaning equipment - less crowded before 1300 - the locker room is spacious - pretty large gym with lots of space to stretch/workout - I love the TRX bands in the functional room - can be a form of birth control if you’re there after 2200 Objectives I observed tonight around 2300-0000: - I was met at the door by someone smoking a joint and asking if I come here often… - while completing my workout, a staff member had his friends in the functional room screwing around with the fitness equipment, dropping weights on the ground/overall just f***ery. -I left the area because I guess I can’t tell a staff member to leave? … and yet, made eye contact, nodded at me and continued to engage in foolery in all areas of the gym with his not-so bright comrades - soooo many weights displaced everywhere that you have to hunt for things since the staff are very busy … - the whole world is short staffed so they hired anyone that was willing to work even if they’re annoying Overall: TLDR; - you get what you pay for - you’ll experience Scarborough stereotypes - subpar staff to operate at the bare minimum level - lots of space to do what you need to do and get out - early sesh > late night if you’re able to.

Expérience négative: This gym is less busy than compared to other fit4less I went in Scarborough. The. Only issue and it's major machines used in here have alignment issues, like the person who assembled or welded it never made an accurate measurement and since it was 16 I've been to slot fitness centers and I could say for sure this is locally assembled machines. With no accuracy in machine measures.

Expérience négative: nothing is ever cleaned. Weights are never re-racked. Not a very friendly environment. Machines take too long to be fixed when broken. Very poor ventilation. Changeroom lockers are never cleaned, lucky if you find a decent one. Used to like coming here but lately its been a mess & not a great environment
