Expérience négative: I never make google reviews but KYLE the manager of this place is the absolute most unprofessional manager I ever dealt with in my life.. he hung up on me when I showed no signs of ending the call when I was asking to speak to someone about a refund. Then I called back and he got my number to call me back. (I was calling about unknown charges to this location since my card was being used without my knowledge) and he assured me that he REMOVED my card as a payment option and that I wouldn’t be getting charged just for me to get charged again yesterday. Then I call again and he told me the only thing he can do is freeze the membership. While I have to resort to cancelling my whole chequing account and getting a new card. I understand that there isn’t much he can do but the handling of the situation was just extremely unprofessional.. and made me even cancel my OWN anytime fitness membership because I just don’t want to deal with this mess again and frankly never stepping into a anytime again because of KYLE seems good to me✌

Expérience fantastique: This gym is of my favourite places. I drive across town to come to this location for a few reasons. The staff are amazing and help to make this one of the best gyms in Abbotsford. Nicole keeps the place running smoothly and has truly helped me feel welcome and supported on my health journey. Tanya has been a superb trainer. She is helping me set up a fitness routine to overcome challenges from past injuries and improve my overall health. They make training hard enjoyable and personally rewarding. I truly believe this gym will meet the needs for anyone regardless of their fitness level and I highly recommend it.

Nicole, the manager, is fantastic and always makes sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. The gym is always clean 24/7 and has everything you want from a gym. It's small but efficiently laid out, so it has all you need including private showers and a studio for stretching and posing. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I have just recently switched to this gym after much convincing on my self, I used to work out at a different local run down gym but they had women’s only which is what I prefer so I stayed. Since meeting Nichole, she made the process welcoming, she was there without judgment to help us find coaches to show us the proper machinery for certain muscle focus, the trainers are always watching to see where they can help somebody which is definitely re assuring, most of the people are friendly and welcoming as well which is what I was worried about! Nichole is also always staying productive, wether it’s welcoming new members, doing welcoming tours, cleaning she cleans all the time which is so reassuring to see in a busy gym, she really is the reason I was so comfortable signing up. She is also very welcoming joins every work out you see her smiley face greeting you as you walk in the door! This gym is lucky to have her as a manager she really doesn’t great job holding the place together and along with the coaches and other staff making this such an enjoyable place to come. So glad I took the leap and switched! Thanks anytime fitness!

Expérience négative: their hack squat doesn’t have a safety rest. i think a gym should pay a little more for the safety of their patrons especially when they will be working with more than their body weight. i don’t feel comfortable using this machine and can’t push myself to my limits in fear that i won’t be able to safely fail a lift.

Expérience fantastique: Anytime Fitness on North Parallel in Abbotsford is a very welcoming gym. I enjoy my time and have access to a wide variety of machines, weights, bands, and mats for a well-rounded workout. I love that it is 24 hours, in case my schedule changes. And I absolutely love Tanya, the very best trainer in the world. With an understanding of mental health and my chronic pain, she is ready and willing to adapt on my bad days and give me challenges to shoot for on my good ones. I feel better holistically when I work with Tanya. The fleeting dreams of a crippled up body are now reachable goals to this strong, serene, and healing woman. After only 5 months, Anytime Fitness has changed my life.

My trainer, Ish, is amazing! He is encouraging and actually interested in my program and overall fitness. I was nervous the first couple times going to the gym, but the staff is very welcoming! Very happy to be a member here.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome place and staff usually clean for the most part not the staffs fault. Could use some Tetris inside like move the chalk board to the bathroom inside wall were it will get more exposure. Move the cubbies to where the chalk board was and the vending machine, instantly able to take on 3-4 more machines tons of unused space upfront. could even be little lockers if needed up there.add some more shoulder style upright presses only my bias opinion of one of my favourites.

What we love most was the nice hospitality of the employees, the 24/7 hours, and the cleanliness of the facility. I usually find gyms to be dusty and not very clean but this gym is CLEAN. Staff is very nice and welcoming. They go out of there was to say hi and bye. Ive been to a few anytime locations and this ones my fav!

Expérience fantastique: Visited this Anytime (my usual one is in False Creek/Olympic Village in Vancouver) while visiting my folks. WOW. I wish my Anytime was this great. Spacious layout, pristine, nice equipment... it almost makes me want to move out to the burbs. ALMOST.

Expérience fantastique: I began at this gym overweight, terrified and very outside of my comfort zone, but the staff at anytime have been friendly, very welcoming, knowledgeable and encouraging. They've created a very safe place and I feel very comfortable stepping foot into this gym. I've been using their personal training services, training with Diana, she is so kind, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond. With her knowledge in the gym and in nutrition she has helped me loose 50 pounds so far! Anytime fitness is very clean and pristine, I would highly recommend anytime fitness to friends, family, and anyone looking to join a gym. Thank you, Anytime Fitness family <3

Expérience fantastique: My first experience with an Anytime Fitness, and I have not been disappointed! I train here about 6-7 times a week early in the mornings Monday-Sat before work and late mornings on Sunday. I find the equipment high quality, multiple sanitizing stations easy to use, trainers very friendly / knowledgeable, and the general attitude of everyone create a perfect workout environment. I love the array of different equipment and stations to workout in so it alleviates the over crowded situations most gyms have. All in all, excellent facility and I am seeing results for sure.

Expérience fantastique: Anytime fitness was absolutely perfect through the pandemic and the flood. The facility is clean and organized when I get there. Helps my mental and physical health. Keeps me motivated and I am glad that I made the switch over. A ballot entry would be nice (also a hack squat). Also, I would like to say Ryan is a top notch person. He was off one day (on the weekend) and working out. A couple guys were trying for like several long minutes to get inside the building without a FOB (might not have a membership) and making people uncomfortable. I asked him to see them in the front and he solved the issue nicely and professionally.
